Hotellin sijainti erinomainen - lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja lähellä metroasemaa, josta suora linja lentokentälle. Huone erittäin pieni, riittävä nukkumiseen ja muutaman päivän vierailuun ei pidempään oleskeluun.

Hotelli on perustasoltaan hyvä. Hissi oli hieman epäkunnossa; ovet olivat erittäin hitaat, ja juuri 4 kerroksessa, jossa itse olimme, se ei toiminut lainkaan. Portaikko oli jyrkkä ja melko kapea, mutta kyllä siellä kaksi mahtui rinnakkain kulkemaan. Myös kerrosten käytävät olivat kapeita; siihen mahtui yksi kerrallaan. Huone itsessään oli pieni, mutta […] mikä suurkaupungin hotellihuone ei ole. Huoneessa oli leveä sänky (meillä n. 160 cm), kaksi yöpöytää, sekä hylly ja pöytä. Vessasta löytyi kylpyamme ja suihku, sekä tietysti pytty ja lavuaari. Sekä huoneen ovi, että ikkunat päästivät ääntä läpi melkoisen hyvin, jos on huono nukkuja, kannattaa varata korvatulpat mukaan. Huoneen saa kyllä hyvin pimeäksi verhojen avulla, eli siitä ei ole pelkoa. Myös seinät olivat hieman vankempaa tekoa kuin ovi. Huoneessa oli kahdelle sampoot ja hoitoaineet, saippuat ja suihkulakit, pieni televisio, vdenkeitin, kaksi kuppia sekä teetä ja kahvia. Palvelu hotellissa oli ihan hyvää; itse emme olleet tekemisissä muuten kuin sisään- ja uloskirjoittautuessa. Toisaalta siivous toimi erittäin hyvin, ehkä hieman liiankin hyvin. Vessasta löytyi paperiin pakattuna 2 ykstittäistä saippuan palaa. Avasin ensimmäisenä päivänä toisen niistä, ja seuraavan päivän siivouksen yhteydessä oli tuotu uusi, vaikka olin sitä käyttänyt vain kerran. Samoin pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä. It was pretty basic. They promised a fridge in the room, there was none. Customer service wasn't very friendly, pretty distant actually. Air Condition was pretty poor and for whatever reason my heating was hot... And they didn't even repair it on request. Weather was pretty warm, so I would have appreciated a well air conditioned room, but my room was […] annoyingly hot, which made it a little difficult to sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location to travel to all parts of london. The rooms have been refurbished and they looked tidy and clean. But the rooms we had are in the basement and are very small with low headroom and small showers and toilets. On the whole, we think they are worth of the money we spent.

The first room offered - in the basement - was small and claustrophobic. However, when i raised concerns it was changed without problem to a first floor room which was still small but more pleasant. Staff are friendly and the lebanese options on food would have appealed but sadly had no chance of trying them

The hotel has undergone refurbishment & our room did look like the ones in the photos!! Although the room was small & compact, it had everything in you would need for a comfortable long weekend stay in London and was immaculately clean & tidy. We had a great rate for a 2 night stay in the Kensington & Chelsea borough, we couldn't complain. The tube […] & bus stops are only a couple of mins away & taxis always available. the room was in the basement and far too small, 10ft x 10ft. including the shower room and no where to hang anything. Not a good experience.

Very centrally located. No frills hotel but very clean. Noisy if room to the front of the Hotel. Very reasonable price. Would recommend to all.

Location: wallable distance from Earls court in a decent locality. Room: very small and squeezed room, and with London temperature of 10-12 C, room was very warm. Opening the windows and sleeping wasn't easy either due to Road/ vehicles/ sirens. Rooms could do with a bit of facelift.

This hotel, located on Collingham Rd and cross street Cromwell Rd, is in a central area in the South Kensington district of London. Finding this hotel is rather easy for first time visitors and the neighborhood is on the safe side, in my opinion. Taxi drivers will be able to bring you to this destination but rather than giving the name of the hotel […] it'd be best to tell them the street and cross street names. The hotel itself is rather small with somewhat dingy hallways. My group of travelers were put in our deluxe triple room for three in the basement floor of the hotel. Upon inspecting our room we found that amenities were somewhat lacking if one were to compare them to U.S. standards and by this I mean there was no microwave, mini fridge, iron, ice machine, razors, face towels, or free wi-fi. Also, the hotel apparently did not have enough universal adapters because we were never able to get our hands on one, but they did claim that someone else was currently using the one that they did have. I felt the custodial staff did a fine job cleaning our room and re-stocking towels and toiletries but we did have a rodent problem at night. One of us had left a bag of nuts in our unzipped suitcase and during each night we stayed there was scuffling and scratching noises at the foot of the beds. Holes would appear in our bags of food the next morning. We did tell the hotel staff about our little friend but they merely apologized and didn't seem to do much else about the situation. Public transportation is highly accessible. I preferred taking the underground, myself, and there are two reasonably close stations -- Gloucester Rd Station and South Kensington Station. The latter station is located close to the Victoria & Albert Museum, which is a must see. Check-in time is 2PM and they did not allow us to check-in when we had arrived 45 minutes early. We asked if they could watch our bags while we went across the street to Starbucks but there was a fee so we abandoned the idea Lisätietoja

