"The best sleep I've ever had in a hotel!"
We booked this hotel at the last minute. There were only 3 rooms available. I was very happy with the staff, they were so nice. We had a king size bed and a pullout couch. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were the best I've ever used. We will definitely stay there again.

We were just looking for a decent place to stay with the kids while visiting the Tree Lighting Festival. This place was perfect...clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The price was also very reasonable.

Overall we had a great stay and the breakfast was better than I thought it would be. The only down fall was we had the room next to the elevator and above the pool pump so it was kind noisy. If I had a differant room I'm sure the overall rating would be a 5.

Great hotel and excellent staff! Felt like a bed and breakfast. Everyone was so friendly. To top it off, they had a HUGE breakfast buffet. 15 minute drive to Leavenworth. I will definitely stay again. Only con is that a railroad track is in back of hotel. Didn't really bother me though.

Perfect escape after spending hours shopping and sight seeing and enjoying the beautiful people of Leavenworth....Walked in the front entrance and felt like royalty! we were able to check in early with our dogs. Very good location, a couple of restaurants in the parking lot. Reasonable price for a reasonable hotel, very clean. Full hot breakfast was not the best I've had, but quite adequate.

Very clean, comfortable, and lived up to its billing on all accounts. It's not the cheapest in town, but for us it was well worth paying a little extra (our friends stayed at the cheapest and they'll probably be joining us at HI next time..)

We recently stayed here for an overnight trip to Lake Chelan. JJ was what all hotel staff should be like. He was upbeat, helpful, informative, very accommodating and made our stay there very comfortable and pleasant. "Suprise!! Hoiday Inn isnt' grungy anymore"
I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in years and the last time was in DC about 4 years ago. Pretty much sub-par experience. However, my stay at the new Express in Wenatchee was great. Granted we stayed in the Columbia Suite with a jacuzzi tub in the room (worth it if you are doing a weekend getaway and want to feel pampered). Room was clean, they had […] water and soft drinks in the fridge and didn't charge (like high end hotels that cost more, ironic no?). I would highly recommend staying. Very friendly front desk staff and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile to accomodate any needs and are very informative about their hotel and things to do in the area. Wonderful recommendations for restaurants and pet friendly. The only issue is that there is no grass area for pets, just a weedy area by in the back. "Our room is closed to the elevator"
Our room is so closed to the elevator that we can here it loud. The door handle in the bathroom wasnt installed properly that when you try to shut it it wont close properly. The gym, well is bit too small. I must say the staff are very helpful and cheerful. The free breakfast are awesome.

Spent a night here with my daughter and her hubby for a shopping trip - close to the shops and restaurants, although the appy hour with chili dogs and beer and wine was a nice touch!! Super breakfast bar, too. We left a pair of shoes behind and the staff was very helpful with retrieving them, Thanks!!

Hotel was very clean and up-to-date. TV reception excellent. Free Cont. Brkfst was beyond what we expected and the best we've had by far (sausage patties, eggs, biscuits/gravy, danishes, yogurt and more). Express check out was excellent. Beds comfortable. Quiet rooms. Friendly staff.

We had never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before. This hotel looked so new and well maintained that we were shocked to learn it was over 10 years old. It was near a train track but totally sound proofed so that we weren't disturbed at all. The staff was wonderful.

"Excellent Value and Comfort"
Our family stayed just one night but had a delightful stay. The lobby and staff were warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed the Holiday decorations for Halloween. Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. And the breakfast was a great bonus which saved us money. Highly recommend this hotel to others!
"Needs Customer Service training"
I have stayed at this hotel twice this month for business. Both times I am awoken early morning by the garbage truck. The rooms need updated, the linens and carpet are getting worn. On my last stay the employees at the front desk at both check in and check out were very unfriendly. When I checked out 2 of the employees did not hear me approach the desk […] and I overheard them discussing the "rude" behavior of another guest in the hotel. "Good for the money"
I just got back from staying at the Wenatchee Holiday Inn Express for my yearly trip to Leavenworth's Oktoberfest and it was an overall good stay for us. Check-in was earlier than normal (starts at 2) so that was nice. Checkout was a bit early for our tastes (by 11 AM) as we didn't get back to the hotel until 1 AM so the housekeeping was hot to trot […] on getting our room cleaned up at 9:30 which was a little annoying. The bed was fairly stiff, not a pillowtop or anything, but most places don't offer that. All in all for the money it was not bad. And you can't be upset with the price being almost $100 less per night than in Leavenworth and you don't have to book multiple nights. Lisätietoja

The service of this hotel was exceptional. From the time I checked in to the morning I checked out, every member of the hotel staff I encountered was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The bed was not very comfortable, but was okay. Everything else was great.
