I stayed at Residence Inn next to Courtyard. Outside the rooms in front of room doors, concrete floors filthy, flower beds full of trash. Older Residence Inn with no attention to cleanliness. My room was full of black bugs on the floor and in the bed. I've stayed in other Residence Inns that are exceptional.
It served its purpose. The hotel was clean and conveniently located. The amenities were above average for a hotel in its class.

The staff was way hospitable and accommodating. The room was clean & had the additional amenities, such as iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and modem connection. The only negative was the very cramped parking lot, which was shared by an additional hotel, as well, and it forced you to either park horribly & compromise other parking spaces around […] you, or do a 20-point turn to back up, pivot, move forward, and repeat this a dozen times before you got your vehicle parked properly. Both rooms we reserved were beautiful, confortable and very nicely appointed. We definitely enjoyed our stay on Friday and Saturday nights. The only complaint about this location was the parking....there was not enough parking for guests at the hotel on those two nights.

The hotel staff were very attentive to my needs and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up! It was also centrally located for my appointments. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I were extremely happy with our hotel. The room was very spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and with two extremely comfortable queen beds. The towels in the bathroom were of great quality, thick and soft. The staff went all of their way to satisfy our inquiries. When we registered at the desk and told Lily at the front desk I needed […] a quiet room, she made sure to change the room to the fourth floor away from the freeway. When we asked where to find a restaurant with music and light jazz, after fifteen minutes, the barman had found a great place. Next morning for breakfast, we were served a proper large breakfast, freshly cooked. with very tasty toasted bread and fabulous coffee. It was a great experience. Nice enough hotel, what I expected. Good location. Enjoyed the Starbucks onsite. Comfortable beds. Stayed during OU-TX weekend. Thought front desk staff should've pretended to welcome the large number of OU fans staying there a little more instead of saying "we're all from Texas here".

This Courtyard has a decent room, with a convenient bar/bistro that also serves starbucks-branded coffees. The shower has a really nice showerhead/full water flow. Hotel service is great - I accidentally booked one less night than I meant to without realizing it (and arrived the next night to a non-working key), and they automatically billed more for […] the next night which is what I wanted, and left my things in the room. Everything about the room was great, except the internet access - it was noticeably slower than most hotels (I tried both the wired and wireless connections - was getting a mere 0.35 Mbit connection on a speed test). This hotel was amazing. The room was large and comfortable, beautifully decorated. Staff was pleasant and professional. There were two minor issues with the room that were addressed immediately: one was that we couldn't turn the shower on. Within five minutes someone came to the room. It turned out that the water handle had been turned very tightly […] and it just needed a strong tug to get it open. The other was that the electrical outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. I left a note letting the housekeeper know and when we returned to our room later in the day, the outlet had been fixed. A perfect little gem hidden amongst all other hotels and motels lining the central expressway corridor. this place cannot be beat for the price of a nights stay. I have stayed at other hotels costing much more that offered a lot less than this hotel. our car was vandelized the catalitic converter was stolen our car was taken to a lexus dealer , i was told the repairs would be 3000.00 and they weren't sure what else might be damaged, i went to dallas for a dr's appointment , my wife had to take care of the car while i saw the dr. which was not the way i wanted to see him, i wanted her there also, […] anyway it took all day to resolve the car, so you can see if your lighting and security were a little better this might not have happened. We specifically asked for a room with a balcony when we booked the hotel stay. The first room we received did not have a balcony. We had to walk all the way back to the front desk and request the correct room. Only one of the two door keys worked. The toilet was not clean and they had almost zero coffee condiments. Clean room and nice location. For the price I paid, this was a good deal. The only negative was that I could hear the freeway traffic;however, the AC helped drown out the noise. I would stay here again.

We had to leave home to have our house exterminated. Close to our workplaces and our home. Easy access on and off I-75. Microwaves are not available in the rooms as advertised, but one is available in the lobby area, along with coffee service 24/7. If requested, look for the refrigerator under the sink. It's a little off-putting that in the parking lot they have big signs warning you to take valuables out of your car, but on the other hand it's nice to be warned!
