It took us between 30 and 50 tries to get into the room. Our neighbors in other rooms had the same problem. They need to upgrade the locking system on the doors. I wanted to leave before I went to Mass on Sunday because I didn't want to deal with unlocking the room door again.E

The hotel was not overly generous in its appearance or what it offered. I would say that it was exactly what I paid for, not good, not bad….so if you are ever in need of a quick place to lay your head this will more than suffice. the carpeting in the room was filthy no bedding for sofa bed not even pillows,tried to order a pay per view movie it wouldnt work called desk they sent maintenance person who looked at both T.V's and very stupidly says oh neither one works I'll let the front desk know upon calling the desk they said no sorry its not working nothing we can do decided […] to go to hot tub and pool but the hot tub was dirty and foaming over the cement for which they ended up closing off completely the next morning with yellow tape so all in all the ammenities which were advertised when I rented the room were not available I was not even offered a discount upon checkout for my miserable stay which I might add would have been 2 nights instead of one but after the 1st night we opted to check out and sleep on an air mattress at our family's house VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!! This was a wonderful hotel, lovely pool, very clean, comfortable room, loved the plus room, the staff and the very nice continental breakfast.

spent a few days here with family, after a cruise. easy to find from freeway. good value, friendly staff, breakfast was good and plentifull. even had a small bar. would stay here again next time in area.

High price for where hotel is located

In this room we could not sleep because of the noise from the nearby roads.As we had unpacked and were only here for 2 nights we put up with it

wifi was down while we were there , big problem for me , lifeline to home . Had to phone home at $40.00 a call. The pool was cold and the weather was hot but it was a wery nice pool area. Jermaine that worked the frontdesk needs to be cloned and put in every hotel in America. We were put in a handicapped room(not requested!) that hasn't been used in a long time- the room was very musty smelling. The drawers smelled so bad that we couldn't use them. We asked for help from the front desk but none was given. They actually told me the room rarely gets used but there were no other rooms available in the hotel for the 5 days we […] were staying. No one on the staff except for front desk people, spoke English, so when we asked them x 3 times to fix the toilet (handle broken and wouldn't flush), they came in, used the plunger and left. We tried to tell them what the problem was but "no English" and walked away. Mid stay, our room keys stopped functioning and we had to go get new ones. The cleaning crew- not sure what they did except for make the bed and change the towels. in 5 days we never got a new bar of soap! We did have our own but that's not the point... There were always pieces of white carpet all over the floor after they supposedly vacuumed, but I didn't see white carpet in the hotel anywhere. Hotel room was clean and large.Clean pool and hot tub. Great breakfast in the morning.

We received a room that had a chunk out of the inside of the bathtub. The carpets and hideabed needed a good shampoo. The smoke detector was hanging open not appearing to be working. If the room is not what you want to portray, it should not be in use. We asked for a change of room which was accomodated. The bathroom was completely reno'd. Upholstery […] still needed cleaning. I am a frequent traveler and assumed the Best Western name was a strong and reliable one, having stayed at their hotels in the past. Our room was dirty with stained carpet and disgusting brown stains on the door handles of the bathroom, toilet and walls. We used wipes to clean the room and would have moved the first night except that we arrived late […] and were only staying through the second night. There were small mites crawling near the sink in the suite area. Garbage which had not been emptied piled up near the elevators. I will say the bed after careful examination was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located, with a nice walking path and lake nearby. Best Western would be well advised to keep the rooms cleaner and replace old and disgusting carpet, and use a better exterminating service so that bugs do not run free in the rooms. Lisätietoja

We were only there for one night, but everything about the hotel was great. That will be our hotel from now on.

If they changed the dirty stained carpets and cleaned and upgraded the elevators this could be a very decent hotel. Housekeeping staff not that good as we found chewed gum sitting on our bedside table when we checked in! Front desk staff was mixed, lady on check in not bad but not very friendly but man when we checked out was very nice and accomodating. Management […] cannot stop parents from letting their sick kids cough all over the breakfast buffet and I realize that is not their fault but maybe the could suggest to some parents that they leave the child at the table while they get the food. Got into Ft. Lauderdale aiport at 10:30pm and left the hotel the next morning at 8am. Got two double beds (I'm 6'3"). Reasonably comfortable. Asked for a wakeup call while checking in but never got it (I plan backup for cases like this). Easy access to Hwy 95

Absolutely satisfied with my staying in the hotel

The location is the best thing going for this property. They also have a night time security guard that is very polite and friendly so I felt safe despite some of the late night people staying there. Its a very low cost hotel.

