A/C never got cold although we had it checked twice and they said it was fixed. Staff was nice except for one person when checking us in handed us key and said have a nice stay walked away, did not know where elevator was where room was etc.

The Marriott Palm Beach Gardens has the most comfortable beds and the softest sheets I've slept on! We'll definitely be back!

The rooms were great and the service was good everyone was very helpful. The only bad thing was the pool area needs improvement. The hot tub was not clean or hot and the pool needed some work. Everything was great otherwise, I would stay there again we stayed for two nights.

I'm originally from PBG, and stayed at the Marriott right after the holidays to visit with my close friends for a few days. My stay was very pleasant. I stayed in a very clean and up to date, standard room with a king size bed. Every employee I came in contact with said hello first and was very friendly. I can't believe the value I got for the price that I paid. This is definitely a 5 Star Hotel that I received at 2 star price. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to enjoy your stay. I'll definitely stay there again at my next visit in the Palm Beach area.

The hotel has a terrific location in a very upscale area close to fine dining and shopping. It is only 1/2 hour to Ft. lauderdale and 1 hour to the Miami beaches. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous.The hotel has a beautiful grand foyer. The children enjoyed swimming in the pool, while the spouse and I relaxed in the hottub. We had a very good time at Marriott Palm Beach Gardens. Close to everything, mall, beach, highways.

We stayed over Christmas weekend. A wonderful visit! The staff was friendly and helpful.... Everyone that worked - even on Christmas day had a smile. It was the fastest check-in ever! Would definitely stay again..

was a little disappointed with no refrigerator, the web said available upon request so I requested one but would be an extra $20, no free continental breakfast, no shuttle service to or from airport but at least had a $40 flat rate town car, only one regular and one decaf coffee in room so asked for more regular coffee but the second day was the same I […] stayed there because the beds are so comfortable! Great hotel, really clean, and really comfortable room. Bad side no microwave or fridge on the room but it's not a big deal anyways

Great stay, club safari right in the hotel was fun, comfortable beds, really enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.

Checked in...already the first mistake happened. The desk staff gave us key cards for room, but wrote the wrong number on everything...had to have my wife sit in the hallway with the luggage to get the right keys, or right room. Got them, the correct room was down the hall a few more rooms. Not too bad or difficult a problem. Requested a small refrigerator […] when I checked in, did not get it that night... had to fill a waste basket wih ice to chill my drinks..how motel 6 that is for an expensive room. The next morning, I told them at the desk that the refrigerator did not show up. They said sorry, and said that they would get one in the room today...and I asked if there would be a charge, and they said normally there would, but it would be waived because they didn't get one in place on that first night. Charge for a small refigerator? In an expensive room? Doesn't sound too good to me... Anyway the largest problem was on the first night, I was tired and sticky from the long day getting there and took a shower at 1 AM...When I pulled up the plunger to convert the spigot flow to the shower head, I heard a pipe bang...and the handle got stuck in the full on position. I have never seen one of these do this before. As the tub filled up towards the rim, I envisioned a flood sending water through a few ceilings, on the lower floors. I made a call to the front desk, but only the security guy was there, the manager was somewhere else, and there was no skeleton maintenance crew available..Bad news.. As the water got closer to the tub rim, my wife made a more stressed call, and the big security guy came to check it out. Luckily, he was really big and really strong, and forced it back away from the full stuck on position. Whew...disaster avoided. I think they might need a better quality shower hot cold and flow mechanism, this one stinks. I have never had this happen before, and I am almost 61 years old, and have travelled extensively. I was so surpized how dated and old my room was especially being in the area of Palm Beach Gardens . The hotel was noisy, guests banging on doors, called down stairs to ask to help with the noise in the room next door. Had breakfeast the next moring and left 1/2 of it, order thier signature raspberry crossiant french toast...only to get a heated crossiant […] with a side of raspberry compote. There are 2 other brand name hotels right in this area and staying at the E S next door before that by far will be my next stay while in this area again. Our bed was broken! We called to the front desk twice and no one ever came to fix it! Unfortunately for us this was our first night away together from our children in almost 3 years!!

Very enjoyable three night experience. Friendly front desk staff-clean room-buffet has excellent variety-fitness center has state of art equipment and was clean. Excellent value for $$$. The entire staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. When back in area will definitely re book.

Very, very accomodating. My mother in law stayed while my father in law was hospitalized. The shuttle drivers took her back and forth to the hospital and they tried to help her in every way possible. The only minor complaint was several baseball teams were staying there that were extremely noisy.
