Embassy Suites Phoenix North - Phoenix

We really could not have asked for more. A wonderful time.

There was a mix-up and our reservation was switched to Embassy Suites-Scottsdale-Phoenix, which was a lovely place to stay.

The grounds are lovely, the staff friendly, but I was disappointed with our room. Unlike other embassy suites I've stayed in, this one had nothing in the "kitchen" except a microwave and small refrigerator. Anything else needed to prepare even simple snacks, you must supply yourself. There wasn't even a corkscrew or bottle opener, let alone a knife. […] The front desk said they no longer supplied these things because people took them, which may tell you something about the quality of clientele who stays here. This is not the newest hotel in town and the rooms are a little dated but the grounds are very nice and well-maintained. The best part was the friendliness of the staff, their willingness to do everything to help us and accommodate our pets.

I, My son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons spent two nights at Embassy. We ate an evening meal and had breakfast twice. Each time the food was wonderful and we were treated great. My son's vehicle had a flat while we were there and the sstaff was very helpful in getting assistance for us. The rates were somewhat high for us, but we will enjoy staying […] with you again. Very nice location off I17. The rooms were excellent and the breakfast in the morning was very very nice. It was our first time at a Embassy suite, but our friends stay there all the time. They commented that this was what they had come to expect from their stays, but we were very surprised at how nice it was. daily breakfast and happy hour were a real plus. Nice to relax on the patio and enjoy a drink and the weather. Very enjoyable stay.

Good hotel for the price. The property is dated and needs to be updated. The breakfast faciliites were small and there were long waits for the omlet station.

Nice staff but the facility is dated and due for remodel. An extra fee to be away from the noisey street.

We stayed here slot 7Years and experienced the best service it was our home away from home. We recently stayed here and we had the worse service ive had in years and ive stayed at some super cheap motels that provided US with better services. The employees I had to interact overall were rude ,last and lacked the abilities to even really problem solving […] and the ambition to educate there guest on the amenities and opportunities the hotel provides. The price was great, especially for this time of year in the Phoenix area. The hotel grounds were very nice. The lobby area was fantastic as well as the happy hour drinks area. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The only minor negative was the bathroom was a little small. That's the only negative thing I can say about this hotel. The staff was friendly […] and helpful. The hotel has beautiful manicured grounds, a very large inviting pool. that is where it ends. The rooms smell musty, they are very dated and old. Furniture lloks like it came from a swap meet. Lobby is beautiful but smells of clorine all the time. We felt if someone were to buy this property and do a well needed renovation it could be a real nice place […] to stay. It is also very far from where we planned to be visiting, we had to travel 30+ miles each way to go over to Goodyear and beyond. Don't spend you hard earned money staying here! Lisätietoja

Very nice accomodations made for a pleasant stay. A little dated but still clean. Easy access off the highway, adequate workout facilities, and a great breakfast buffet. Staff is exceptionally friendly and rooms are spacious. Great deal for the money!

This was one of my most enjoyable hotel says in a long time. Great rooms, service, & free breakfast! Not just muffins either. Real breakfast with all the fixings. Well worth the money!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again.

This hotel was AMAZING! Such a beautiful hotel and excellent service. Next time we visit we will definitely come back! Big rooms, huge heated pool, delicious breakfast and very clean. We always love staying at Embassy Suites. We did a staycation after returning back from our Christmas Vacation to Sacramento, CA. When I was looking for last minute deals went and found a a SMOKIN DEAL therefore we immediately book the rooms for New Years Weekend and contact our family and they did the same. We all end up bringing in the New Year 2012 […] togather in one of the suites and it was GREAT Fun being with our children, brother and sisters, along with our nieces and nephews. It was Fiesta Bowl Weekend therefore we met a lot of cool people from all over especially fans from Oklahoma State and Standford. It was a great way to bring in the New Years. We have never had a bad experience at any Embassy Suites and this location was just as beautiful as the ones we have stayed in before. I really appreciated finding such a nice, spacious and comfortable location for such a great price. The hotel had ample parking and the check-in process was quick. The service was great when I called back for an item I left in the hotel; I received great follow-thru and service on helping me retrieve the lost item.

Only stayed overnight but think this hotel is very nice for the price. Great location and beautiful grounds. room was very comfortable and spacious. Wish it had wireless internet but found the wired connections easy to navigate and had no problems getting on the net. Would be a comfortable place to spend a week on business or pleasure. Plumbing backed up with first use. Faucet blew off when you turned on water in the sink. Rollaway was not in room when we arrived which was requested in advance. Room had an off smell. Pool was nice. We requested a late check out and were told it would be an addtional charge, so we opted not to do that. Other hotels I have stayed at have said yes to […] an hour later check out with no fee. orinially booked this hotel because it was close to my son, but after staying there one night, i booked four more nights there. the hotel lobby, the pool, and the outside appearance are beautiful. the rooms were nice size and clean. everyone was extremely nice, and wanted your stay to be a 10 rating! how often do you get that!

Public areas are fine. Food is quite good Booze is cheap Rooms are almost unusable due to 1-No Heat in Bedrooms 2 Bad HVAC in Living room 3- Rooms old and warn 4- Small showers and bathrooms 5-Cleanliness marginal I almost always choose Embassy Suites....Until Now. Our stay at the hotel was comfortable, convenient, and a nice surprise not knowing what to expect from pictures on the hotel site. The staff was very friendly and competent. The morning breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day's travel. Our room was comfortable but needed a spruce-up to make it complete. The carpet was frayed on seam lines and […] looked run down. The room was clean but needed work in the bathroom tiles as there were areas that definitely needed cleaning and sealing again. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We did not use the pool or hot tub in the evening because they were in use by families. Lots of kids. We will stay again on our next trip to Phoenix. Overall we would rate the stay as very good. We had a very good experience staying at the hotel. The free breakfast was really awesome. Room clean and large. Very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Big heated swimming pool. Would definitely stay again if have chance visit the city again.

I booked through them, and though the time was very short - it took too long for the hotel staff to get their act together.

The location is nice, spacious and quiet with a beautiful lobby and grounds. Their breakfast buffet is superb with a great omelette bar. The suites are very nice sized and tho' there's a TV in each room, I wished at least one of them was not so tiny. My only other complaint is that the bathrooms are very antiquated with a small tub and toilet compartment. […] I had to complain twice about our shower head which spat at us in alternate directions and couldn't be adjusted. Great hotel with an even greater price. The rooms smelled a little stuffy, but everything else was amazing!

Perhaps older construction, but it certainly doesn't show it. The suite was clean and spacious and outfitted with 2 flat screen TVs, and a refrigerator. The Beds were probably the best we had on our trip. It was 114 degrees during our stay, so I would expect the elevators to be equipped with A/C, which they aren't, but I would not hesitate to stay here […] again. Lisätietoja

Very nice property. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The happy hour and breakfast were wonderful. We would stay there again without hesitation.