Very clean and well mantained place.. I am down there every other weekend. I would stay there every time I am there... Nice rooms and the extra room was perfect in size.

The non smoking room smelled of smoke and the bed sheets were gross and dirty. Hair and other unknown crusty objects were on the blanket. Great location just a cheap dirty and smelly room.

Hotel was nice and clean. But the toilet wouldn't flush and there was a Bug infestation, were are all bit up. They changed our room, to another and it didn't have these bugs, when I checked it. The location is PERFECT for business in Deerfield, Boca or Lauderdale. The Pool is nice and they have a very simple (good enough breakfast) but.... The carpet was gross, the room I was in was a non-smoking room but it stank like smoke and the AC blew med cool air - and it smelled like smoke. The bed sheets were NOT changed twice in a 4 day stay. The […] couch in the room was GROSS, the carpet was nasty and damp...If they would change the dirty sheets, put in some new furniture including new beds this would be a great location and great property. I, however, would not ever stay here again.. Just a heads up, I am not a picky guy and all I really care about is comfort and the place being clean. The price is AWESOME if you are looking for something that does not exceed the standards of say an old Motel 6... To me its worth spending 80 or 100 a night up the street to have that clean/comfort.. Great experience, only comment is that the a/c unit takes a bit to cool the room - but once it does its wonderful!!

I was hesitant to book this hotel based on the pictures, but was pleasantly surprised. They have updated the bed sheets and covers since their pictures and it gives a very appealing look. the mini-fridge and microwave came in handy and the pool was very nice. It was also great to have a separate bedroom.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Only complaint I have was the rug had a few stains. Rates were reasonable.

Nice hotel but had a problem finding it as the sign on the side of the road was not lit up at night and my sat nav took us past it. you do need a car to stay here but it's 5 min drive to the beach and walmart and plenty of other shops and restaurants. down side is the highway 95 which is close is a bit busy.

very close to I95. overall good stay. no complaint's. I am in wheelchair. Big bathroom!!!!!

when we arrived the desk attendant was very slow. i was only person but still took more time than necessary. the room was ok but :- 1) Kitchen are looked as if it was home built with lumber from Lowes. 2) there was a 1-2'' crack under the door so we had to put a towel down to seal it from critters entering. 3) there was a weird substance on the coffee […] table that i scraped off and left for the room attendant to see. it was found when a glass placed on the table was wobbling. other than that the property was 'ok'. very happy with the hotel

The size of the room was great - two rooms total. Like a living room and a bedroom separated by a strong pocket door. But when I got there, it didn't seem to be the safest place and I was careful to lock all the doors. As a single female traveler, I didn't get the feeling that I'd be safe if I wandered around much there. The condition of the room was […] not that great - the carpet, furniture and paint was all really out of shape and outdated. So much so that I wouldn't have sat on the couch to relax - it was just too shabby - and I'm usually not that picky about hotel rooms. The shower and bathroom were in pretty good shape and the bed seemed to be just fine. Not a place you would even consider going barefoot in, even after your shower. There was no view at all - an elevator wall and a strange landing outside the bedroom window. So I didn't feel terribly secure except for the locks. Only complaint I have is that the carpets in my room need a good cleaning or should be replaced. Outside of that, everything was fine.

The hotel was adequate for what we needed and righ next to the Interstate which was convenient. However the entry road is dark and needs to be properly lit at nights. The rooms were clean but are a bit dated and could use an upgrade. the restaurant was never open and the continental breakfast was the same very day. This was my 3rd stay at the motel. We like the large rooms and convenient location. The staff is very nice and accommodating, especially in the continental breakfast area. I booked 3 months ahead and paid in advance and because of this, I felt my room should have been in a better location and cleaner. Our housekeeper either needed glasses, was in too […] much of a hurry, or just did not care. We left notes and withheld tips and finally by the latter part of the week, the room cleaning got better. Hotel was convenient to family members, lobby was clean and fresh, but room was left to be desired. Very dark and dingy and smelled of mildew. Had to buy a freshner for the room due to the horrible smell. Could use updating. Continental breakfast was good.

The hotel is suitable for short business stays, but leaves some things to be desired. The hotel has no restuarants nearby and has no on-site restuarant. The hotel has an excellent location to main roads and restaurants. Rooms are clean and service is great.
