Hotellin sijainti oli erittäin hyvä rautatieaseman lähellä. Kävelykatu ja kauppakeskukset olivat pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Metrolle parin korttelin matka. Baarialue on hieman kauempana toisella puolella jokea. Vaikka rautatieasema oli lähellä, niin hotelli sijaitsi rauhallisella ja siistillä alueella. Hinta oli erittäin edullinen ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja englanninkieli taittui sujuvasti. Huoneiden taso oli vastaava kuin Sokos Hotels ketjulla juuri uusittuine kylpyhuoneineen. Huonekoko oli tosin hieman pieni. Käsittämätöntä oli se, että huoneen hintaan kuului ilmainen nettiyhteys ja aamiainen, jotka ovat monessa kalliimmassa hotellissa maksullisia. Suurin miinus oli ilmastoinnin puute, joka voi häiritä etenkin kesällä. Muuten erittäin suositeltava kohde jo pelkästään hinnan perusteella.

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä, mutta sijaintiin en ollut tyytyväinen. Metrolla kyllä pääsi kätevästi keskustaan, mutta hotellin vieressä kulki todella vilkas katu ja rautatiet, joten meteli huoneessa oli todella kova niin yöllä kuin päivälläkin. Hotellihuone oli tilava.

Hotelli oli muuttanut nimensä All Season hotelliksi kylteissä ja sitä joutui vähän aikaa miettimään. Olin liikenteessä tyttäreni kanssa kahdestaan (5v) ja yksin tai aikuisten kesken hotelli olisi ollut ok, mutta kun naapurissa on muutaman kymmenen metrin päässä paikalliset XxX liikkeet päivystävine tyttöineen, ei sijainti silloin houkutellut. Miinusta tulee myös siitä, että hotellihuonseen ei saanut millään Internet-yhteyttä vaan olisi joutunut käyttämään aulan konetta.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

Kätevä sijainti täysin Frankfurtin päärautatieaseman vieress'ä. Hotelli ei näytä ulkoa erityisen kauniille, mutta sisältä se on viihtyisä ja huoneet ovat perusvarustukseltaan hyviä. Ei huipputapaus, mutta hintaansa nähden erityisen hyvä. Internet maksaa ja samoin aamupala. Joskin aamupala on kivempi syödä läheisellä Münchener Strassella joka tapauksessa. "Savoy Hotel Frankfurt"
We spent only one night in this hotel. The location is great because it is next to the railway station and other atractions are also close. But the room was really hot during the night (we were there at the end of April, imagine what it could be in summer). Even the chocolate on the table almoust melt! At least I couln't find air conditioner anywhere. […] It was also quite noisy: I had to open the window to get some fresh air during the night but then all the voices from the street were really loud and I had to wear ear plugs. "Savoy Hotel"
It seemed like a really nice hotel, but unfurtunately, we had bed bugs, and I got bitten all over my arms and legs. We talked to the hotel and they seemed worried about the problem, and offered us free breakfast as a compensation, now it seems like a poor compensation afterwards. We couldn't really tell if they had had this problem before, they could […] not give us a straight answer. efficient staff, right next to the main train station, reasonable room given the price. the gym is a bit short of equipment but probably as a result, you have it all to yourself!

"The Savoy hotel Frankfurt - central,noisy hotel"
This is a well located hotel opposite the main station so easy to get around from. About 20 to 30 mins from the river with a nice walk to most of the main galleries/museums and the best view of the city ( from the ground). Lots of places to eat nearby and about 30 to 40 min walk to the main old town - if you don't know where you are going exactly and […] you are looking at shops etc. on the way. So given it is so central it also has a high level of traffic noise but the rooms are warm and very clean, if a little in need of an up-grade. The real positive with the hotel is the pool/sauna/steam room on the top floor. It's quiet up there and not at all busy, very relaxing after a hard day gallery visiting - nice and clean, very warm I'm glad I took a chance on this option. "great location great hotel....."
On reading several reviews on the Savoy i was a little worried to say the least as most of the feedback seemed to be poor. I'm now happy to say that my stay at the Savoy is probably one of the most pleasant i have come across in Frankfurt. Great space in the room, nice bathroom, bedding and towels changed every day, window shutter which was amazing […] for the mid-day sleep and best of all a FREE MINI BAR!!! The leisure facility was also very good with a large size pool overlooking the city and also steam room and sauna were very clean and in full working order. All in all i would give this hotel the thumbs up and will not look any place else when booking for Frankfurt in the future.....10 out of 10 guys :-) Lisätietoja

