Ordered 2 meals & dessert. Instead of cheesecake, which I was still billed for, it was a pie shaped slice of bread. Didn't realize this until after meals were finished & kitchen was closed. Great location, great service, and very comfortable. The wi-fi wasn't working while we were there, but other than that, everything was exceptional. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and comforting. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Dallas.

The hotel stay started off quite rocky for us - we booked two double rooms which was confirmed in the email and in the booking process, and I called the hotel to confirm this before arriving, since we were bringing along our two children. We arrived and when I checked in the front desk staff made absolutely no mention that they had changed my room type, […] I went upstairs and found we had a king only. I called down and was told they were oversold, I discussed with them why it was an issue for us and was told they would work on it. They called me a few minutes later and told me to come down and change rooms. I was given a new key, went upstairs and walked in on a man who was already occupying the room! I returned down to the front desk and explained the issue, the front desk personnel told me to wait a moment - then took several phone calls. I waited patiently, but then he took another family's check in ahead of me who came in after I had been standing there. I didn't complain but was then told that he had just given away the last double room to that family and there was nothing that could be done. After that point I started to get quite annoyed. Not only had I been there for check in well before this other group, I had been sent up and down twice already (and I recently had surgery so that was a little obnoxious). I was finally given a slightly larger room and a cot was sent up. Their cots are very nice with a thick, quality twin mattress - so if anyone finds themselves in the position where one is needed, they are quite nice. The room was well maintained, and I really like the central location of the hotel. If it were not for all of the check in problems I would have been very happy with our choice of hotel. I like that there is a door to seperate bedroom and living room. In fact I would quite possibly make this our hotel of choice when visiting Dallas - which we often do, and especially when bringing our children with us, if I could find the experience and service im Lisätietoja

The hotel itself was great. It was the service that brings this hotels rating down. And the food was horrible. I was very disappointed in this starwood hotel, it should not be a starwood preferred. My trip started horribly when I arrived 9am and they told me I was checked out!! Canbu believe it! I had a 3 day reservation and they said I was checked […] out. I understand I was late but the reservation was paid in FULL and there was no reason for them to check me out. It was only by the emailed receipt from hotels.com that kept them from kicking me out!!! Then my tv isn't working. I'm pushing the button and no response. So they send up a janitor!!! He pushes the same button for a half an hour!!! I told him it's not going to work!! I have n wonderful time there the rm was very nice n clean the beds was very comfortable.And the view was very nice the hotel ppl was very nice n polite.I would love 2 go bk again without my kids with my spouse.Thanks again ill be bk soon I hope

The staff at the front desk were rude.

I like this hotel very much, very convenient for me. Only complaint was that out of EVERY floor in the hotel, only ONE ice maker was working and I had to go to 4 different floors until I found a working ice maker

If I were there for Market, it would have been perfect. But, I was there for other business, and there is absolutely nothing in walking distance to the hotel. Room service was good though.

I booked this hotel for a double suite more than 7 weeks in advance and have confirmation papers for verification. Upon arrival, I was told that no more doubles were available and I would be given a King suite,which in my opinion, was too small to be considered a "suite". It was cramped in the bedroom and small bathroom. It was not what I booked or […] wanted, but it was doable. Upon entering the room, it smelled like 3 day old wet towels, very musty and moldy. As soon as the air conditioner was put on, it was apparent that this "smoke-free" hotel was not smoke free .Clearly someone nearby or sharing the ventilating system was smoking in their room. The bathroom and bedroom seemed to smell the worse. We complained to the front desk the following morning and was told that they would have engineering check into it and also have housekeeping check the surrounding rooms.We never heard back from the hotel about this and it continued throughout our entire stay. For coffee in the am, there were 4 packs of decaf coffee, no regular and only 2 creamers. I left a nice note for housekeeping to leave only regular coffee and extra(lots) of creams. They left no creams instead so I had to call the front desk at 9pm to have housekeeping bring some to us. If I purchase or pay for something that I am told is of quality, then I expect to have that quality and I did not feel that with this hotel. Lisätietoja

Enjoyed my 3day 2night stay at this beautiful hotel and will definitely stay here again in the near future.