The electric doors into the hotel doesn`t work and you have to manually pull up the doors. Looks like it have been like this for a long time and it doesn`t look like they`re going to fix it. Rooms are very small. Ok they are not cheap so you can not expect large rooms. The air in the hotel is VERY dry. The toilet stoped working 1 day, they told us that […] they couldn`t do anything with this before next day... They called a taxi for us 1 day and a private taxi ( with no taxi sign ect) showed up and wanted to charge us double price. The hotel has recently been refurbished and both the communal areas and the bedroom was clean. The bedroom was newly refurbished and comfortable and the shower room was clean and modern. However beware that some bedrooms are in the basement with no windows. It is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest underground train station and shops and restaurants […] including a supermarket and burger restaurant. An ideal hotel and location to visit London on a budget, especially if you have children. We had a triple room, which although was rather small, was clean, tidy and well presented. It is a 10 minute walk to the Nat History Mus, V&A and 5 minute walk to Gloucester Road Tube station with frequent trains into Central London. very dissapointing for a 3 stars hotel....looked like a hostel. Beds were not confortable at all and the shower head was broken as well as the sink. The only advantange of this hotel is the location.

Me and my hubby stayed at Ambassadors hotel and we loved it! I've been to London numerous times and this was deffinately the best hotel i've stayed in. So, I'll recommend this hotel to everyone

Room was no bigger than a shoe box, heating was on full blast with no way of turning it down or off! Complete waste of money!! Will never recommend.

When I arrived in Earl's Court I was supprised at how close the hotel was to the tube station yet just a nice distance from the middle of Kensington. Great location, within few minutes walk of both Earls Court and Gloucester tube stations. Really good rates in comparison to other London Hotels of the same standard. Rooms small (to be expected in central London), we stayed in one of the basement rooms. Room and bathroom was clean and looked newly renovated. Bar/restaurant was closed for renovation whilst we were there however Sainsburys just along the street and many restaurant and bars in the area, which seemed to be extremely safe. The hotel is well situated just off a main road and close to public transport. We booked through hotels and the procedure was OK, staff on reception efficient and sorted taxis out. Now to the issues, we had two medium suitcases and the route to our room was down narrow corridors not very easy to navigate. The shower curtain once wrapped around stuck to you the space was that small at 5'10" the shower head poked me in the eye so had to duck to get under it, water finished up all over the floor getting out was dangerous. The TV channels selection was 4 very fuzzy pictures very poor for a modern hotel. The sink was so small that you could not fill the kettle for a drink had to use glasses to transfer the water. The heating was off in the rooms and a small electric heater was provided. THankfully we were only staying one night and were only using the room to change and sleep otherwise we would have relocated. I stayed in a single room for five nights. Overall I found it to be satisfactory. The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. I did have breakfast. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, but the shower didnt drain away properly which was quite unpleasant. The room was very small but adequate for an overnight stay and was very convenient for our visit to the Royal Albert Hall. The staff were all very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel for a single nights stay.

Hotel was under renovation. Should be nice when finished. Customer service was polite... but we arrived at 1.30pm and check in was not until 2pm, we given the option to leave our bags for 5pounds or wait until 2pm. For the sake of half and hour a bit silly but I understand... ?

Ideal location for Royal Albert Hall - a 15 mins walk. Easy walking distance to tube station (Gloucester Rd). Hotel reception was being refitted, so there were workmen everywhere. The reception as you walked in looked like a bomb site. I was informed at check in that there was building works i should have been informed of that when booking. I believe there is normally a bar and restaurant I did'n't see the hotel at its best. My room needed re-decorating just scruffy tiles in bathroom needing re-grouting doors needed varnishing […] room needed coving around ceiling to tidy it up..But the Hotel in a good position had hot water heating television the room was clean and everything I needed worked . We arrived 1 1/2 hours before the 2 pm check-in time. Hotel personnel refused to check if a room was ready yet and charged us 5 pounds to keep our luggage until 2 pm while we went to find some lunch. Our corner room was so small that the 2 single beds were pressed together against the wall with only a small space to walk on the side of one bed. The […] bathroom was nice. One of the worst hotels in London. Certainly NOT a 3 Star Hotel!

Convenient location, reasonable value. Fine for short stay.

Staff very good despite language differences. Difficulty in upgrading to a cooked breakfast. Shower room very cramped. Room could not have been any smaller but nevertheless did the job.

Hotel was small, room was a box, you could barely walk in, TV was a 10' inch screen all that could fit. Price too high for what you get. Would highly not recommend.