"Nicely located"
Hotel is very close to the ain railway station, from where there are direct connections to the airport. Hotel itself is a bit worn, but still OK for occasional business traveler. However, I wouldn't take my family there. The service mentalty of the staff is not the best possible (e.g. complimentary bottled water promised in the booking confirmation […] was not availbale, not even when asked). "Conveniently located but terrible front desk staff"
Ever been to a hotel where the Reception or Front desk are hesitant to help, rude in their tone, look you in the eye and say 'No' to everything and have not even a clue about the city in which they live/work? We did - and we hated every moment of it. First of all, our booking entitled us to complementary newspaper and free bottled water on arrival. […] When we enquired with the lady at the Reception, very rudely she said that there is no such thing and it wouldnt be provided. Second, hot water (for tea making) was to be collected from the front desk if you wanted - 1 lucky day, a nice lady gave it to us. The next day, the rude lady said that she is front desk and does not do such things; we would have to contact the bar ourselves and arrange for it. When asked about things to do nearby - the lady said that she had no idea as she was not from the city. I think this says a lot about the Hotel and the quality of staff - the kind of training they provide to their staff. Imagine, as a tourist you speak to a tourist at the front desk - that does not make any sense! Basic selling point of a hotel stay is warmth of their staff - that I do not think meant anything to this hotel. I was very unhappy with that particular lady - who made our stay miserable. great location, clean room curtains didn't close well, leaving you feeling exposed- that's my only complaint plus one light bulb was malfunctioning- kept flickering; otherwise, good value for the money

This hotel was really good status and good location. But i felt really cold because front of the window, there was in winter. Thats why my cold was getting worse. It would be ok in summer
"Hotel Savoy Frankfurt /Main - excellent location"
Excellent location for travellers who need immediate access to the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof), as well as to metro and tramway lines. Very good relation price/service. I would defintely come back to this hotel, provided the rates are mantained.

"God knows how this got 4 stars!!!"
Unfriendly staff, dirty rooms, no air con, no on-site parking. Overall one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel is split in to refurbished rooms and non-refurbished rooms. There is just no way this would have got 4 stars if the inspector had seen our room and experience. I should have read the reviews. AVOID!

"Easy walk to the main station"
Convenient, clean and helpfull staff. Has an odd knock on the door in the middle of the night and no peep hole to see who was knocking. Did not open the door to find out.

Hotel is across the street from the main train station and within walking distance of shopping areas and good restaurants. Room was comfortable, very clean- lovely pool on the top floor with a really nice view of the city.

I chose the hotel for it is very close to the central station, which I discovered later also means close to the red light district. The hotel is good, but nothing special. On the negative side, the noises from nrighbouring rooms were quite sharp, also, I smelled smoke more than once in the halls.

"it was a horrible stay"
this hotel is not very clean and advertise wrongly. the quality of the service, rooms and everything is less than 2 star not 4 star.
"Savoy Frankfurt - Convenient to Airport, but..."
We stayed at this hotel before an international flight home. The hotel is very conveniently located walking distance from the Main Train Station and is a short cab/train ride to the airport. In this sense it very much served our purpose going in and out of Frankfurt. All other aspects were rather lacklustre or mildly unpleasant. Our room was located […] directly behind the elevator shaft and four elevators make a lot of noise especially at night. The sliding shower door kept falling off its rails and the fixture for the shower nozzle was broken so you had to constantly hold the nozzle when washing. We informed a gentleman at reception who seemed less than interested. The staff in general were helpful with most things but generally distant. The food looked good but was rather bland and the piano bar was only open for breakfast (go figure). Overall, not the worst place i have ever stayed but the least impressive on this trip and thats compared to several hostel stays as well. Despite the convenient location, there are several hotels nearby that may well be better. The general area itself has limited eating-out options aside from Kebab/pizza shops, though the quality was very good considering. Lisätietoja

