Hotellissa The Westin Grand Frankfurt on täydet kylpyläpalvelut, kuntokeskus ja uima-allas sisällä. Yleisillä alueilla on langaton ja langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys (maksullinen palvelu). Tämän 5-tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus ja AV-laitteet. Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: kaupunki. The Westin Grand Frankfurtn 371 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on tallelokerot (kannettava tietokone sopii) ja minibaari. Huoneissa on LCD-televisio , joissa on satelliittikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat. Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Vieraat voivat käyttää lisämaksusta huoneessa langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Kylpyhuoneissa onkäsisuihku, kylpytakit, meikkaus-/parranajopeilit ja hiustenkuivaaja.Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat kahvin-/teenkeitin ja tohvelit. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat allergiatestatut vuoteet, lisäpyyhkeet / vuoteet ja herätyssoitto. Hotellin sijainti oli erittäin hyvä rautatieaseman lähellä. Kävelykatu ja kauppakeskukset olivat pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Metrolle parin korttelin matka. Baarialue on hieman kauempana toisella puolella jokea. Vaikka rautatieasema oli lähellä, niin hotelli sijaitsi rauhallisella ja siistillä alueella. Hinta oli erittäin edullinen ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja englanninkieli taittui sujuvasti. Huoneiden taso oli vastaava kuin Sokos Hotels ketjulla juuri uusittuine kylpyhuoneineen. Huonekoko oli tosin hieman pieni. Käsittämätöntä oli se, että huoneen hintaan kuului ilmainen nettiyhteys ja aamiainen, jotka ovat monessa kalliimmassa hotellissa maksullisia. Suurin miinus oli ilmastoinnin puute, joka voi häiritä etenkin kesällä. Muuten erittäin suositeltava kohde jo pelkästään hinnan perusteella.

Hotelli on siisti ja huoneet ok kokoisia. Siivous ja aamupala toimii. Sijaintikin oli mainio käytännössä rautatieasemaa vastapäätä. Kaikin puolin hyvä hotelli. Oltiin tyytyväisiä.

A medieval old town on the river's northern bank, the Cultural Quarter contains Frankfurt's most important sights. Its heart is the Römerberg, with the 13th-century cathedral of St Bartholomäus and the gables of the Römerplatz. The 12th-century palace chapel is now part of the Historisches Museum. This Hotel sits in a great part of Frankfurt near the Dom Cathedral and the Zeil shopping street which is all accessible by foot. The Westin name speaks for itself in terms of quality and luxury but it was the staff that made the difference. From the Bartenders, the Chef and the bell hops, they were all exceptional people, many of who you wnat to stay […] in touch with long after your visit. "Probably the best in Frankfurt"
Very modern, well located, well appointed, with a very pleasant staff. Only glitch was with a WI-Fi plan called High-Speed Internet which was really very low speed. When I tried to call from my room to complain, I pressed a button on the phone called "Quick Service": no one answered!

"excellent location"
This Hotel is well located near Zeil pedestrian street, a few yards from the S train, the staff is well trained, very helpful with directions. Breakfast is pricy but well appointed buffet.
"Fine hotel but expensive"
Fine hotel in good location for shopping (couldn't beat it). Mini-bar ridiculously expensive (Euros 4.50 for a bottle of water) which is tacky when so much has been paid for the room. Room lighting far too dim - not good for trying to work. Maid attempted twice to enter my room BEFORE 8am which was wholly unacceptable especially to a woman travelling […] alone. It was a great location, great room and great service. The price for the room seemed reasonable until we paid for the extras like the mini bar..also...maid service doesn't seem to pay attention to the no not disturb sign. They asked us if we needed something every morning and internet service costs way too much. We'd have done better paying more for […] the room with "free" internet and less expensive amenities. So if you don't use the internet and if you eat five minutes away at the Ziel shopping area, standing up, in a pizza joint or order at a deli where they don't speak English, you'll do great. "Nice stay except..."
My only complaint is that when I had my "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. I got called once, then later they knocked on my door until I opened it just to "ask" if I needed anything. I was shocked! Other than the lack of privacy when you ask for it, it was a nice place.

The outside view is facing exactly to the other room (that's the upgrade room already?). Internet service in the room did not work the 1st night. but the concieger offer the free internet in the business centre down stair so it is okay. No water kettle for tea, I need to use the "Nespresso" coffee maker to get the hot water. No complimentary water in […] the room. No slipper. A bit cost saving these days? Breakfast selection is fine for a regular 5 star hotel and it costs Euro 31 per head, it is not really super selection, just some basic foods, some leisure traveller comment in this site are overrated. Small indoor swimming pool on the top floor. If you need to get some sunbath, maybe other selection. I would recommend The Westin Grand for anyone doing business in Frankfurt who needs a comfortable hotel with friendly and attentive service. The rooms are of a good size and have a large desk for working in your room - somethnig that not all business hotels get right. The gym faciltities are adequate and help you unwind at the end of a long day and […] a real plus - they have a fantastic bar with staff who really know their craft who will welcome you with a friendly face. I would recommend you test their cocktail making skills. Esta foi a nossa segunda estadia no hotel e como da vez anterior ficamos muito satisfeitos com o atendimento . O hotel fica numa ótima localização , a apenas uma quadra de uma excelente area comercial lojas, restaurantes e cafés. Há também uma estação de metrô muito próxima .

Executive Club heisst leider nicht mehr Komfort: Toilettenartikel muss man dennoch extra anfordern, der Yoghurt im Executive Club war abgelaufen, Regenschirm muss man umstaendlich anfordern und unterschreiben. 15Euro extra fuer das normale Fruehstuecksbuffet statt Executive Club. "Not worth what it costs"
I stayed in a Club room, which however did not have any info on the club benefits. Terms for the club room was incl. access to broadband internet, which the concierge also confirmed to me the 1st evening. On check out they still tried to charge 52 Euro for 2 days internet connection. Had to discuss this again on check-out.
