I was very disappointed that the kids pool (sprinkler area) was advertised, but not in working order, and I don't think that they were going to fix it as they said, "we should take that off the website". Hot Tub felt very greasy! Room kitchen area could have been completely cleaned better, however, loved the fact that they provided toothpaste (toothbrush […] would have been wonderful as I always forget it) shampoo, lotion, etc already in the room. We drove 10 hours to get to Green Bay. The night staff is not very friendly but our room was great nice and clean. Would recommend hotel to anyone with kids lots of room to spread out in room. Just wish they had fliers out so out of towners would know where to go. Will stay here next time.

Terrific hotel with great frontline staff.and good leisure facilities.I have to recommend the bar had an excellent steak meal at a very reasonable price. Location is excellent for to walk to pubs, shops etc. Plenty of space in car park. Would definitely stay here again.

The suite we stayed in was just gorgeous. We loved how spacious it was and the amenities were a pleasant surprise. The Titletown Brewing Company was a minute from the hotel and it stood up to all it's great reviews. I highly recommend that if you're in the Green Bay area you stay at the Hyatt on Main and have dinner at Titletown.

We've stayed here many times, it's changed hands a few times and this last one I wasn't too impressed with. Increased room rates and no longer have complimentary hot breakfast ($10pp charge) and I miss the made to order omelets! The omelets were a favorite point of visiting here. I really can't complain about the rooms or service, everyone is spectacular, […] but really felt the rate increase, especially paying for breakfast. The separated sitting room from the bedroom is our favorite part- able to put our young children to bed and its quiet in the bedroom. We'd probably stay here again if its in our budget- but may try another with complimentary breakfast and lower rates. I do recommend this place though. :) Lisätietoja

We had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and outgoing. The pool was warm and big. The room was very comfortable and had a Great-view. I would recommend this hotel to both families and individuals.

The Hyatt is absolutely the best hotel around Green Bay to stay at. It's beautiful, it's friendly, it's clean and once again beautiful! I recommend it to everyone!!

Let me start by saying I'm pregnant and have absolutly no patience for service workers who are rude or unhelpful; thankfully, we again had amazing service here. The first morning, my computer wasn't connecting to the internet. I threw a fit - Sarah at the front desk and a male worker were super sympathetic; even though the wireless never worked here […] (it did for my other devices) it eventually worked with a cord the front desk will provide to plug your computer in. For all the inconvenience, they gave my husband & I free breakfast tickets for our stay. Concerning breakfast, it's amazing. Of course, I was eatting a ridiculous amount and no one approached me to tell me I couldn't take the armload of food back up to my room after eatting a full breakfast downstairs. They do charge $10 that you can bill to your room, but to me it was totally worth it for the amount of choices and convience. It was a quiet weekend - the hotel was largely unoccupied making it relaxing. I've seen this hotel under all three managements and it has been great everytime. We'll definitely be back. Lisätietoja

I had a pleasant stay at the Hyatt in Green Bay, WI. The staff was accommodating and the room size was larger than other rooms I've stayed in the area. The hotel restaurant had amazingly good food as well.

I stayed at the Hyatt at Main for a weekend, I was in town for a card tournament. The room was excellent, the hotel looked awesome. It was a very pleasant decorating scheme both in the lobby and the actual rooms. The morning staff was great and helpful and the bartender in the Pub lounge was also a riot. The nightshift desk person though, he was about […] as helpful as a bag of wet hair. Not only was he poorly dressed but it took him 7 room keys to final get the right one to work. The staff was so accommodating. I needed a quiet room and asked about whether my reserved room was below a booked room above. The woman checking me in confirmed that in fact someone was booked right above me and she quickly checked for other rooms and got me into a very quiet one where I got the quiet and sleep I desperately needed. Parking is a little scarce, but we were lucky to find a spot. Service was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Will stay here again.

Room, service and hotel were great. The things that weren't so great - $10 charge per person for a continental style breakfast, limited parking and $5.95 for 15 minutes on their business computers. Coffee only for one in the room, $3 water and limited soaps too, so be sure to bring your own.

The hotel was great. Nice spacious rooms. Very clean. Great service. Great location. If another trip is made to Green Bay, I would definately stay at this hotel again. Only downfall, no breakfast or restaurant to have breakfast in the hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly the only thing that happened was our fridge was out but they sent someone up within a few minutes to fix it and it was up and running shortly after that! I'd go back again!

I chose this hotel after a long, drawn-out process of elimination. I was very pleased by my choice. The room/suite was bigger than expected, everything was clean, and the price was right. While I was there, all was quiet, which I hadn't been expecting due to some of the reviews I'd read to begin with. (The Packers game was away that weekend, which could have contributed to the quiet atmosphere.) Close proximity to Lambeau Field, wonderful staff and amenities. We even forgot our fan and they supplied one at our request. A fabulous place to stay

I thought this hotel was very nice. There were a few things to be know. First, there are very few surrounding restaurants, so be prepared to drive for 10 plus minutes to find a decent option. Everything about this hotel is amazing, with two exceptions. First, a small complaint: there are no fans in the bathroom (it's like a sauna when you take a shower). Second, a bigger issue: the desk staff is more concerned with helping people on the phone than those standing in front of them. The hotel was very nice. It was in a nice area and had restaurants within walking distance, also had a bar and grill type restaurant in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helped right away. The bus service to Packer games was right by the hotel, which was great. Would definitely stay here again!

We were only able to stay one night. The staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The lobby/atrium area is very attractive and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the pool area and hot tub, but the pool play area was down for little kids. The pool itself was nice. The room was comfortable and we liked the lay out. Very nice hotel. I believe they are renovating rooms and not all are available right now. In the morning, the breakfast offerings were very minimum as they are trying to minimize food waste. They ran out of items and had to replenish, but it did not take long to serve more. When I have stayed at this hotel under previous names (there have been at least […] 3), they also served make to order items like omelettes and pancakes, but either they have done away with them or decided to forego until they ramp up the occupancy total. This is not a five star place. If you know that going in, and realize you're in Green Bay, it's fine. Exceptions are that you cannot control your own heat in the room. If it's too chilly in there, which mine has been the last two trips there, they will happily bring you a space heater which is adequate for the bedroom, but it just seems odd to have […] to do it that way. The other downer is the bathroom. You're in this nice room with a very adequate bedroom including a huge closet, and a sitting room out front with a bar and fridge, but then here's this tiny bathroom with a toilet made for a munchkin. It would be tricky for more than one person to make do with their bathrooms. Otherwise it's just fine and the people are great, as is usually the case just about anywhere you go in the Badger. we stay here overnight with family for a concert event and its only a short drive to resch center as for the room we are very satisfied its nice, big and w/ free wifi internet...the hotel is good with kids in the room they can explore the space from the bedroom to adjacent sofabed with small kitchen..we are very pleased with our stay...
