Stayed one night, Monday, Jan. 2nd. Excellent service, clean, quiet room. Ordered a small pizza from room service, a friendly, very pretty, smiling blonde headed young lady delivered it promptly. Pizza was among the best I've ever had. Service was awesome !!! Would definatly recommend to others, and would definatly stay there again. Thanks

"The smoking room"
At check in we got the room downstairs on the lowest floor, the farthest distance from the front desk. I commented that there was a review that said they reserved a non-smoking room, but ended up with a smoking room. The front desk clerk assured me that they had no smoking rooms on property. WRONG. We found ourselves in the same situation as the affore […] mentioned room. I immeditately contacted the front desk, and they assured me that I was wrong about the stench in the room. We wheeled the overflowing cart back to the front desk and they immediately gave us a different room. I would recommend this location based on quality and would suggest that you make sure you get what you pay for. The restaurant served good food, and was priced so so. Lisätietoja

"The Tale of Two Hotels"
There are two different wings of this hotel one being built quite recently and the other being quite old. My first night I was booked into a smoking room in the old room even though I reserved a non-smoking room. The room was worn, dirty, with very old fixtures and furniture and smelled like a rough old country western bar. I actually got out of bed […] at 4:00 am and left for the day because I couldn't stand the smell any longer. The next night I was put into a non-smoking room in the newer wing and it was quite nice. It was clean with very nice furniture and flat screen and to my delight, no smoke! I just don't understand how a motel could have two completely different experiences. Obviously they understand what a nice room should be, why they can't update the older wing is beyond me. On this trip I was in 6 different hotel rooms in 6 nights and they had the very best and very worst of the lot. Lisätietoja
