The hotel was fantastic and the suite was comfortable and laid out in a homey fashion. Our first night was really great - however - our second night was not. There was a family in the room above us that sounded like elephants jumping on the floor. We had to call the front desk 4 times and they warned them 4 times. Finally at about 3:oc a.m. they had […] to be threatened with being evicted before they finally got quite. We got no sleep and had to be by 6:oc to get ready to go to a convention as well as get all of our belonging together and check out. Our suite was comfortable. There were 7 of us. We had 2 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and a living area. Our 2 teens slept on the fold out couch. Everyone enjoyed the free breakfast.

We stayed here 3 times in 2 weeks as we passed thru Kansas City. Enjoyed our stay every time. Loved that the suites could accomodate a family of 8! Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel quiet. Nice breakfast and pool. Suite kitchens only stocked for 4 guests. Not much in the kitchens. Convenient location, friendly staff

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Quiet. Musty smell in bathroom. Overall very good.

Excellent Amenities!!! Complimentary laundry, hot complete breakfast buffet, evening reception...that turned out to be a complete supper buffet....and many other amenities that make this establishment a bargain at twice the asking rate!!!!

Lobby and common areas were very attractive and well appointed. The rooms, however, looked like the hotel used to be a 1970s apartment building. They have made a modest attempt at upgrades. There are LCD televisions for example, but the furniture was in horrible shape. The Formica countertops and tables were peeling etc. -- especially around the edges. […] The carpet was filthy. Really disappointing. There was no television guide in the room so I called the front desk to ask what channel ABC was -- they weren't able to tell me. Really? we were very impressed with our room, it was better than we expected. The breakfeast was great, this was one of the better places we have stayed. i would stay here again.

Our first reaction upon entering the hotel was that we got a great deal for such a beautiful hotel and comfortable room. The room was very nice and plenty big for our family of four. The front desk staff was polite and professional upon check-in and throughout the evening of our stay. However, when we went to breakfast that morning, housekeeping decided […] that even though we had the privacy sign up and our belongings were still in the room that they would begin to clean it. Our room had a kitchen and in our refrigerator were leftovers from dinner the night before. When we returned from our breakfast, I went to check the fridge for a bottle for my baby and found that there was nothing in the fridge. I asked my husband if he had eaten the leftovers in the middle of the night and he said that they were there before we left for breakfast. When we had left for breakfast, the maid had been in the room next to ours cleaning and when we returned she was down the hall. I called down to the front desk to ask if housekeeping had been in our room and if not to report that someone had broken into our room. Fortunately, we were not missing anything but the leftovers, even though my purse with our checks and credit cards was in plain sight on the table next to the kitchen. This led us to believe that it was in fact housekeeping that had come into our room. The front desk clerk said that she would contact all the housekeeping staff and would get back to me. When we checked out, she informed us that no one had been in our room from housekeeping. I explained to her that the kitchen was cleaner than we had left it and that our leftovers were gone and all of our belongings seemed to be in their places. She did not apologize, she only repeated that no one from housekeeping had been in our room. We were impressed with how nice the suite was with such spacious accomodations. We felt like we were staying in a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, family room and bedroom. Really liked how the bedroom, the bathroom and the family room, all had their own doors to close off each area from the rest of the place. One slight problem was that I asked for non-smoking, and the place smelled slightly of smoke; but other than that, my stay was satisfactory.

I had family here from out of town and it was my 60th birthday. This suite was very large, very comfortable, a perfect location and the price of a regular, ordinary room. The breakfast room was very large as opposed to those little tiny rooms in many hotels. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Had a nice variety to it. Hope to stay there again next year.

My finace and I booked this hotel for the NASCAR race. Upon our arrival we knew we were at home. The hotel had placed black and white checkered flags along the driveway knowing many that were staying that weekend were race fans. The room was amazing and the staff was very helpful assisting us with information on the area. The spread of food for breakfast […] was simply amazing and very good. This hotel was tucked away on a side street and wasn't visible from the main road. However, once you found it, that made the pleasantness of the hotel even more enjoyable. The property was well maintained, the rooms were large, comfortable and impeccably clean and quiet. I stayed on a Saturday night and participated in the free hot breakfast in the […] main lobby area on Sunday. I was surprised at the number of people in the lobby for breakfast as the hotel room was so quiet it didn't seem like many people were staying there. The one improvement they could make would be to expand the seating area for the breakfast. There weren't enough tables so people were sitting on the lobby couches and using the nicely styled coffee tables because the other tables were filled. They could have opened the patio doors for additonal seating options. Some people filled their plates and returned to their room to eat breakfast. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, peacefule, and quiet night's stay. I'd stay there again. Lisätietoja

Hotel is currently under remodeling. Room had full kitchen with dishwasher, pots & pans. Had a great stay!!

The hotel has suites with a living room and sofa bed, full kitchen and lots of space. An adequate buffet breakfast is included. And Monday-Thursday there is a "manager's reception" with beer, wine and enough food to make a meal out of. When we were there, the reception consisted of hot dogs, chili and salad. It worked well for our family.
