It was a awful experience, vary loud and couldn't sleep!!!!!! No one did anything about the loud noise during the night from party goers in the hallwayright next to my room.

My experience was not positive. I struggle in my comments. One or two employees were kind, by the rudeness of a couple made it hard to overcome. Several major things were wrong. One, no heat on a cold night. When it was fixed, it was blamed on others. Also, loud drunken people in hallways. Called two or three times complaining. Never dealt with. Also, […] something didn't work in the area where breakfast was served. The manager that fixed it was incredibly rude to me personally. This is an excellent motel. Everything was just great. The room and bathroom were very clean. The whole motel seemed to be very up to date. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were very nice. Very clean. Spacious bathroom. Only problem was getting into the hotel parking lot. Had to call the front desk for help. The entrance is landlocked in some sort of property dispute. Exiting was no problem. Feel very bad for the employees of this hotel having to explain this situation time & again. I left something in the room and I called on the 27th and still waiting for the mgmt.to call back!!! So I guess I would suggest too everyone to do a walk thru before you leave. Lesson learned :-(

The hotel and staff were excellent, however, the internet connectivity was mediocre to say the least. I utilize my laptop for business and most of my stay I had to utilize my cell phone.

Great location that is close to a lot of shopping. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was well above average. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice room, and I believe the hotel was recently remodeled. However, the heat was off and it was 60 degrees in my room when I checked it. While it warmed up reasonably quickly, this was the first time I had experienced anything this extreme. The hotel was quite difficult to get to physically, especially late at night. Finally, the hotel has a new keyless locking system, the first of its kind that I have experienced (and I travel frequently). It was fine once I figured it out, and I probably figured it out in about 2-3 minutes, but it was new. (And perhaps this is a sign of my age. A 30 year old might have done it on the first try.) We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Getting into the hotel parking lot was a bit of a challenge, but some of the problem was road maintenance.

We were able to hear other guests walking and talking outside of our room, but that wasn't too disturbing. The staff was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Saginaw area.

Nice staff, average hotel in spite of the renovations. The mattress was average. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully occupied and there were no extra pillows! The pillows in the rooms were of a very cheap quality and as such were very thin, and resulted in a terrible sleeping experience. I was glad to check out the following morning and head home.

It was very nice, the only complaint was there were not enough trash cans and all my trash wouldn't fit in the one there. I left the trash in the corner of the table and it was still there when I returned. Other than that and gross breakfast it was nice.

There was some construction at the entrance, so it was difficult to get into the parking. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff was helpful, however, there was one breakfast room attendant who was complaining about the guests not picking up their plates and stated, "they think we are servants, can't even pick up after […] themselves." Things were clean but outdated. Although the place was clean and comfortable, some things were in need of repair. A strong smell of cleanser hit you when you entered the place. We did not try the breakfast, but it appeared good. For the price it wasn't too bad. It is located near restaurants, the highway and shopping.

Regular entrance was blocked off for some reason. Turn on to frontage road had no sign but was only turn between Interstate exit & regular entrance. So, after a couple of missed tries in the dark & some deduction, we did make it. Otherwise, great hot breakfast & nice stay. Very clean & reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

Newly remodeled, fresh carpet, and furnishings. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent staff. Good variety for breakfast. Suggested exit from major highway was closed for construction, so had to use detour. Glad we had a GPS, especially at night, but detour signs were very good. Would recommend to all. Will try Country Inn again.

of an old Hilton. And the re-do isn't quite done yet. Biggest issue is they apparently don't own all their land out front and the landlord has them basically "landlocked" to the road. Insane on how you have to get in and out of hotel property. The workmanship on the do-over is medicore at best. This was in of the worst hotels I have stayed at. When we arrived, there was blood on the toilet paper, the phone didn't work, the hot water in the bathroom sink didn't work, and there was no smoke detector in the room!!! We truly enjoyed our stay! We were greeted with smiles and kindness and they nevfer ceased. Everyone was warm, friendly & helpful. Our room was clean & comfy. We've had several hotel stays this summer & this was at the top of the list. We've stayed in rooms for twice the price & half of the ammenities. The major road to this hotel is closed off from the expressway. Once the hotel is found an ongoing fight with another property owner, in front of hotel makes it difficult to get on to the property.

The hotel has been recently renovated and it shows. The bathrooms and bedrooms were some of the cleanest I've seen and the comforters were brand new... not like the nasty 70s comforters you get in most hotels. I was pleasantly pleased with the location although being next to the freeway could be an issue for light sleepers. extremely hard to figure out how to even get into the parking area of the building off the main road. Grounds around the building itself were not well maintained either. We booked here thinking we would save $30 over staying at a Hampton Inn, but not sure the savings was worth it. Can honestly say we will probably never stay here again.

could not enter hotel from the west side, hotel had entrance blocked off, had to go around the block to get in,at ten pm the party started acros the hall, very loud and with the door wide open, people drinking beer sitting inthe hallway, called security three times during the evening but party went on until two am, very poor security control of a delicate […] situation, complained to management and no responce yet. I reserved a King Suite at this hotel through hotels.com. Much to my surprise, when I arrived with my wife and 3 pre-school boys, their definition of a suite is a larger room, not two rooms, like I was expecting. Therefore,we got to spend a hour in the hallway as we wating for our children to fall asleep. Otherwise, this hotel is fine.

Hotel was updated and very nice. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Nice hot breakfast in morning with extremely pleasant staff. Would definitely stay there again.

I would NEVER stay at this hotel again, even if it is the only one with an available room!!!

While the hotel was very nice and the room very clean, quiet, and comfortable, we were very surprised at the lack of an elevator. It is only a 2 story hotel, but getting heavy suitcases up and down the stairs proved to be a bit of a challenge. But besieds that, we had a very enjoyable stay and found the price to be good.
