Hilton Suites Phoenix - Phoenix

The living room furniture wasn't that confortable. The living tv didn't work well.

I always book at this hilton when we are in Phoenix to watch a baseball or basketball game. They have a great shuttle service - so we don't have to walk with our kids. I was a bit dissapointed with the other guests - we happened to be in town the same weekend a softball & baseball team were staying - the kids were a bit unruly and playing with the elevators […] all day & night - and the guest services didn't do anything to stop them. By the day we were ready to check out it didn't seem like any of the elevator were working and we had to wait about 20 minutes. The pool area is great and my kids love the candy store (market) availabe for late night popcorn & ice cream snacks! Our car was parked safely in their garage and the rooms are always spectacular. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to stay in this area - and we'll book again! Lisätietoja

Our room was spacious and the bed was amazingly comfortable! I was worried about being close to the elevators but for nothing, because we had no problem with noise. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I plan to stay here again on our next visit to Phoenix.

Booked this and was disappointed in being charged for Parking, Internet,any Disney programs for the grandchildren. Even a local phone call fee was $1.00. There was also no shuttle to the Airport. I should have looked at the amenities a little closer before booking.

We could not get rooms for the night we wanted until we found space on Hotels .com. We got he room we had paid for and received first class treatment. Our only problem was that one of the queen beds (the one closest to the TV) was not comfortable so we slept in the other one.We will go back next year and we will use Hotels.com. This hotel was awful! The room stunk like cigarettes, they make you pay 11 dollars a day to park your car with no free parking options, and the average tasting breakfast that you can get for free at any regular hotel ended up running us 12+ dollars a person. Never again!

staff was very friendly, rooms were out of this world, very clean, restaurantand bar staff were very helpful. Going to Phoenix stay at the Hilton Suites

Our room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The only complaint I would have is they do not have a complimentary breakfast

I used hotels.com to assist me in finding this hotel and it was very clean and pleasant however $11 a day to park is crazy to me especially since the price was already on the high side.

The hotel is very good, however, there were a couple of items to note: 1 - There is very little in the surrounding area, and the map they give you is not to scale. Something that should was 1 block away , was 1 mile away. Somethat that was shown to be 4 blocks away was 7 miles away. 2 - The indoor pool was in the lobby, seemed very uncomfortable walking […] to the pool as guests ate dinner and checked in. 3 - Prepare for $15 per day parking, something that was not on anything I read, or was told about as I checked in. 4 - Only 1 van to shuttle around in. We wanted to go to dinner one night, however, there was a baseball game, and the shuttle was busy, we waited 15 minutes and decided to drive. Again, great hotel, and our experiance would have been great if we knew about these little issues, still a good hotel and good experiance, but prepare yourself, and adjust your expectations before arriving. We went to Phoenix to see two Diamondback games and stayed here two nights. Everything about this hotel is first rate, from the friendly service to the spacious and very comfortable room with a pillow top king size bed that made for an excellent night's sleep. This is a beautiful and clean place to stay, very quiet. They gave us free shuttle to Chase […] Stadium. And the Metro is across the street for easy access around Phoenix. For a hotel in the business area of Phoenix, I was amazed this hotel did not provide wireless Internet. Not good for me, since I had traveled with my iPad. The hotel had a cable to connect to Internet, but that does not work on an iPad.

We stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights as part of a longer vacation to the Grand Canyon and Zion National Parks. I have absolutely no complaints, and I am attentive to details at hotels. The front desk is amazing! Carly recommended the perfect restaurants for my husband and I each evening, and the hotel shuttle driver took us out each night, no added […] fee, and was just so kind and helpful. The hotel bartender was pretty cool too. He handled a crowd of at least 30 people and never kept you waiting. Everyone that we interacted with was professional, courteous, and helpful and seemed genuinely concerned about the quality of our visit. I would definitely stay there again! Lisätietoja