I stayed here 5 days for business. My convention was up the street at a pricier hotel, but I saved a lot staying off site and walking. The hotel itself is well maintained and staff are very friendly. The main drawback was eating. The hotel restaurant does not have good selection and it is a long walk to anywhere nearby for food. Not convenient in that […] respect. Very nice stay. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Free Parking Nice view nice room. Suggest that you call ahead to confirm reservation. Hotel in good location that books up quickly. They did not have a room with double beds as we had reserved but they were good enough to give us a suite with a seperate master bedroom and a sofa couch. It worked […] out nicely. Apparently Room Types are considered a preferance so calling ahead might eliminate a problem. Hotel only offerred ATT Internet at 10 bucks a day and Breakfast was great but it was 15 a plate. Spring Break weekend for my boys started off great at this hotel. Nice staff. Got a great discount through hotels.com & my boys really enjoyed it. It was quick and convenient to the American Airline Center and we will DEFINATELY stay here again!!

Came here for business. Close to the freeway, downtown Dallas and provides parking. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. I will stay here again.

By far the best place I've stayed the night in me and my date enjoyed the view of downtown Dallas from the balcony... the room was pretty big and clean really comfortable bed and spacious would recommend anyone to go and affordable : ) was content look forward to booking soon.

I paid $20 for 2 day internet. I need to do payroll for more than 50 people but because the bad internet connection my employees didn't get their pay on time. I do not mind paying but service was terrible.

I have stayed at this hotel no less than 7 times and i have never been disappointed. It is very updated and modern throughout. The gym isn't bad and my kids love the pool in the summer. Good hotel, I would stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff including Daniel, a concierge who goes above and beyond! My only disappointment was with the slow restaurant service who forgot my order so I ended up waiting a good 45 minutes for my dinner despite being one of a handful of patrons at the time.

I loved the hotel the staff was very warm an cheerful. The only complaint I have is the 1 of tha beds n tha room kept falling off tha rail, I called n reported it 2 tha front desk who n return was suppose 2 send maintence up which never happen. On tha same day I called down an asked 4 more toilet paper that the man at the front desk said they would […] bring up n I never received it. My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel for a concert at the American airlines center and we will return to this hotel next time we are in that area of Dallas! The staff was absolutely amazing! Our opinions Great central location. A lot of hotels don't have hot tubs and this hotel had a very nice indoor pool and hot tub The window was super drafty... Grab a jacket.! But nice place.

Only problem I had, is that my keys to the room would not work and I had to go back down to the front desk 2 different times after checking in. Then I did not have an iron or blow dryer in my room that the hotel states is in every room.

First off, Tamara at the front desk started our weekend off on a great note by being one of the friendliest and fun front desk employees I have encountered anywhere. Great location, very central to everything. Hotel is very comfortable, clean and up-to-date! They even offer a new service where you can choose to not have your room cleaned (saving resources) […] and they will give you SPC points or a voucher for $5. As an avid recycler and conservation nut I took advantage of this offer but the reward never materialized. At check-in the lady at the front desk was so friendly. We had reservations for Medieval Times, and needed to print out tickets. The guest printer was not working, so she printed them on the front desk printer for us. Great customer service.

I was Not impressed, I got better services from lower price Hotels - ie. paying for internet access everyone has a computer or tablet so why do we need to go back down stair to get connected otherwise pay for this service. The traffic in this area was horrendous! Traveled around several blocks several times before we could enter the parking area. When I got to the room it had 1 bed as opposed to the 2 beds I had booked. Went back down to the desk to tell them of the mistake. I was told the reservation request fro you was not for 2 beds. So I ended up sleeping on a very […] small sofa. I don't know where the mistake came in, but 2 of the 3 hotels I booked for this trip were far below my expectations.
