The staff was very nice! The location was perfect if you are going to see a concert at the DCU center. The area seemed very clean.

We exhibit at a trade show at the DCU center each year. This hotel is one block from the center. Right now, the hotel is undergoing a face lift inside. The lobby is done but the individual floors are in the midst of being worked on. Breakfast is good except for the eggs.

I was a bit harried when I arrived, but the nice person at the desk said there was going to be a wine tasting in half an hour right there in the lobby. Perfect. The breakfast was very good. I will stay here again, since I have a college student in Worcester and this hotel was clean and convenient.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Advice on late night food, took pictures of us decked out and ready for a night of fun, 1:00 pm late checkout. Breakfast very tasty and good variety, Frank's Red Hot Sauce was a nice surprise. Very close to our destination the Union Station. Good price and ammenities. Basic lodging, clean and satisfactory. While there was coffee in the lobby when I checked in, late afternoon, there was none to be found in the morning. It was easier to go across the street to a coffee shop rather than interrupt the employees, who really like chatting with each other, in my exit in the morning.

First time in a Hampton Inn and the facility was more than pleasantly surprising. Just like a Hilton, well go figure. But we need a little work with the staff. It reminded me of checking in Kiev--military, no expression, orders, rush, and forget the eye contact. I forgot a check book in my room, staff found it, and were able to return it. Awesome! Folks really nice at desk, services and restaurant.

This was our third stop on our road trip. We found it convenient in all aspects and Worcester was kind of quaint and beautiful. But, if you are trying to find some life around the hotel in late evenings or weekends you would be disappointed. The desk staff was exceptionally helpful with our questions about places to have dinner. The room was clean and spacious. The public areas were kind of worn and dirty, but that didn't bother me much as all I did was walk through them. This was an extremely convenient location for me and cost-effective as well while I was attending a conference at the DCU that starts very early and runs very late. Hotel staff were unfailingly polite and responsive. I had repeated problems getting into my room though, as the room key and lock system kept failing. Given my schedule and requirements […] (dashing in and out at odd hours), this was very inconvenient. It was really handy to be able to get a full breakfast (complementary), however the food quality is middling. We arrived at the hampton Inn in Worcester , MA , very late , after a very nbusy day and evening . It was an extremely Hot . Humid night , and when we got to our room , we discovered that there was a problem with the air conditioner , and the Beds were a little smaller than we anticipated , so we called the front desk. the Night Manager came to the […] room , moved us to a room on the same floor , and brought a cot for us to make up for the smaller Double bed. My husband and I were very pleased with our choice The staff was the best we have ever had. They were friendly, efficient and most helpful. There was some renovation going on during our stay, but it did not interfer in any way. We would definitely stay there again.

I found a special promotion through hotels.com. Everything was great with the stay including the friendly staff at levels and comfortable furnishings, but only one word can describe breakfast -- incredible.

I will be visiting Worcester quite often as sick family member. So I am looking for a hotel with comfortable bed due to bad back. This hotel was great but the mattress was too soft for my back. Spent sleepless nite. If mattress not a problem I would go again. Nice spread for Breakfast, nice personnel both front desk & cleaning people. While my trip was disappointing, the stay at this fine hotel was the high point. The staff was great, room was wonderful, and breakfast was an added bonus.

Very pleasant stay. The Hampton was clean, the staff friendly and the morning breakfast a terrific plus. Would definitely recommend.

Over-all we were treated warmly and welcomed: this atmosphere made our stay pleasantly restful.

Parking was very difficult because of the snow piles. Neither exit allows a left turn which makes access to highway confusing. Wish it had a pool, but the hotel itself is fine

We had a great overnight stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. The extras like fresh coffee, tea, hot chocolate 24 hrs., were much appreciated, as were the warm baked chocolate chip cookies at check-in. The breakfast buffet was served in a pleasant room with TV. The choices were excellent with healthy -- oatmeal, […] yogurt, fresh fruit (apples, bananas, sliced melons), cereals -- as well as usual breakfast fare of scrambled eggs and bacon, make-it-yourself Belgian waffles, variety of muffins, bagels, toast, pastries, and cereals. Coffees, teas, hot chocolate, milk, and orange juice were available. USA Today was also delivered. Our king size bed was very comfortable and provided a comfy night's sleep. The hotel room was very quiet and clean. The check out was 11 am, but we got a 12 noon checkout no problem. We were in town to see a show at The Hanover Theater and this hotel was very convenient. There also is a large Starbucks right behind the hotel and several restaurants within walking distance (Uno's, Pub 99, etc.). I have no complaints about this place. It's really well-maintained, clean, comfortable, and the amenities are exactly what is expected, such as free wi-fi. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The only minor complaint I have is that the noise-level. Stayed at Hampton Inn, Worcester as a break in driving to a conference. Quick check in, room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast in the morning was perfect to get us on our way. Would stay again at this hotel!

Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening! Breakfast was average would have preferred to have real cups vs styrofoam but overall it was fine.

hotel staff were friendly & helpfull. however for a Hampton Inn it was rather run down & needs a good refirbishment.

The Hampton Inn was great for the value... The lobby was presentable, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was very good... I recommend this hotel...

I found information in my room that directed me to a neighborhood where there were at least 10 attractive establishments.

The hotel is easily accessible and easy to find. The stuff is very polite and helpful. The room was clean but the hotel overall has a little dingy feeling, the furniture and carpeting seems to be a little worn out and in need of replacement. This hotel was a good place to stay for the dcu center, about a block away. the only bad thing was I could not get a full connection to the internet connection, it said I was connected but web pages would not load. The people at the front desk were of no help. If you really neede to get online there is a puter in lobby to use.

I always try to find a Hampton Inn when I travel, because I'm never disappointed in the condition of the hotel or the service of the staff. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was super comfy. I love the accessibility to the downtown area and to the highway. I could walk over to Shrewsbury St where there is great food and entertainment! Beds are comfortable and the Continental bkst is up to Hampton standards.
