Very nice, except for some noise from renovation? upstairs, which started at 9.30 am and was heard some days still at 6pm ( we were mostly out of our room between 11 am and 6-7 pm, so we cannot say what happened during those hours).

Hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla ja siitä oli helppo suunnistaa joka puolelle niin jalan kuin esim. Metrolla. Hyvä palvelu ja siistit huoneet (päivittäin siivous). Suosittelen.

Hotelli oli siisti ja hyvällä paikalla. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huoneeni oli lähes alimmassa kerroksessa, minkä vuoksi liikenteen meteli häiritsi yöllä. Miinuksena oli myös se, että internettiä sai käytää ilmaiseksi vain 15 min /vrk.

Sijainti erinomainen, huoneet ja hotellin yleistilat hieman "kulahtaneet". Ilmastointi piti liian isoa ääntä, ei voinut pitää päällä kuin ajoittain. Ravintola liian pieni, aaamiainen erinomainen ravintola liian pieni / jonotusta aamiaselle. Kaikki ruuat olivat erinomaisia.

Olimme 1 yön (4.1.12) 19. kerr sisäpihan huoneesssa jossa oli miellyttävän hiljaista. Edellisen viikon kuuntelimme Karibian melko kovaäänisiä maininkeja. No. Iltaruuaksi huonepalvelu toi upeata salaattia ja pizzoja ja katsoimme payTV:stä vähän Tower Heistia joka on kuvattu (tai kuvaus) naapurissa Columbus Circlessä. Hinta/laatusuhde kaikenkaikkiaan […] kohdallaan. Ei ole ovimiestä joka kantaisi laukkuja taksista, pyöröovesta hieman hankala päästä sisään ison matkalaukun kanssa. Parasta on upea historia, William Randolph Hearstin (publisher, Citizen Kanen alter ego) rakennuttama talo valmistui 1928 Hollywood -väelle, mm Gary Grant asui talossa 12v. Kun kävelee lobbystä 1. kerrokseen niin käytävän seinillä on kuvia regular guesteista mm Beatles,Elvis, James Dean ja Elisabeth Taylor. Hotellin sijaintihan on huikean hyvä. JFK:hin pääsee helposti 5thAv/53St subwayasemalta E metrolla Jamaica Stationin suuntaan. Ja jos MTA:n Metrocardissa on vielä $5 jäljellä, saa sillä vingutettua vielä Air Train-matkan, kannattaa muuten tsekata Eero Saarisen nätti Terminal 5, valkoinen lentoonlähtevä koppakuoriainen, joka on jätetty taiteellisesti näkyville (TWA hub). PS. toispuolella katua on NY:n suurin hotelli eli Hilton, jonka Exclusive Loungesta 44th floorista on upea näkymä alas 6th Av:lle ja Warwick-hotelliin, voi bongata niitä suitejen kuuluisia terasseja. We stayed in a delux room at the Warwick. The room was very spacious with a king bed and views out to 6th ave- exactly what we had wanted and were not dissapointed in any way with the cleanliness or comfort of the room. We were on the 4th floor so heard some car horns but the general noise was not too bad. The hotel it's self has beautiful historic […] aesthetic, the location to sights and subway was awesome and the staff were lovely and let us compare a couple of available room types when we got there and let us chose which we would prefer. As always, the Warwick is superb. The only thing about the hotel that I wish were different: the kitchen for Randolph's closes at 11:00 P.M. and since we usually have dinner after seeing a Broadway show or the opera, when the performance runs late we can't have dinner at Randolph's. I wish the kitchen would stay open till 12:00 midnight.

The location of this mid-town hotel is great. The service however is tired, lazy or arrogant. On checking in the receptionist looked up only once from her computer and talked to me while staring at her screen during the whole check in process, to the ectent that I had to ask her if she was directing her questions at me or talking to someone else. I was given another room with a king bed, the view wad a brick wall 6 feet from my window making the room very dark.The temperature of the water from the shower ran cold or hot without touching the controls.i had to ask three times to replenishe d the bottled water in the mini bar. We had to switch rooms 3 times. First time for room with a bath, then AC out in room and next room was a downgrade to a worse room so they moved us to another. The manager was very nice and accommodating but it was a circus altogether . They do not have AC in the hallways so it is like a sauna until you enter your room. I was lucky to get a great deal, I think the location is a great plus for the hotel. The only inconvenience was the use of only one elevator out of three during the busiest time ( Sunday morning). Waiting time was 10-15 minutes.I hope the management will resolve the problem, will stay there again.

Perfect location near Central Park, MoMA, Met, theatre,Times Square, restaurant row and subway to everything else. Staff very attentive and price point good for quality hotel. Only slight negative is bathroom small, in need of storage shelves, but room was large for NYC standards.

This hotel was very welcoming and accommodating in every way....service was friendly and excellent. The dining room could perhaps use a more varied menu but there are many alternative eating locations of excellence within a few feet of the hotel so this was not really an issue.

The Warwick was a very nice hotel, close to moma, theaters, times square, rockefeller center etc. Also two subway stations very close. Only drawback was that our room was on the third floor on the sixth avenue side, so there were some noise from the street.

Very good location in a central, busy and safe area. Short walk to subway, Central Park, Times Square and Broadway. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Our room on the 4th floor was great. I loved the hotel and it's style and history. I tend to ike the older, European-style hotels. However, the neighborhood, in the past 15 yrs, has become overwhelming with the blocks of square, high steel and glass buildings they have constructed between 6th and 8th Avenues. The Warwick provides rare intimacy and outstanding quality for a Midtown hotel. It's a wonderful alternative to the larger chains in the area, and its historic character stands in further contrast to the corporate and banal. We recently stayed at the Warwick. I loved to learn about the history of the hotel.... The location was excellent. Room was clean. Bathroom was small. Concierge very helpful. Doormen were not helpful with bags when we arrived but very helpful as we left. Awesome hotel for price and location! I would stat there again.

This is my third time staying at the Warwick in the past 10 years, and it did not disappoint. The room is large and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wireless works well. The bar is really pleasant, too. My one complaint is Murals 54, which serves breakfast and lunch. We have stayed in New York many times and the location of this hotel is excellent, close to Central Park and Times Square. The lobby staff were very polite and helpful. we were able to check in early and there was no charge to store our cases on the day of departure. We did not use the Dining Room or bar as there are plenty of nice places close by to […] eat and drink. Our room was on the 12th floor at the back of the hotel (view of wall included) which was not a problem, however, there was a lot of noise from a heating/air conditioning unit, especially at night. The room was very comfortable apart from the temperature, which was way too hot, despite having the air conditioning on cool all of the time. We wanted to be near our theatre, favorite restaurants and enjoy a classic hotel. We also didn't want to break the bank---a good hotel at a good price. Things just feel into place, we got to the Warwick a little after noon and they were able to give us our room early. We even had a view of MOMA's roof gardens. Everyone was very helpful. New York Times […] in the morning and an excellent breakfast in their smaller restaurant. Doorman got us our cabs and answered any questions we had. Even the guests seemed very friendly.
