Radisson Hotel New Rochelle - New Rochelle

IT WAS GREAT. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS.

Love the bed and pillows. There is no sign on the hotel and made it hard to find.

Have not been back to this area in 18 years since I moved to Florida, I was surprised to see the growth. Went to a wedding and wanted a cetralized location to access all my friends from Westchester, Conn., L.I., NY. Had car rental and went into NY by RR to see Ground Zero. Close to NY city,good to stay for couple nights.

The purpose of my stay was to get away from daily routine and re-energize. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the ambiance was absolutely pleasing. I have found a new get away spot close to fun filled environment a couple of blocks away.

There are not many options for decent hotels at under $200/night in Westchester, but the Radisson is such an option. If you're looking for a place with a lot of glitz, this is not it. But if you just want/need a clean room/bathroom, courteous staff, and convenient location (just off of I-95), this is as good an option as you'll find.

Overall, decent stay here. I really liked the location...close to I95 in New Rochelle. An area called New Roc City is within walking distance, as well as a Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, CVS, McDonalds, Gas station, and grocery store! Hotel is definitely three star - maybe a little less. Rooms/hotel in ok condition, but don't expect anything great. Sleep number […] beds (which I HATE!) Fitness room has two pieces of equipment in a very tiny closet. Staff was polite and somewhat helpful. Room service was very quick and relatively inexpensive. Food was average fare for a hotel. Overall, for the price/location I would stay here again. Room was clean and spacious. The room I had came with a sleep number bed. I had never slept on a bed like this before and I had no idea how to make it soft or firm. They should provide visitors with instruction on using the bed hence why I gave a 4 for comfort. located near downtown NR, this was a nice hotel. It has a good bar and restaurant, which were unfortunately booked for a xmas party during my stay. Nice, stylish rooms. Clean. I would stay there again.

The hotel is long in the tooth and needs to be completely remodeled. Old fashion heating/Ac ...either too cold or too hot. never just right. Phones need to be replaced. Breakfast at the restaurant was a cold roll with some eggs thrown on top. And the bed was terrible. Other than that, the location was fine.

Great staff, tremandous hotel restaurant as well.

Very comfortable sleep number bed. No ice bucket and not a machine on every floor. Good location convenient to highway, stores and restaurants. Would go back.

I travel alot on business and I have stayed at the Raddison once before. The rooms are very spacious and nice. The hotel was under construction last time and this time was much quiter and well put together. My only complaint is that the workout room should not even exist with how small it is. the hotel was under const. the outside of bld.was dirty trash everywhere the room was dirty the bathroom was small hallways at night very noisey felt unsafe things offered not given no compensation offered would NOT stay again!!!!!!

This is my first stay at the Radisson that was not a wonderful experience. A hotel sponsored pool party posted to end at 1am went on until well after 3am. Our room was on the pool side of the building and it was so loud that even though exhausted, none of us could even relax - forget sleep! We called down to the front desk several times and nothing […] was done about it. There were also several wedding parties happening the weekend we were there. I cannot understand how people can be sooooo inconsiderate. I hated to bug the front desk, but once again we needed to get some sleep. This was the second night in a row that the noise level was absolutely unacceptable. On the positive side, the day front desk workers were excellent and comped our breakfasts and some drinks. Definitely my last choice of a hotel in the area. Service was mediocre at best, the room was uncomfortable, and the environs were dirty and noisy. Not the place to stay.

The only problem with the hotel was that the nightclub downstairs was going strong on a Friday until 2:00 am. I was on the 4th floor, but could hear the constant beat of the music through the window. Not sure a hotel is the best place for a loud nightclub.

Was a convenient hotel off route 95 to stay at after seeing a Yankees/RedSox game and just few minutes from the Bronx.

Except for not having coffee in lobby (since no breakfast is included) and not having plugs easily accessible on the desk, this was excellent value. Staff was professional and friendly.

This hotel looks pretty good on paper but just just falls flat when looked at closely. My hotel stay included not being able to sleep because of the dance club on the first floor as well as seeing a mouse in my room. I stayed for a weekend here, which of course costs more than a weekday stay. However, on Friday and Saturday, there is a dance club on […] the first floor. So of course when I'm checking in or coming back to my room late at night, I'm surrounded by a bunch of drunk people in the lobby and loud thumping music. Being on the 6th floor helped the noise, but it was still keeping me up until the club died down at around 2:00 am. To make this stay even worse, I also saw a mouse in my room while I was ironing. Normally I don't make a big deal out of anything as long as the service addresses it. However, after telling the front desk at checkout, they promised that a manager would call me. Of course, they did not. This is of course what pushed it over the edge for me. What a horrible hotel. Most of the staff were very accomodating, and friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious, beds were very comfortable!! the overall experience was great the only one issue the weekend I stayed was a complaint we had to noise after only arriving to the room for about 5 minutes during the night, the staff didn't give a warning or take into account that we […] were a wedding party renting the suite along with about 8 other rooms, they quickly demanded for us to keep it down and that the next report of noise will result in the loss of our room! Didn't have the sleep number beds that were indicated in the review, but otherwise it was a great hotel. It was within walking distance to the train station.

spent 5 days in new rochelle. hotel needs updating. clean, friendly helpful staff. Buffet breakfast quite good. not too impressed with other food services. dont get into a taxi that doesn't have gps. a 15 min journey to the bronx took 75 mins!!

The one night stay was comfortable except there very loud people outside our room, even though we were six floors up, the entrance was just below us and they were noicy until 3:30AM. Also, the hotel did not offer a continental breakfast.

I liked the hotel...the service and room met my expectations. I was surprised, however, to find that they only had wireless in the lobby. And even then the wireless service was out for the only night I stayed there, which was frustrating as I attempted to complete work-related projects. Great location when doing business in the Bronx - 10 - 15 minutes to work.

For the price you would have thought it would have a microwave and perhaps some type of breakfast.
