Kaikin puolin onnistunut loma/hotelli, siisti, palvelutaso ok, ainut pieni epäkohta oli, kun vuoteet olivat kapeammat, kun mihin ollaan totuttu, ei kuitankaan haitannut, päinvastoin olivat romanttisemmat.

"Crystal Plaza Östermalm"
Hotellin yleiset tilat siistit, huone valitettavasti ei yhtä siisti, mutta ihan ok kuitenkin. Ääniä toisista huoneista/tiloista kuuluivat todella hyvin huoneeseen. Meillä oli parveke kadulle päin ja autojen äänetkin kuuluivat hyvin sisälle, mutta ne ei varsinaisesti haitannut. Aamupala muuten hieno, mutta pekoni puuttui :)

"Nice, long weekend in Stockholm"
I was spending three nights in Crystal plaza hotel with a friend. Check-in went fast, check-in personnel being very friendly and efficient. Our room was a small disappointment, even though it being a bit shabby kind of fitted the style of the hotel. You could see that little renovations during the years were made with a little bad taste. It was still […] comfortable. We had a problem with the wireless internet but the reception personnel took care of it in couple of hours. The possibility for reserving the small gym and sauna for private use for free was great! Breakfast was pretty ok as well. Check-in stuff was really friendly and nice all the time. Location very close to Stureplan area is absolutely great! Overall, price-quality relation (we had an offer for 3 nights) was very reasonable. Great location, easy to find, near the metro and walking distance from centrum. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. There was some traffic noise in the room at night (room was in the 1st floor and windows to the street) but that's often the price you pay when you want a good location, and it didn't […] disturb too much. Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä hotelliin. Siistit kylpyhuoneet, mukavat vuoteet. Aamiainen on runsas. Kaduilta ei kuulunut ääniä juuri lainkaan.

Yövyimme Crystal Plazassa 28-31.01 2011 ja hotelli oli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan ehdottomasti tukholmalaista huippua. Asiat pelasivat ruotsalaisella mutkattomuudella ja rentoudella. Aamiaispöytä nautitaan hotellin kiinalaisravintolassa ja se oli runsas. Aamiaisen jälkeen söimmekin vasta illalla. Hotellista on hellpo tutustua kävellen koko kaupungin keskustaan […] ja menimme kävellen jopa matkalaukkujen kera T-centraliin ja sieltä lentokentälle. Hotellissa on myös maksuton pienen kuntosalin ja saunan käyttö. Huoneemme suihkut oli juuri vaihdettu ja saimme kunnian ilmeisesti käyttää upeaa suihkukaappia ensimmäisinä, Muutoinkin huone oli hyvin siisti. Langaton netti oli maksuton ja toimi erinomaisesti. Tätä hotellia voin suositella milloin vain ja aion seuraavalla Tukholman reissullani yöpyä taas vanhassa historiallisessa Crystal Plazassa. Lisätietoja

Aamiainen hyvä. Huone 6krs. iso riittävä 3 henkilölle. Kylpyhuone pieni mutta siisti ja toimiva. Suosittelen.

Nice room in a very beautiful old building which is located in short distance from centrum. Breakfast was versatile and delicious. The waffle iron was nice extra. Toilet paper in the hotel room was more like sandpaper. Bring your own if you are sensitive.

All employees were professional and very helpful. Breakfast is limited to what you would expect in Australia, though the selection was up to standard and good quality. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Very Nice location and close to cafes, restaurants and pubs etc.

"Warm Staff and Environment"
I happened upon this hotel while planning my trip. I decided to risk it because the rates were affordable. I received much more than I bargained for. The Hotel itself has a fantastic location by the library and a 10 minute walk to Gamla Stan. The staff was not only helpful and warm, but they also catered to our every need whether it was directions to […] Ikea or pain relievers for a headache. The room was spacious with a lovely view over the surrounding neighborhood. I always felt comfortable and cozy when I returned from a long day of sightseeing. Great location, near shopping streets and museums etc. Street side rooms are quite noisy because of traffic. Fine small room with super limited minibar-not even one bottle of local beer! Bed was too hard for sleeping. Breakfast normal Nordic level. Superior for southern europe visitors.

Really nice Hotel in an excellent location. Bedrooms are much quieter at the back of the Hotel ask for Courtyard rooms. Extremely friendly staff especially in the breakfast room. Lots to eat at breakfast time. "Crystal Plaza Hotel in Östermalm (Stockholm)"
First of all, the location of the hotel is more than convenient as it is in a walking distance from the metro station and most of the shops, cafes and bars of the area. The hotel is well-preserved, clean and offers really comfortable beds! I totally recommend it since it is very reasonably priced for the value it offers. Have a nice stay!

a very good hotel, middle of the city centre, with bars,and restaurants close to the hotel. i enjoyed the hotel during my stay, and the hotel staff were also friendly and helpful.. i will definitly go there again, and recommend it 2 everyone..
"Good value for money"
Stayed at double economy room for 3 nights. Room was surprisingly good and hotel is located within 5 min walk from nice shopping possibilities and subway. Excellent hotel for reasonable price.
"Great location, but drafty and noisy"
Admittedly, the hotel is very well located, within 250m walking of the Östermalmstorg station and maybe a 20min walk of the central station. The price was also reasonable. However, there are some caveats: The room was both noisy and drafty. The window, facing the main road, was not isolated to either noise or thermally. During the night, the sounds […] of a nearby nightclub can be heard via the road, and in the morning, traffic is quite intense. The same window also spewed masses of cold air into the room, which mean the heater had no chance to compete... a pretty cold room. The breakfast was provided with a good selection of foods. However, one more drawback here: the service personnel wasn't really very professional, standing in the way and observing the clients. "Great place to stay"
Stayed here for 3 nights from 21st August. Very welcoming reception. Hotel is a pleasant walk to centre of the city with interesting shops and huge variety of cafes and restaurants along the way.The room was comfortable and spacious and hotel foyer area was a relaxing spot with a bar.
