Hotel it self is great and it is close to metro station. Hotell staff is helpfull and hotel restaurant is suprisingly good. Bad thing is that area is right next to low end market street and breakfast buffet is not good. But if you don't mind a bit of Indian reality in your hotel doorsteps I can really recommend this Hotel.

The level of service at this hotel was simply amazing. Every single member of staff showed courtesy and kindness in their dealings. All were friendly and most welcoming without being in any way deferential. They made a stay in what is a beautifully appointed hotel into a truly pleasurable experience. The hotel room's air conditioning needs a dehumidification unit. The weather was very rainy and the room had very high humidity and poor air conditioning. This was one of our best luxury hotel experiences ever, if not THE best! The staff was genuinely warm, friendly and helpful without being effusive or embarrassingly obsequious. Excellent hotel, the service was the best!!!! Everybody extremely helpfull and welcoming. I got sick one night and the butler called a Dr who came to the room 10minutes later. The medicines were also delivered to our room 10-15 min after the Dr left. Food at the Travertino Restaurant was really Italian!, Lovely risotto and good selection of wines. Breakfast […] had a huge variety of choice. The rooms were very clean and spotless. It was a pleasure to come back from a day in Delhi and be able to relax in such a nice, clean evironment. "In dire need of upgrading"
This hotel is one of those ugly concrete blocks. Most rooms are in serious need of renovation. The staff is less than "at your service." "Best hotel we've ever stayed in"
This is a fantastic hotel in every way. I cannot commend the service enough. For a business hotel, it's extremely family friendly. All employees were extremely caring about our daughter.

Oberoi geeft werkelijk uitstekende service, ook voor Indiase standaards (die heel veel hoger liggen dan die in Europa). Zij geven je het gevoel een persoonlijke gast te zijn, zonder overdreven te doen.

滞在中は停電もなく、快適に過ごせました。 部屋や日によってKAMAのアメニティの補充状態に 多少のバラつきが見られましたが、ご愛嬌の範囲かと。 朝食のビュッフェはパン、生野菜、果物、シリアル、 ハム類が並んでいました。 別途注文ですが、ジャパニーズブレックファストも あります。 私が訪れた時、日本人スタッフはフロント担当では ありませんでした。 必要な時はわざわざ呼んでもらわないといけません。 ちなみに私の滞在中はお会いできませんでしたので 日本語での対応を期待される方は注意が必要です。
