Very clean, modern rooms. Cooking opportunity in room (Stove, pans etc) but no dish washing brush or washing liquid. Staff was friendly but they wasnt at reception too much. Hard to find staff sometimes. That was all _BAD_ things i could find. Rest was GOOD! we liked.

Excellent apartment hotel, clean room with air-conditioning, own bathroom, kitchen, Internet access for 3 € per 24 h, easy access to the hotel with tram, which stops only few blocks away, I would stay again

"Terrible reception staff"
I was traveling in France for 3 weeks, and I felt the staff (3 women) of this hotel were the most arrogant during my trip. On the first night, they assigned me a smoking room though I booked a non-smoking room. When I asked to change a room as soon I realized it, the staff was so reluctant and I couldn't change a room since she said there was no extra […] room. Next day, I went to the reception again to change the room. Another staff asked me if I really wanted to change the room. Again, she was so reluctant. And her attitude was very arrogant as if she deal with unreasonable complaint (she . No apology, but I finally got a non-smoking room. On the third day, I couldn't get into my room. I went to reception and the staff (the third women) blamed me that this happened because I changed the room. She insisted that she thought today was my check-out day and then invalidated the key. La chambre un peu vétuste et la vmc ou la clim faisait un bruit épouvantable ! Le petit déjeuner ne mérite pas du tout 9 euros par personne c était pas bon et peu fourni !
Chambres peu confortables, nettoyage approximatif, mauvaise isolation sonore, peti-déjeuner copieux et personnel aimable.
accueil trés correct, emplacement idéal, trés pratique pour le shopping et découverte du centre.

Accueillant, très bien situé, essayez-le. Seul petit défaut, design du mobilier à revoir / moderniser .

Hôtel proche du centre, confortable, avec brasserie tout à fait correct. L' ensemble manque cependant de charme(8 étages de chambre: c' est un peu l' usine) et les abords de l' hôtel manquent de verdure...mais bon, on est au centre!!! Attention, il faut rajouter au prix le parking payant (environ 10 à 15euros pour 24H).

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones "correctas" y está limpio. La situación es excelente. Lo recomiendo.

Hotel d'affaire typique, situé au bord du quartier Mériadek. Bonne qualité générale. Dommage, comme dans tant d'établissement de ce type, que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas à la hauteur des tarifs pratiqués, avec des produits de très faible qualité.

It took me 30 min to get a tea in the evening at the bar due to a very limited number of staff in the restaurant.

The hotel housekeepers entered our room more than once even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door! They entered immediately after knocking without waiting to find out if we were in the room! The room was hot and stuffy even with the air conditioning on. Otherwise the hotel was OK.

La déco des couloirs et des chambres date du début des années 90. C'est propre et bien entretenu mais un peu vieillot. La literie est plutôt confortable. Les chambres qui donnent sur l'intérieur ont une vue sur les murs opposés. La situation de l'hôtel est plutôt satisfaisante. Mériadeck est un quartier plutôt administratif et commercial, et n'est […] pas particulièrement joli. hôtel plutôt calme, bien dans l'ensemble, le seul point négatif : TRES forte odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre, ce qui est désagréable.
Comme l'hôtel est proche du centre ville, il pourrait exister un petit dépliant avec la liste des monuments à voir soulignant les "incontournables". . Il serait judicieux de préciser qu'il faut prévoir le paiement d'un emplacement parking pour les personnes disposant d'une voiture.