I booked a night there to celebrate my boyfriend graduating college. We only had three issues, one being very minor which was the pool was way smaller than the picture shows. The first of the other two was that when we went to go to bed there were crumbs under the pillows and we did not eat in bed at all. The second was when we went downstairs to have […] breakfast at their grill, we asked if we could dine on the patio and the waiter said he would bring us drinks and a menu.....20 minutes later we were still waiting on the patio so we left and went to dennys. The woman at the front desk was very kind to us and allowed us an extra 3 hours for checkout in order to rest and enjoy the facilities longer. Please add that you can take the light rail from the airport to the corner of Thomas and Central. Once there, the hotel is just a short walk! I was pleasantly surprised. I also love the happy hour, the hot tub, and the pool. They were at the right temperature. Great hotel for a great price. Thanks for a great start to our family vacation!

Excellent facility and customer service. Room (suite) better than ever expected. Top value. Not particularly inexpensive, but middle of the road in price. Clean. Quiet. Perfect for those doing business in downtown or midtown Phoenix. We were very pleased.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. My husband had to stay later than expected at a meeting and the hotel let us stay past check out time without charging extra. The woman at the front desk was so nice about it. Our room was clean, and the cleaning staff were nice and polite.

Staff was not friendly I asked for a room as high as possible and would of accepted a I'll see what I can do or a sincere try and fail but the hotel rep didn't even try before telling me that she couldn't nor did she explain why(which would have been the courteus thing to do.)Tv remote in living room didn't work and after the cold shoulder I received […] from checking in wasn't about to go down to notify the staff. Overall the hotel was very nice, room was clean. need to improve on the quality of the people they hire because the girl who checked us out of our room wasn't any better. The staff made us feel like we were unwanted guests. the room, location and hotel were beatiful. Unexpected expense of paying to park. Hotel was listed as having continental breakfast, but did not. Ended up having to sit in breakfast area and ordering from menu. They had one little waitress who was working her tail off, so the service was slow.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It lies right along the light rail line which takes you directly to the convention center 1 mile away. However we elected to use the free shuttle service and didn't have to fight for parking in the downtown area. The shuttle runs from 7:45am until 10:30pm and was very convenient to use. The hotel lobby is light […] and airy. All rooms are internal corridors with every room overlooking the lobby below. Safety and security was very good. The staff was very friendly and we plan on booking with this hotel again when the convention comes up in 2011. The indoor pool was excellent and it allowed our kids to play in a nice clean pool while the temperature was 105 outside. The gym is small but has most things a person would need to maintain fitness. There is a fee for parking your car in the covered parking area but you do have in and out privileges. We found the rooms to be clean and there were no lingering odors in the room upon arrival. It is nice being a suites hotel because our kids could go to sleep earlier in the bedroom while us parents stayed up to eat, watch tv or just talk. There was plenty of space for a family of four and the sink, microwave, and refrigerator helped us to save on expenses like snacks and meals. The hotel is situated in an office complex and there are not a lot of things you can walk to once you are off the hotel grounds. Prices were reasonable through Hotel.com, staff was very friendly, hotel was very nice. Proximity to meeting was not bad and shuttle was convenient to use. I would give this place a 4.5 star rating. The hotel is beautiful inside. The suites are large and inviting. The only bad part was you have to pay for parking and internet access (each around $10). Also the A/C which is located in the main part of the hotel room not the bedroom makes it a little warm at night.

I found the Hilton Suites (Formerly Embassy Suites) in Phoenix to be a very clean comfortable property with all of the amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dissapointing part of my stay was finding out that this property is located in the middle of a ghost town formerly known as Phoenix, Arizona. There are only empty buildings in Phoenix, […] Chase Field and the U.S. Airways Arena. I would suggest staying in Scottsdale, Tempe or Glendale. Lisätietoja

チェックインして部屋へ行ったら、なんと他の人が滞在している部屋だった。こんな経験は人生で初めて。エレベーター前では、若い人達が座り込んで宴会まがいのことをしていた。新しく通し直された部屋自体は広かったが、雰囲気の悪いホテルでした。
