We got to our room, which had red/pink stains AND shoe prints on the fitted sheets. We immediately called the front desk to switch our sheets, and he said he would get us new ones in 5 minutes, we waited an hour and he NEVER showed up. We went to Wal-Mart and bought our own sheets because we were too disgusted to sleep on the ones provided. The next […] day, the maids had cleaned the room and STILL did not switch the sheets. When I called the front desk again, she said she would switch rooms, however we couldn't have a room with a microwave and fridge like we requested, and she would not compensate us for anything. Was very unfriendly and rude, then told me I couldn't talk to a manager for another week. AWFUL hotel, spend the extra money and go to the Holiday Inn! Lisätietoja

"great breakfast"
The hotel staff was friendly and efficient and the bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice - we love the waffle maker! The hotel is obviously trying to improve, but still needs work. The shower had a new pulsating shower head and the expanded curving shower curtain, but our bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close all the way. "Quality Inn Bowling Green"
If your looking for the cheapest place to stay for a night in BG I would suggest staying here, but you get what you pay for. Next time I will probably pay the extra $15 bucks and stay at a better hotel.

The hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was nice and exactly what we expected it to be. There was no unwanted noise and the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had no milk to offer by 8am but other than that the area was clean and well stocked for the meal. This hotel is very acceptable for the rate.

"quality inn in BG Ohio"
although the hotel is convient to most everything in town [it is a small town], it was not particularly clean. the mattresses are old and lumpy, the coverlets are thin and scratchy and shampoo was not replaced in the room on the 2nd day so we had to ask for some. the staff brought us 3 bottles [only needed 1] but it took her about 1/2 hour to do so […] .
