Rooms have nice beds and newish carpet. Bathroom sink was cracked and the fixtures were old. Staff was nice and helpful.

Restaurant was closed for repairs, looks like they had a banquet there but were still in the process of removing it in the back lobby. Took them most of the night. Bar was serving full menu of the restaurant. We went out to eat. Difficult place to get into and out of as they are just off a clover leaf exit. Tried to take a bath but it wouldn't hold […] the water. Then was told that, as in most circumstances, they put a hold on your CC for incidentals. I had a water in the room. Fine I was charged for that then they also charged me for something and spoke with Guest relations. They were quick to take care of the issue. But overall, I do not think I would go back. This is a great hotel, they were able to accommodate us after a horrible experience with the original hotel we had booked. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what they needed to do when asked. Thank you for your hospitality.

clean comfortable room, quiet atmosphere, centrally located, confusing location but once i figured it out no problem. i will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was only one night, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the room was what I expected. My only complaint is that the mattress was a "Sleep Number" and I found that it took a lot of messing around with to get comfortable, rather than just being able to lay down and sleep.

The shower water was cold and the room temperature was not easy to regulate. Very close to the rail line to downtown.

The hotel staff are supper friendly and the service was so great. I stayed one day and my son was sick at that time. They helped me with all what I needed that night. The food is good and not expensive at all.

The staff was great. Accommodating a hotel.com scheduling glitch quickly and efficiently. Room was great, although it could have used a TV channel guide. The hotel is showing some age, but not anything that some paint couldn't cover.

The one good thing is that is has a great workout room. The bed was awful. Not sure if the remote wasn't working properly or not but the bed was very uncomfortable. The number didn't show on the remote, tried both going up and down, but it still was hard. You had to flush the toilet 2 or 3 times each time it was used. The TV had lines on most channels. […] The restaurant was closed, food from the lounge wasn't great. The soup was room temperature as was the mashed potatoes. The waitress seemed to go to other tables often, but didn't come back to us until we were almost finished eating. I had read good reviews about this hotel but was very disappointed. Very pet friendly - great food (the Thanksgiving turkey was awesome) and the garlic bread in the bar was yummy - good happy hours prices - nice grassy areas for pets

the bed was extremly uncomfortable. it was broke when we got there, and it took a day for them to look at and fix. the heater was so loud that you could'nt sleep. and nothing is free. most hotels offer some kind of breakfast. this place charges 10.99 for the same thing. evan the coffee was 2.00. if you asked any of the staff any questions or for service. […] it was like you were bugging them. we had stayed there 3 years ago and were very pleased, but between then and now it has gone down hill. i will not be staying there again. Nice clean hotel, a little outdated. Front desk was a little short when asking information. Beds are wonderful and the rooms are large.

Having stayed there before I learned to use the South Tower as the rooms and care are nicer. Plus, you can get a fantastic view on the west side.

Beware if you have a late flight! I booked this hotel solely searching for a hotel with a free airport shuttle which they do offer but not after 11:00pm unless you give them prior notice. The hotel is listed as an "airport" hotel but it was a 30 min + taxi ride from the airport. Since we got in after 11pm we of course had to cab it over which cost us […] $62 before tip. The manager was very helpful and did what she could to make the remainder of our stay comfortable. I would still say at this hotel again knowing what I know now granted my flight gets in BEFORE 11. Have used the hotel often and this is the first time there's been such a serious problem. The shower/tub had not handle to turn on the water. Maintenance did come quite quickly but once he turned on the shower, it couldn't be turned off as there was still no handle, needed plyers! Very very inconvenient. We had a great time. It's convenient that there is a restaurant, and the shuttle to and from the airport was a life saver. With the road construction, it took a few tries to figure out how to get into the parking lot. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Was originally put into room filled with cigarette smoke; when I complained, mgmt very quickly responded by putting me into another, upgraded room. Price and comfort combo is very handy for business travel. I might stay closer to city next time, but the hot tub and pool were great enticements.

All hotel rooms should provide ventilation fans in bathrooms. This one did not and therefore caused me to reduce my overall score for comfort and condition. They allow pets to stay for a one time 15 dollar fee. Much better than 25-30 every day. The toilet was too small and the shower drain was clogged. None of the vending machines worked except the 8th floors.

We booked this hotel because it had an accessible room at a decent price. Plenty of space in the room itself, but the bath was not accessible. They put up some grab bars & handheld shower & evidently thought that was enough to call it accessible. Wheelchair barely fit thru bath door & there was no way to turn around in there.
