Stay was excellent. Breakfast with the reservation was great and a bonus to the booking.

The only negative I have is that our refrigerator had not been cleaned out and at breakfast there were still beer bottles that had not been cleared from the night before. But the room comfortably slept two adults and 4 teens, the pool was nice and it was hands down the best free breakfast deal going.

what a lovely hotel. the staff was really nice and i even got a free upgrade to a suite - which had a fireplace, balcony and full kitchen! i will try to stay at this hotel chain from now on. There was a coffee maker in the room, ample outlets, a good bathroom and makeup area and even a makeup remover pad. very nice details. loved my stay!

They went out of their way to allow us an early check-in without much advanced notice, which was much appreciated travelling with 3 kids! I would definitely return, especially for a longer stay.

Aside from the spacious rooms, cleanliness, etc, the food was amazing. Normally, I do not even to free breakfast at hotels, but at this one, I could not wait til morning to get breakfast from the on-site chef.

When we first checked in, the room we were assigned had some issues (bathtub faucet not working etc..) but as soon as we complained, the night manager immediately took action and changed the room for us and also gave us other perks....The staff were very nice and courteous...

the hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the Mass Pike and a short hop into Boston. The hotel is nicely appointed and very clean. It is slightly dated in some areas while other areas appear newer. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. I have stayed in other properties on the same road. None are as nice as this. Overall, this hotel has excellent service. I like the following service. They offer $10 coupon if you decline housekeeping service. You need to spend the coupon during your stay. This amount is equal to WiFi for 24 hrs or dinner at restaurant in the hotel.

All in all. Our stay was decent. Unfortunately our room was one floor above the loading dock so we were awoken to deliveries in the morning. We also found that one of the tvs didn't work, but that wasn't until we were in the process of packing to leave.

Hotel was clean, warm, and firendly. Staff was very welcoming. The room was well maintained, very clean, nothing looked old or neglected. The jacuzzi was nice and celan but could be a little warmer. Manager's reception in the afternoon was terrific. apps and snacks were fresh and high quality not just token munchies. the bartender was very friendly even though he was busy with a wedding party on one side and a few guests on the other as well. He was really hustling that night. The breakfast was really impressive. To have that amount of choices and to include cooked-to-order as well was really more than I expected. The embassy suites was absolutely gorgeous! The entryway, dining area and pool area were all tastefully decorated, clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The "made to order" breakfast was delicious. Overall we were very impressed. We will be staying here again!

NIce hotel, but not up to par with other Embassy Suite hotels. Big surprise was no alcoholic beverages at nightly managers reception.

I never write reviews but feel the need to express what a great experience I had at this hotel. The service was wonderful, the rooms were perfect for my husband and I travelling with our 3 kids, and the free breakfast was outstanding. This is a nice hotel. The breakfast is very impressive with the food and services. I don't mind to stay in this hotel again. The TV in sitting room was out of service.

We stayed a Saturday into Sunday. Our room had a separate bedroom which we really enjoy. It also had a balcony off the bedroom. The hotel is near a little shopping plaza which comes in handy if you forgot something or want to grab a bite to eat. Breakfast was AWESOME! The made to order omelettes were fantastic.

Comfortable bed, nicely kept rooms, everything you could need. Convenient, good breakfast, friendly staff. The only bad thing was the coffee! Otherwise, a great hotel.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. No problem bringing our dog ($25 surcharge) and even a biscuit at check-in. We stayed here twice and both times rooms were in different parts of the hotel but very nice. We enjoyed buffet in the morning (except for the uncontrolled children) - very nice selection. Overall great stay - would definitely recommend.

We were heading to a tournament in Boston and were looking for a Sat. nite hotel reasonable for a short one night stay. The Embassy was great, 30 minutes from Cambridge and we zipped right in to town the next morning. The hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. This is a wonderful place to stay, the room is nicely arranged and very clean , the staff is there for anything you need. The breakfast is incredible, the clam chowder at night was VERY good. I am looking forward to my next stay. Thank you to the entire staff and a special thank you to the "Chef" making the made to order omelets.

Overall the hotel was acceptable, but a bit pricey for the accommodation. The rooms were small - sink was outside of bathroom in the bedroom. Tub did not drain well. We asked for extra blankets and they were stiff (polyester from being burned in the dryer. Carpet was worn in spots and needs to be replaced. The breakfast was great, and kids like the indoor swimming pool. I am surprised they allow dogs in the room, which I don't like. They should have some declaration up front. The air conditioner was so noisy, and not so efficient during the late night. Maybe they turned it down to save money while you were sleeping. The room is old and need some face […] lifting. My wife & I stay here every year when we attend the Nat'l Guild of Hypnotist Convention where we both teach. We are in the hotel for a week and look forward to the stay every year. The Staff is always accommodating, the free WiFi in the rooms is a godsend, and the breakfasts are superb!

Staying at this hotel was the best stay of our week long vacation! The hotel is nice but the staff is AMAZING! Every emplolyee of the hotel was very nice and bent over backwards to make every member of our family feel like they were the most important guest they had. We were traveing with my husband, two kids, and parents (needless to say, it was a […] stressful situation). My father is a very picky person and has never spent the money to stay in a place that had more than two stars because he believed that a hotel is "just a place to sleep." After his stay here, my father was extremely impressed (which is a complement to the hotel in and of its self) and actually said that it would be worth the money to spend more and stay in Embassy Suites when he travels...MY MOM WAS THRILLED!!! As for my family (who stays in hotels frequently), this was our first Embassy stay and the hotel sold us on Embassy for all of our future stays. The place was CLEAN, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was beyond anything that we could have asked for. And as I said, the staff was amazing! My 6 yr old was in like for an omlet and giving me orders about wanting ham but not cheese...etc...his order was too demanding and I ordered him something easier to make but the chef had been listening to the conversation (while he was cooking for the person in front of us) and he looked at my son and repeated his demanding omlet order. We were very pleased with our stay at Embassy Suite. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Although the rugs in our hall and room were a liitle worn, the room was very spacious and comfortable. We were most impressed by the lay out of the room. It allowed my daughter her own room with the use of the pull out couch while my wife and I stayed in the […] bedroom. Both rooms had their own wide screen TV. Opt for the breakfasrt package, it was worth the money. Unlike other Hotel contintenatal breakfast, this one offered not only a wide variety of buffet breakfast foods but had a cook to order selection, such as omlettes and blueberry pancakes.
