We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is well priced. Close to public transport to get to the CBD. Can walk to the CBD from it, if your happy to walk approx. 30 mins. Restaurants close by and the food at the hotel restaurant is really yum. I would recommend the chicken and mushroom risotto and garlic bread. The staff are friendly and helpful.. The rooms […] are quite spacious. The negatives only are that the walls between the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything which made it hard to sleep in the mornings. Can hear other rooms having showers etc. There is a pool and spa, however it is situated in the middle of the car park, which is a little strange. We also found the service at the restaurant slow. We opted to stay in North Adelaide, a little bit away from the bustle of the Fringe Festival, and couldn't be happier with our choice of Meridien. Several features that bettered the four and five star places we stayed in earlier in our Australia travels, including a very large HD TV, large comfortable room, great water pressure in the shower, and very […] convenient to restaurants and the short bust ride to the central business district. Reception desk staff incredibly helpful. Only negative for us was no free wifi, but there is wifi for a fee, and there are several good breakfast places on the same block that do offer free wifi (as well as great breakfast). Just spent 3 nights in this hotel and overall it was adequate and met our needs. Just one thing we noticed - the rooms need to be refurbished, and until that time, the carpets needs a blimmin good clean. We had our 11 month baby crawling on the carpet and after a short while her knees and toes were quite dirty. The bed was very comfortable and clean […] bedding. Only thing is I think they starch the sheets because they made a lot of noise! Our little kitchenette only had a kettle, which was a bit disappointing. I was expecting at least a microwave. I also had to ask for cleaning liquid to wash a few things. There were no plates or cutlery and in fact they only supplied 2 coffee mugs and 2 teaspoons. Not sure why they even bothered putting in a kitchenette to be honest! The fridge is packed with cookdrinks and wine and beer as well as a few chocolates, and they also provide crisps. But no pricelist so you have no idea what anything costs. We just unpacked the fridge with all their supplies and used the fridge for our own purpose. Otherwise, the lounge is spacious and a great sized LCD TV, with a lot of good channels. The room was quiet and the aircon worked very well. The inhouse teashop come restaurant is nice but pricey so if you don't want to walk down the street where you'll find a number of restaurants, then that's up to you. The Lion pub and restaurant up the road is an award winning restaurant and great pub grub, so make sure to go there. Hope this review helps. Lisätietoja

The room was clean and staff were very helpful, but the rooms are old, the paint is coming off the walls, the sink was stained. The windows are not very well insulated, so when our neighbours were smoking on the balcony we could smell it in our room

Nice and clean hotels. But the room is a little bit old. The bathroom is quite small but manageable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a few nights stay.

I thought the hotel was quite comfortable & convenient for me. The coffee shop was great but a bit noisy on some mornings . I would prefer a walk in shower & no bathtub . Good surroundings & close to transport , Overall very nice

Basic but clean accommodation in a great location.

Excellent location close to CBD and in a very fun area with lots of restaurants and shops. The desk clerk was extremely good and helpful and booked us a wine tour of the Barossa Valley.

Rooms was good. Plenty of space. Friendly staff and very helpful personalized service. A nice comfortable 20 mins walk from city center, mostly through a park area. I wanna stay there next time!

Good value for money

This hotel was recently renovated but it appears that they may have run out of money before finishing. The rooms are large without a lot in them to sit on. The staff are sometimes helpful. The location is excellent in an area with lots of cafes and close to the river, though it is quiet at night.

Friendly staff, excellent location, reasonable off-street car-parking (second night had to park on the street). Smoking on the front balcony was not pleasant when partaking of breakfast on the below deck, neither was the smoking at the venue across the road.

with a young family the helpful nature fo the staff to accomadate us was fantastic. especially Bree in the resturant, her attitude was a breath of fresh air and friendly competent staff are hard to find these days. well done everyone. the rooms also cater well for a young family and the food is excellent.

Very convenient to city, the staff were very obliging, rates were excellent. The room was clean up to date. Would have liked a microwave & toaster. We shopped online to get the best deal.

Very nice accomodation, staff friendly, room clean and spacious, nice big bathtub :).Parking at the rear. Excellent food, only one problem, i couldn't manage to eat all the chicken parmigiana, very filling. Pricing is very good. Next time i am in Adelaide i will revisit this hotel.

Le Meridien Adelaide is situated in a good location near to the city on a free bus route. A very quiet, clean and comfortable hotel, with more than ample car parking space. The rooms are spacious and appear to have been recently refurbished, however they seem to have omitted refurbishing the bathrooms. We had always talked about staying in north adelaide, and we finally took the plunge with this hotel. Very much worth it - spacious room, good service, nice restaurants near by. and not such a long walk downtown after all. Now we just need an excuse to go to some of their other properties!

This hotel is not only well located within walking distance of City but rooms, coffee bar and meals are excellent. Very good value for money. A highlight for me was the access to the free City Bike scheme at the hotel- good quality bikes, padlocks, helmets. There are many cycling trails in Adelaide most notably along the Torrens. Having received an email saying that the hotel had been taken over by a new company and was undergoing renovation, we didn't know what we would find. The room was a bit shabby and you could guess what they are hoping to do, but it is only cosmetic. We had a two room suite, which appeared to be standard. it was clean and had every comfort you could need. […] The lobby and restaurant were modern and swich and very good quality. Staff were extremely helpful. This is already a good hotel, and any renovations will make it even better. Nice place, in the outer city centre on a good street with some nice restaurants.

Liegt etwas abgelegen, in North Adelaide. Aber mit der kostenlosen Bike-Ausleihe ideal in die City zu fahren. Whirlpool, Aussenpool und sehr freundliches Personal.

Only stayed there over night passing by, but the hotel was clean with nice bed. A bit dated with an old bathroom, but big rooms. Don't know so much of the location, but parking was included so it was easy to get to the hotel.

Hotel liegt fast in der City. Wer an`s strand möchte ist hier falsch. Schöne parkanlagen/zoo und botanischer garten in der nähe.

Рядом много кафешек, есть винный и продуктовый магазины. Очень тихое место. До центра - 25 минут ходьбы через парк с попугаями и лебедями. До зоопарка - 10 минут пешком. Много автобусов ходит прям по улице, но мы не разбирались с маршрутами, больше гуляли. Жили не в основном здании, а в ответвлении. Кондиционер оконный, шумноват. Greit og rimelig. Landlige omgivelser i nærheten. Ganske rolig strøk litt i utkanten. Hyggelig og vennlig personell. Litt lytt mot korridor.

Well, I would say it is a really nice place to stay in Adelaide at this price. The staff was nice and helpful. Room was also kept nice and clean all the time. If you want to go to the city, multiple buses are available and it takes only 10-15 minutes to get there.
