I loved it...very quiet nd clean!!!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip as a fitness instructor, so a good nights sleep was imperative, but impossible. Well when Arika at the front desk decided to finally get off her cell phone & check me in , she started by belching in front of me, without excuse. Then I had to go out & buy a hair dryer as there was not one in the hotel. But that […] was nothing compared to the night I had! The guest over my room had a small party & kept me up all night, he didn't go to sleep until 6am!! The cigarette smoke, that I am allergic to, permeated my room. It was an awful experience. The price is right. Everything is a bit worn. If I did not have a GPS I could not have found it. The clientele is heavy on the redneck party crowd, pretty noisy at times. Neighborhood is ok, plenty of parking. No amenities other than soap in the room. Only recommend if you can get it cheap.

THE STAFF WERE AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! THE COMFORT AND SERVICE WELL OUTDID THE COST!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed in this hotel every week for 2 months. The rooms need updating; bathroom sink drains do not stay open; some hooks on bathroom doors have been missing; burn holes in some blankets and spreads.; tub enclosures are stained and patched in places.

Overall a great stay. Very quiet, and the kitchenette was impressive and fully stocked to include pots. Weekly rates are good and a long stay in the Jacksonville area would be very comfortable here. Internet service was sketchy however, and check in counter felt like I was on a loading dock. Hotel was a great place for the price. I highly recommend this hotel. Not a five star but pretty close.

bathroom fixtures in some rooms need repair, ants in kitchen and bathroom on occasion, room key does not open end doors so some guests proping doors open..not safe

this hotel is located right off i95 but its in a very sketchy neighborhood left me feeling very uneasy and concerned for my safety. Upon checking in we came to the realization that this is used more as an apartment complex than a hotel for visitors. Check in was at 3 but we arrived around 2pm we were promptly checked in and givn our room key. when we […] got to our room and opened the door the beds were unmade there was trash overflowing in the trash can and dirty towels on the floor. we went back down and told the manager and she said "oh ok ill switch you" no im sorry or omg i cant believe that nothing she acted as though that happens all the time. The next room was at least clean how ever there were sugar ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable as well and you could hear the semi trucks from i95 as if you were right there in traffic. This is my 2nd bad experience with extended stay and i will NOT be using them again despite getting a good deal it still wasn't worth the $ we paid i would NOT recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary! from the clientel (a group of men sitting on the bench by the front door making comments to/about me as i walked inside...people skulking in the parking lot at night to where i felt i needed to move my car by the front door under lights - AND DID) to the noises (a constant ticking coming from my A/C unit and a bathroom fan that sounded like it was getting […] ready to take off), i would not stay here again. i also had so many ants in the bathroom and kitchen area...made me feel itchy & crawly all night long. yucky Lisätietoja

Adequate size. Not cramped. Furnishings "simple" but adequate. Kitchenette and bath were very clean and well equipped. (Good laundry room!) Staff very friendly and willing to assist. Location is great, several eateries close by. The people at the hotel was so nice tome and sort of went out of their way to make sure everything was suitable for me. I would surely go back again

Front desk clerk was not professional. Didn't know that there was a laundry soap dispenser in the laundry room. Was not helpful. The tv in the room didn't change channels with the remote even after changing the batteries.

If you stay at this hotel, bring your own remote. Oh, and the tv was an old 20" CRT.

Only problem was valve in shower was installed backwards so I almost burned myself adjusting the water temperature. One pillow was extremely lumpy, but was useable.

CLEAN , CLEAN CLEAN .. NO POOL but thats ok.

The hotel location and price are unbeatable. The room itself was fine and had a little kitchen, and they were throwing an event for the Fl. vs. Ga football game. The only problem are bed was wet when we got there, we complained, and when we returned at 2am it was still wet.

This was a good room for the money. The staff was friendly. They don't provide room service under 7 day stay but when we did want new towels, we just went down stairs and requested them. This hotel is located right next to the hwy but we didn't hear much noise. There were a couple of malls nears there (driving distance like 15 minutes). Nice area.
