The room, location and amenities were great. It was close to Gastown and only a few blocks from shopping and great dining. The only compliant I have is how expensive it is to park. It would have been nice to see that price disclosed somewhere on the website.

the hotel hallways were cramped and the rooms felt a little tight with low cielings. I felt that for the price, the building itself could have allowed for more breathing room. The rest was good though, parking was at a fair price and the staff were helpful.

Having 2 rooms is great when you are two people. The beds were super comfortable. Also the staff was very nice. Actually the only thing I didn't like was having no thermostat in the bathroom. It was a little cool, and I didn't want to to crank up the whole suite just for some bathroom warmth.

We loved the extra touch of the cookies when we checked in. The only thing we were unhappy with was the bacon, it was undercooked when we ordered room service. The staff were all very friendly and the room was a good size with a comfortable bed.

Great housekeeping, wonderful view! Didn't get any assistance with baggage coming or going. Not a very welcoming feeling especially when my lady is standing next to me with her hands full. What a shame! One other bummer, they don't have digital or HD signal for all the new flat panels in the entire hotel! No ESPN! No way!

The staff were fantastic. All staff including Sara at check in and the wait staff, staff for cleaning the rooms, people who handled our luggage. Fantastic expereince!!

Hotel was located in a very good location to easily access all areas of interest that we had for Vancouver. Easy walk to food and shopping. Housekeeping was a bit pushy when we decided to sleep in one morning into the afternoon with a do not disturb sign out, they called after we hadn't vacated before noon. My stay at the Delta went beyond my expectations. Some of the poor ratings are misleading. After my night here, I was going to stay with a friend. The stay was so enjoyable that I booked two more nights. The customer service is incedible and all the staff proved to be friendly. Not one of them was unkind to me for my three days. The location is good. […] Close to Gastown and downtown shopping. Stanley Park is 2.5km away. Everything else is a Skytrain ride away which is a great transportation system. An extra bonus is that the Skytrain is right next door. So if you are coming from the airport, take the Skytrajn to Waterfront (just read the signs to find the hotel or you may be walking in circles). The staff at the Delta were fantastic. Very accomodating of our family needs. My husband was on crutches, they allowed us to stay beyond check out time. Ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was quite good. Overall very happy and will stay there again.

I was able to take my girlfriend here for our one year anniversary, and i couldn't be more happy with the way we were treated. We were greeted at the front with the bellhop opening the door for us, a cookie at the front counter, and an awesome receptionist named Justin to help us check in. The room was amazing (a deluxe sweet) with a great view of downtown. […] The parking lot, though it was in another building it was still very affordable. Easy access to airport - just one block from the train station. Walking distance to most downtown destinations, or hop of the train or bus within a short walk from the hotel. Hotel restaurant serves surprisingly good food. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and well equipped for week-long stay.

Very nice hotel close to the vibrent Gastown as well as a Canada line station that can zip you to an fro the airport inexpensively without having to deal with Vancouver's horrific traffic and expensive parking. Modern, clean, comfortable with an especially friendly staff.

Perfect location just 1 block from The Canada line train direct from the airport. Location is ideal in the heart of the financial and business district of the city. Easy check in and out with great staff. Only suggestion is they could step up the in room toiletries/soaps and have a functioning mini fridge instead of a bar fridge.

I stayed there 2 nights while attending a conference. The hotel is 5 minutes from the conference center and 5 minutes from the cruise terminal. We enjoyed our stay, were greeted warmly by staff, our room was upgraded. Good lounge in lobby, good food in restaurant for breakfast with okay service. Rooms comfy, elevator service very fast, doorman friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. All amenities and services that we needed were provided and the staff were very accomodating and friendly. We loved that we could walk to a number of things we were interested in, and we enjoyed the extra comforts provided by the suite. Thank-you Delta Suites!

We really enjoyed our stay overall! The best part of this hotel was that it was centrally located to everything we planned to do on our trip. The part that we didn't like was that paid parking was a cost in addition to our hotel room and one we did not expect. We were at this hotel for 2 nights for my son's wedding. Location was great. The first girl we met at reception was very friendly and helpful. Did not hear any hall noise or noise from other rooms during the night. Beds very comfortable. Only complaint was that the room was a little dry. Had a problem with the toilet, but within 5 minutes of calling […] guest services the maintenance man was there to fix it and out within a couple of minutes. TV in sitting area was older CRT type and you had to pay for the music listening channels. Half our window view was a skyscraper right across the street from us. Parking garage closed and locked at 10pm daily.

Service was excellent but room layout in sitting area & suites was not optimal with limited amenities. Would have appreciated a larger coffee pot. Bedrooms & bed was very comfortable & slept well. Location was handy to Vancouver convention Centre. I would have appreciated a more welcoming lobby as felt sparse.

The bedroom was fantastic coming with a alarm clock stereo that my iPhone could play from. The robes were luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. I found a small disconnect with the rest of the suite not quite meeting my expectations of quality. I'd give the den a 4 out of 5 and same goes for the bathroom.

Master lighting switch in the entrance hallway was broken, and the office chair at the desk was worn out and kept tilting back. These are the only things that brought down the rating. WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN.
