Hotellissa oli hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu. Kuntoilun tarpeen tyydytti hotellin pieni, mutta riittävä "kuntosali". Mannermainen aamiainen oli täysin riittävä. Uimaintoisille löytyy piha-alueelta myös lämmitetty uima-allas.

Huoneet reilun kokoisia, sohva ja kirjoituspöytä ja reilusti tilaa matkatavaroille. Selkeästi kuitenkin vanhempi hotelli - putkitelevisio (iso) ja vanha sateliittiboksi. Kylpyhuone pieni mutta siisti, ketjumotellista askel ylöspäin, joskin pieni sellainen. Hyvä ilmastointi, mikä on Phoenixissä pakko. Allasalue reilun kokoinen, paljon aurinkotuoleja ja useita pöytäryhmiä varjoineen. Pyyhkeitä vapaasti otettavissa laatikosta. Suolavesiallas, lämmin vesi ja suht absurdilta tuntuva iso poreallas 40-asteisine vesineen. Ravintola ja baari sulkevat aikaisin kesällä, mikä oli kiusallista, koska on-site baari oli yksi valintaperusteista. Ihan vieressä on muutama ravintola, joista voi suositella ainakin Cajun Seafood Cafeta, jonka ulkoasu ei kielinyt niin loistavasta ruoasta, kuin mitä sieltä sai. Macayos Mexican taas oli erittäin hyvä sekä laadultaan, siisteydeltään, että palvelultaan. Kymmenen minuutin sisällä on sitten jo kymmenkunta erittäin hyvää ketjuravintolaa. Dobson Ranchin golf-kenttä on vieressä, edullinen ja melko standardi amerikkalaispuistokenttä, jolta ainakin kesällä sai hyvin aikoja. Vuokramailat olivat keskinkertaiset. Shoppailun kannalta kiva sijainti, Arizona Mills Outlet-center on alle 10 min ajon päässä, eikä oikeastaan muualta juurikaan tarvitse kauppoja etsiä. Todella iso kauppakeskus.

"Mediocre or 5-Star"
There's really no in between when it comes to hotels in Phoenix. It's either a mediocre hotel that doesn't have superb amenities or paying top dollar for The Ritz, W Hotel, Mondrian, The Sanctuary, or Phoenician. I will be grateful for my one night at their sister property, The Ritz, when they were overbooked the first of my two nights in Phoenix. […] What would have been nicer is if they had responded to my request to stay at The Ritz both nights for a little bitter money. Instead I had to haul my luggage back and forth between the two properties after my work event. "just a weekend thing"
Everything about the hotel was enjoyable aside from the fact the ac in our room didn't work. The fan did work, however in Arizona an ac is non-negotiable even in march. Made for a fairly uncomfortable night. That being said that is one individual room and is not a overall service problem. The decorative style and room set up were very nice. staff at front desk and food counter very rude, not helpful, customer service was very poor. no WIFI in the rooms, REALLY..... so if you want to use your ipod or whatever, you had to goto the lobby to get service. towels very thin, rooms small.
"Changing the sheet"
I had out the card out to change. But had to call and request it. The person didn't seems to happy.
"PARKING NOT DEFINED"
The regular parking area was full when we got there. We had to park in an area labeled Mall Parking. We went to inform hotel staff about this to be on safe side but front door was locked. We were afraid we would get towed. During construction there should have been info passed to guests from the front desk but wasn't.
The hotel was fine except Marriott has removed the microwave. It would also be nice not to have to go to the lobby to use my I- pad. A rail in the shower would also be a welcome addition. (I am not disabled)

"Great Room! Excellent Value!"
The room we stayed in was just remodeled. It felt like we were the first to be sleeping in the new bedroom furnishings. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated and new. Though there is outside construction going on around the hotel, I would highly recommend staying at this Courtyard location.

I stayed at the Courtyard while I was attending a wedding in Phoenix. Everyone was very hospitable from the front desk to those at the hotel bar. The room was clean and well kept. I was there for only a short time, but I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed for just one night to visit the Arizona State Fair. The hotel was still under construction/renovation but that did not disturb us at all (no noise). Everything looks new, the rooms are very nicely furnished, the free breakfast we got was excellent (I don't know if they always serve a free breakfast though). "Nice Stay"
Great place to stay only concern was that there should have been a disclaimer that they were doing renovations to the hotel. No issues though.

Although the room was small and somewhat hard to maneuver in, the staff was friendly and helpfull and the late check out time was especially nice, as we arrived late at night. Of course, the rate was very reasonable through Hotels.com.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and like it's condition, location and overall value. While it would be nice to have more of the stores in the adjacent mall open (certainly not the hotel's issue) it was convenient to get to food and other shopping. Good restaurants nearby. Had a great time. Too bad the hotel couldn't lower the heat. Got up to 115 while we were there. The hotel was clean and cool. A bit hard to find at first. It's on the Town & Country Mall property, off to the side. Thanks ! John
"Hope you like the beds"
This was just like any other Courtyard except that the beds are now an unusual, almost memory foam, type of surface that continuously presses against you. If you have a condition such as bursitis, bring a good book and some pain medication.

"Economy Comfort"
I travel for business and am always conscious of the cost of travel. This Courtyard was a budget-conscious option, but did not feel budget-conscious. The grounds were beautiful, the room spacious and the staff very accommodating.

The pool is small (square box) and cannot compete with the hotels within 1 mile for pool or atmosphere. This is more a business (quick in and out hotel)