This hotel was very convenient to the main train station, very clean, quite comfortable and a very reasonable price. The only draw backs was that the trolley outside was very loud and the surrounding neighborhood ( just a few streets away from the hotel) was quite an undesirable area. "covenient for airport stopover"
We stayed for one night as we were flying out the next day. This hotel is across the street from the main station in Frankfurt and adjacent to a metro stop. Frankfurt airport is about 15km away but is exceedingly well connected to just about anywhere. Taking a local train S lines from the airport took only about 20 mins and we were at the main station. […] Buy tickets from machine on shopping level before going down to platform. On arrival at the station, you can use the underground mall to cross the busy street above and exit using one of the escalators. The hotel was very nice with complementary beers in the bar fridge. A very nice way to welome you to their establishment. The swimming pool and suana is on the ninth floor which you can reach using the large elevator and your card. The room had electrically operated shutters. Switches on wall to left in our room which made the room very dark which was perfect. They had a happy hour for guests with 2for1 cocktails. Very good value. Breakfast could not be booked using hotels.com but they offer an extensive buffet breakfast with lots of cooked items for 15 euro. Pretty basic hotel, far from the standard of a 4 star hotel. Bathroom door (sliding one) got jammed and in general furniture was very old. Location is excellent though, 3 minutes walk from the main train station and close to the centre of the city.
I looked around the room and there were little dead bugs on the ceiling or in the bathroom, once I got over that I was fine. The tub was too high so taking a shower was almost impossible!

The location is great if you are using the train station. You don't hear the trains but the trollies in the street. Very comfortable and a daily English Wall Street Journal which was a nice amenity.

We had booked one room for 1 adult and 1 kid. We got a twin (single) bed. When asked they said we needed to get two. The clerk was unrelenting, unhelpful and inconsiderate. If they want American customers they need to either adapt or explain how they do it.

The hotel is close to the station so very easy for travel into and out of Frankfurt. The surrounding streets don't have much to offer but it's easy enough to get elsewhere in Frankfurt. The room was basic - fairly small (I had single) and low-average quality fittings - but it was quiet, the staff were friendly enough and it did the job. Ok in saying the the below i enjoyed the below and it was a GREAT value a twin bed in a 4 star was a real shocker for me but the biggest shocker was NO AC the bed was actually very comfortable and the hotel quite the staff was very nice I would not go with the 15 Euro breakfast package much better deals near by
"Hotel Savoy - Near Train; Decent Rooms"
+ very near train station, convenience store near the area, and several restaurants which is a close block away - very thin and almost useless curtains; if you can't sleep well with light, this might be a big problem, wash room is a bit small, i have to keep the door open to make it feel big.

I was there only one night. Something happened that night. First, I heard some noisy, like banging sound from next room, I thought some neighbors were fighting. On and off, it quiet down. Suddenly, a man showed up outside my room window as I kept the window a little open. It shocked me. The guy said he fell from the floor above and try to get back in […] hotel. I told him to back up a little and I would try to help him. He did so. I walked up to the window and closed it. I did know what would happen next, but I walked out my room and went down to the front desk and reported the incident. The representative acted quick. She called out a man to escorted me back up to my room. Next, he opened my room window and let the outside man entered my room and then left with him. I did believe that we had language barrier, but in anyway, did the hotel supposed to let me knew what was the story about the man? Why and how he could fell out from his room from his floor? And then bothered each rooms under his with no suspicions? Even though I am an old and strong lady, but there was no followed up explanation is unacceptable. I was wondering why there was nobody else answered this man even he banged so loud. Am I supposed to moved to other floor to avoid this kind things happen to me? - Nothing. I think this kind of things happened too often, that is why no one would concern my feelings. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the central train station and hotel itself is nice too.
