We felt pretty safe in this area. It was very close to the ballpark, museums, convention center, 6 Flags, and lots of restaurants. Our room was clean. The bed was a little too firm. The door to the hallway was not completely sealed, so we could hear some noises and see light from the hallway. Our biggest complaint would be the thermostat. We set the […] temp on 72 degrees. The system was continuously running, alternating between hot and cold air. Unfortunately, if you are sitting at the computer desk, you will be freezing or burning up. The lady at the front desk was wonderful; it was a very busy time (around 8:30 pm) and she managed to be polite, cheerful and welcoming. Wish I had gotten her name, because she is a treasure and deserves a raise! We did not need the shuttle, but understand they have one for local attractions and restaurants. A couple friends and I needed a hotel very close to cowboys stadium and I booked at this hotel. Everything was great! At first we had a problem with our room. We brought the problem to the front desk and they moved us. After that it was great. If you're near the elevators it's noisy. "Courteous staff"
Excellent experience! We had reservations for Fri and Sat night but because of Hurricane Isaac and possible flooding, we had to leave our area earlier than planned. We arrived at the hotel Fri morning at 7:00 am after driving all night. We were welcomed by the staff and allowed to check into our room at that time instead of the 3:00 pm check-in time. […] The very nice young lady at the desk made a point of telling us to come back down and have breakfast after we went to our room. The breakfast was nice and the dining area clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room pleasant. The shuttle to the Alabama/Michigan game at the Cowboys stadium was very convenient and saved us the cost of parking at the stadium. "Great place to stay"
Was a great stay, shower was fabulous with great water pressure. Shuttle to six flags, Texas Rangers, Ect. They have a mini water park outside for the kids too. We had a great time.Aito Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu

"Perfect Hotel for Six Flags."
We loved everything about our stay. Having the shuttle take us to Six Flags was great!! Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else when going to the park or a Rangers game! The rooms are lovely. "Great hotel, great value, great location."
Clearly, this is the hotel to stay at if you are going to Rangers games, Cowboys games, Six Flags Theme Park, and/or Hurricane Harbor. It was also an easy drive to downtown Dallas and other places we wanted to go. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. "Super from the get-go!"
From the moment we walked in, we loved it! Staff was super, friendly, helpful, very very nice. Offered shuttle service (even for a handicapped person in our party) and went out of their way to help. Our one and only dislike was that we couldn't get wi-fi in our room. We wanted to use our iPad in our room late that night (after midnight when we came […] back from the Rangers game) and didn't want to sit in the lobby at that time of night just to use Internet.
