Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät, ergonomiset tuolit ja suoravalintapuhelimet, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneessa ilmaista nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Vuoteissa on patjana: petauspatja. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihkut, kylpytakit ja designer-hygieniatuotteet. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat meikkaus-/parranajopeilit ja hiustenkuivaaja. Lisäksi siivouspalveluita on saatavilla (päivittäin) ja pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluu herätyssoitto. Erittäin tyytyväinen. Hotellissa näkyy perinteikäs tapa palvella asiakasta tinkimättömällä kunnioituksella ja palvelualttiudella, joka ei kuitenkaan tuntunut epäluonnolliselta imartelulta. Laadukas kuntosaliosasto jacuzzeineen sekä maksulllinen spa-osasto lisäävät mukavuutta. Aamiainen erinomainen. Baari ja hotelllin puutarhasisäpiha luovat erityistä viihtyisyyttä. Pidimme hotellista vapaa-ajanmatkalla, mutta valitsisin sen myös tulevaisuudessa työmatkani yöpymis- tai konferenssipaikaksi. Sijainti hyvä. Puhtaus erinomainen.

Stayed for 5 nights in July and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is near to the French Quarters and other sights, you can walk everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitively stay here again. =)

On arrival we were met by a very friendly person on the front desk who gave us some really excellent advice about places to go and where the best music was (not on Bourbon Street). Valet parking was quite expensive but to be honest it was cheaper and less hassle than the other options in the area and was convenient for us. It was about 25 dollars a day but i can't remember exactly. It was a little disappointing that although i knew the price did not include breakfast, the hotel could not offer any "pay for" breakfast. One other small annoyance was that our room did not include a refrigerator. We did ask for one to be placed (only once) and were told that it would be, unfortunately it never was. Overall though i would say that i was quite happy with the overall experience, it was very nice to stay in this kind of old New Orleans style building.

Good location. Walking distance to French Quarters and Missisippi boardwalk. Good breakfast and generous free happy hour service. Rooms ok, although on the smaller side.

Nice hotel in a good location for the French Quarter. The rooms are not large but are good for the location. The courtyard is great. Bring your own hair dryer. They do not provide one in the room.

We loved the hotel the room which was so comfortable. The staff was super friendly, we were greeted every time we entered the lobby. The photos on the website were accurate and only showed a bit of the beauty of the pool. The staff was friendly (allowed us to check in a bit early), room was clean, bed was comfy, nice TV and relaxing courtyard. The Hotel was even better in person! The pictures cannot tell how cool and chic this spot is. From the Lobby, to the Bar to the outdoor pool area. All very modern and hip. The rooms were just as nice. Great gym, all the right equipment to get a solid workout!!

I've been to and stayed at many places and this place was the best. Everything was great. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and everthing in the room was new and worked. They even have an iPod dock to listen to "your" music. I had just stayed in a three hundred plus dollar a night 1100 sq ft suite in a well known italian named hotel in Vegas […] that didn't measure up to this place.....I will always return to this place when ever I come back to New Orleans...Thank you! This place was exactly what I wanted. It was contemporary, new, clean, and classy. Its literally 1 block from Bourbon St. Room was immaculate. Cool contemporary design in the room and common areas. "Unbeatable location; Modern Comfort"
This hotel was perfect in every way: close to everything, modern and appealing to the eyes, packed with the convenience of a business center and a nice bar, run by a friendly, accomodating staff. Initially parking/dropping off your car is confusing. Check-in was fine, but when we arrived at the room, we were surprised to find strange spots on the ceiling and chair underneath. A friend and I stayed at Hotel Le Marais for a wedding next door. The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely kind, especially the very lovely lady who was the evening manager. It was nice, but I expected nicer for the price. It's right off Bourbon St, if you're into that, but still pretty centrally located. This hotel is amazing for the price. Near Bourbon St, but quiet! Staff is great, rooms are immaculate, with all modern conveniences. Good breakfast, newspaper, small, but decent gym. It's just perfect!

My wife and i stayed here 3 days this week. The hotel looks and feels new. Very nice room on par with our stay at the Omni in Austin, TX. The valet is expensive but I don't think you can do cheaper on your own. Restaurants and bars just down the block are excellent. Definitely a gem.

My girlfriend & our 2 boys had a great, quiet, comfortable stay at Le Marais. Close to everything with great walkability & a cool International ambience... Good coffee & Restaurants are close by.... The staff were excellent and attentive, & friendly!! - 3 cajuns & a Hawkeye in Chi-town!
