Clean, comfortable suite with two TV's and all normal amenities. Room service was prompt and reasonably priced and food was excellent. Centrally located and competitive room rate.

We were assigned the wrong room, had to go back to lobby to get king bed room. The new key did not work, had to go back to the lobby to get it rekeyed. No one gave us the perfunctory cookie. Second day key did not let us in again, had to go back to front desk.

This hotel was difficult to get to even though it appeared to be right off the highway. When we finally arrived we were not greeted with fresh cookies like many others spoke about in reviews. The hotel did not seem as though it was in the best condition, although our room was nice and very comfortable. Clean rooms, reasonable rates, good customer service and hot cookies at check-in. It is a comfortable bed and the room is very nice. The air conditioner was a little loud but other than that it was a very good stay. I would go again and book this hotel.

My husband and I were given a room facing I-95 with constant motorcycle noise/traffic noise. That coupled with guests housed two doors away who were throwing furniture around/slamming doors between 12 midnight and 4:00 AM on 01/01/12 and 01/02/12 resulted in my placing three calls requiring security to come up twice and finally the local police. Despite […] numerous calls to the front desk in the middle of the night the noise continued and we got no sleep. I am seriously disappointed with the desk staff refusing to allow me access to speak to the manager. Also, no cookies as advertised unlessyou ask for them. Key cards did not work several times and we were made to stand in line and wait until multiple other guests were checked in before we could get our keys re-coded. Honestly, the savings wasn't worth it. Felt as though the staff didn't care because we didn't pay the full rate. Very, Very disappointed!!! Made our stay very unpleasant. Lisätietoja

my boyfriend and i stayed here for 4 days! it was so nice. i read reviews before booking that said the hotel was too noisy. our room faced I-95 and i honestly didnt hear a thing. the staff was really friendly and very helpful. our room didnt come with a microwave and i requested one when i arrived. within 15 someone brought one to my door. we had a […] king jr. suite and it was such a nice comfortable room. also the hotel is close to lots of things in the area. the airport and city place are within 5 mins. its only about 15-20 mins to the gardens mall in palm beach gardens also. i would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff, great room for the price and close to city place. Shuttle service is available also

I think the hotel needs to have dvd players in room and need to offer more tv channels in room and bar area

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly and efficient staff. Surprisingly affordable rates. Free shuttle service was great. Strongly recommend.

While the room was quite nice, the hotel is too close to the highway! Neither of us got a good night's sleep because of the highway noise. Black-out curtains would have been wonderful! Plus, the air conditioner would not go below 75! After a rather warm Florida night, cool air would have been appreciated!

Decent accomodations. Rooms a bit older. Needs some updating. Just good for waiting for an early morning flight. Price is about right.

As we only stayed the one night and did not use many of the facilities the review is limited to the room and restaurant. A very nice Doubletree and close to the airport. Room was clean and very comfortable. Restaurant was convenient for us.

Good location near upscale shopping and dining. Friendly staff. Easy access to the airport, with shuttle to and from the airport.

The back of this hotel is right on the Freeway. Hotel window coverings not sufficient to shut out freeway noise or lights. The car lights streamed along the wall all night. The bathroom was very, very small. Hotel was clean & bedding was good, to bad we couldn't sleep.

the stay was more than i expected. room was very clean, and peaceful. best sleep i have had in a long time.. highly recommend this hotel. i will be back on my next trip..

Not the fanciest place in west palm, but has the best staff...all were wonderful.

I arrived at 4 pm and was told I had to wait 15 minutes to check in. There was no reason for this delay other than that the girl was busy playing on her computer doing something else. When they finally let me check in, I asked for coupons for the free buffet breakfast but they weren't available either but did arrive under my door at a later time. The […] room was dated but reasonably clean if you don't look in the corners. The air system was extremely noisy and rattled all night long so I really didn't sleep much. At least it worked which from listening to the complaints of other guests, I assume it didn't work in at all in other rooms. A very enjoyable experience. People friendly & responsive to requests. Plus those warm cookies---YUM!!!

Courteous staff. We were able to check in much faster than last year.The addition of a refrigerator was appreciated!! The cookies were EXECELENT!!!If we goto the Palm Beach marathon again next year we WILL stay at the Double Tree.

This Doubletree was a giant disappointment for us. We have stayed in these hotels before and been more than pleased. This property listed a restaurant and it a bit more than a bar and a snack bar and the food was awful. The room was dusty and really did need a good cleaning. When we checked in, I was informed I had 2 rooms, I don't think so....The front […] desk staff was swamped and the gal who was at the bar/restaurant was swamped---it was simply poor staffing. The van from the airport took over 30 minutes to pick us up even though the hotel is 5 minutes away. Handle on toilet broke off but they were very accommodating and quickly move us to another room. Everything else was fine, room was clean and service was friendly.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel before. It was so nice the first time that we decided to spend our 18th wedding anniversary here. This hotel is very convenient, being very close to the PBI airport. The shuttle service was great. The front desk personnel were great. The only "problem" is that the hotel is located right next to I-95. I could either leave the very noisy AC on all night, or listen to the Indy 500 racing through my room. The refrigerator was leaking pretty badly but other than that....the room was very clean and comfortable, especially for business. The staff was very friendly.
