Kaupungissa Lake Buena Vista sijaitseva Disney's BoardWalk Inn on järven rannalla ja lähellä kohteita Disney's Boardwalk, Disney'n Hollywood-studiot™ ja Epcot. Lähistöllä ovat myös Blizzard Beach ja Typhoon Lagoon.

Hotellissa Disney's BoardWalk Inn on satama, kuntokeskus ja ulkouima-allas. Yleisillä alueilla on langaton Internet-yhteys (maksullinen palvelu). Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (lomakylä) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja limusiinipalvelu. Lomakylä, jossa on 4 ravintolaa ja myös kahvila, allasbaari ja baari / aulabaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: matkajärjestelyt / lippupalvelu, hääpalvelut ja valuutan vaihto. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: lastenallas, poreallas ja kuntokeskus tai -sali.Vieraille on tarjolla seuraavia huonehintaan sisältyviä kuljetuspalveluita: lentokenttäkuljetus - menopaluu (käytettävissä aina) ja kuljetus teemapuistoon. Asiakaspysäköinti sisältyy hintaan. Tämä on savuton hotelli.

Disney's BoardWalk Innn 378 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on tallelokerot ja meikkaus-/parranajopeilit. Langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys (maksullinen) on käytettävissä. Televisiossa on kaapeli-/satelliittikanavat.
Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat hiustenkuivaaja ja silitysrauta / -lauta. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat jääkaappi, turndown-palvelu ja hieronnat huoneessa. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin.

Viihtyisä, jääkaapin puute haittasi, jäitä kuitenkin kätevästi saatavissa, ilmastointi, mukava baari/ravintola vieressä.

Oikein hyvä perushotelli tapahtumien ja palveluiden keskellä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet moneen suuntaan. Lippupalvelu aulassa ja hyvä ravintola ja pikku kauppa perustarpeineen ja matkamuistoineen samassa rakennuksessa. Siisti hotelli ei kuitenkaan luksus josta joutuisi pulittamaan itsensä kipeäksi. Keskitason yläpuolella kuitenkin. Palvelu aulassa oli todella tökeröä eikä hymyä tarvinnut odottaa saavansa missään kohtaa. Hoitivat kuitenkin asiat mitä pitikin. Yöpyisin todennäköisesti täällä uudelleen jos samaan suuntaan eksyn.

Hinta-laatu-suhde todellakin kohdillaan! Iso siisti huone, jossa mikroaaltouuni ja jääkaappi. Hotellin uima-allasalue siisti ja viihtyisä. Ilmainen kuljetus teemapuistoihin ja takaisin. Hotellin aulassa on lippumyyntipiste, josta kannattaa ostaa etukäteen liput teemapuistoihin. Paljon ravintoloita lähellä.

Resort Airline Check-In Service allows guests to check luggage and receive boarding passes at the hotel. This service accepts one bag per passenger on JetBlue. Guests wishing to check multiple bags on JetBlue or any bags on AirTran, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, United, or US Airways must call 407-284-1231 (5 AM - 11 PM) to pay luggage fees prior to check-in, or guests can check bags at the airport. Guests must pre-book Disney's Magical Express, a complimentary transfer from the Orlando airport to the hotel. Visit www.disneysmagicalexpress.com/USA for registration. This service picks up and delivers luggage directly to guestrooms for those arriving between 5 AM - 10 PM. Guests must claim their own bags after hours.

"Boardwalk Inn-"
Best place to stay in the whole of Disney World!!! We've been coming since 1978 ( when there was only the Magic Kingdom). 23 trips to Disney World & have stayed @ most of the (deluxe) resorts... Loved the Beach Resort when the kids were younger. Have stayed @ the Boardwalk the last 6/7 times. It is the BEST-- Quiet, walk to Epcot & Hollywood Studios […] if you don't want to take the boat ( which is very convenient). This trip was just myself & my husband. We had a most relaxing & FUN trip..Can't wait to return to Disney World & the Boardwalk. Take my advice- try it--you will be back!!!! Lisätietoja

"One of the best experience in any hotels"
This is our second time using Disney's resort hotel. From the first day, it was red carpet all the way. The staff is all courteous and friendly. The Boardwalk location is a walking distance to EPCOT. As usual, the ride to and from the air port was included and excellent drivers in every way. The overall theme was a recreation of 40s or 50s Atlantic […] City's Boardwalk, NJ. We are from NJ and this one is far better and clean and safer than the actual NJ one. The hotel itself has a great ambiance and the nearby restaurant was a great one served by the menu made by Cat Cora. The entire hotel faces the lake view but you have to pay more to have the view of the lake. The room clean and well taken cared of although the first smell was heavy air freshener. It disappeared by the second day. Everything except foods in Disney is far from healthy and cheap. They are always overpriced greasy traditional American food. Any one who visited Disney will agree with me. One thing Disney will have to change is toward the health conscious menu to survive eventually, but this review is supposed to be about the hotel. The only thing wrong was I had requested a water view and it was supposed to be in the Villa's. The view was supposed to be able to see the Epcot fireworks. When we got to the hotel. They said there was no such request and they did the best they could but no view was visible. Plus we were not on the water. They told us that Villa's were only for vacation […] share holders. Superb position close to Epcot and MGM Studios theme parks, (walking distance to both). Lovely hotel, pick rooms away from lake views if needing quietness. "Great Place"
Love this resort, we had two reservations one at Animal Kingdom and one here, I almost changed the reservation from the Boardwalk inn to two days at animal kingdom, thank God I didn't , Animal Kingdom, and boardwalk Inn was amazing, every thing super clean, and in great conditions, comfortable rooms, staff members courteous, food fantastic, cheerful […] ambiance, nice pools, nice stroll, a must stay, even if you don't go to the parks, just staying at the hotel and going tot he pool and enjoying the attractions is worth the price. "Love the Boardwalk and access to Epcot"
The Boardwalk inn is charming and is super close to Epcot (walk or boat) and Hollywood studios (boat). The buses take you everywhere else. The boardwalk itself has all sorts of things to do in downtime (great food, magic, games, dancing, walk to other hotels, etc).

Loved the Boardwalk! Our room(5232) overlooked Epcot and we saw the fireworks from our room every night, even could see Magic Kingdoms fireworks too. Loved the performers on the boardwalk and kids enjoyed the pool-

"Great location"
This beautiful hotel is in a great location. The boardwalk is a nice diversion from all the theme parks and the Boardwalk Inn sits right in the middle of it. I don't know if any of the deluxe hotels are really worth what is charged, but if you're willing to spend the money, this hotel is as good as it gets at Disney World
