Erittäin hyvä aamupala (mm. itse sai puristaa appelsiinimehua, paljon hedelmiä ja marjoja, mikään ei ollut lopussa). Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Saimme vuokrattua pyörät koko päiväksi (2 majoittujaa ja 2 muuta perheenjäsentä, jotka eivät yöpyneet hotellissa). Saunan sai käyttöön, joten sai käydä kahdestaan rauhassa saunomassa ja hierontatuolissa.

The Tivoli Gardens amusement park, founded in 1843, makes this area the liveliest in the city. The park boasts one of the oldest wooden roller coasters still in operation, and the world's tallest carousel. The Pantomime Theatre dates back to 1874. Other attractions include the Hans Christian Anderson Castle, the Glass House, and the Concert Hall with its aquarium lounge. Outdoor concerts take place here in summer.

Moderni hotelli, joka hyvällä paikalla, mutta viereisten baarien asiakkeiden huuto kadulla klo 5.n asti pilaa hotellin
"Hyvä sijainti. Siisti design hotelli."
Hotelli oli hyvä sijainniltaan ja sisustukseltaan. Aamupala sekä illallisbuffet olivat hyviä. Huone oli aika pieni ja meille sattui huone sisäpihan puolelta, josta kuului kaikki melu huoneeseen. Hotelli tarjosi automaattisesti huoneeseen korvatulpat, mitkä toimivat hienosti. Eli siis osa huoneista on meluisia ainakin viikonloppuisin hotellin oman baarin […] ja terassin sekä hotellin yhteydessä olevan jääbaarin vuoksi. "Clarion Collection Hotel 27"
Hotellin sijainti on hyvä! Muutenkin olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä hotelliin. Huone oli suuri ja siisti (superior), kylpyhuoneessa olevat meikinpuhdistusaineet, rasvat yms. olivat iloinen yllätys! Hotellin hintaan kuuluvat aamiainen ja päivällinen olivat myös hyvät. Tästä taitaa tulla hotellini Kööpenhaminan matkojeni ajaksi:)

"Musiikki ainoa häiriö"
Hotellin sijainti oli mahtava ja aamupala sekä illallinen hyviä. Viihdyimme hyvin. Ainut häiriö oli illalla kuuluva musiikki, joka häiritsi unia hieman.

Hieno design-hotelli, jossa monipuolinen ja hyvä illallis- ja aamiais-buffet. Oltiin erittäin positiivisesti yllättyneitä. Jos jotain ei-niin-hyvää pitäisi väkisin keksiä, voisi se olla aika pieni huone. Mutta ei ainakaan meitä juurikaan haitannut. "Erinomainen vaihtoehto"
Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Ystävällinen palvelu ja hotellihintaan sisältyvä päivällisbuffet oli oikein hyvä ja maittava. Liikenteen äänet eivät häirinneet lainkaan. Raatihuoneen kellonlyönnit joka varttitunti ärsyttivät ehkä hieman myöhäisillasta, mutta nekin hiljenivät klo 24 - 08.

The hotel is quite good for a weekend stay, although everything was not perfect. Positive: location (close to Strøget, Tivoli and Rådhus), atmosphere and general feeling in lobby area, bar and restaurant, free evening buffet, free coffee and fruits continuously, nice inner yard, icebar on the next door (entrance discount + free drink by Hotel27) Negative: […] too warm lobby area even in September (I would not recommend this hotel for the warmest summer time), small rooms (even Executive room was like a "typical" standard room in other hotels), on Saturday evening and Sunday morning no hot water available from shower (slightly warm yes, but didn't feel good after taking a shower...) "Clarion Collection Hotel Twentyseven in Copenhagen"
My stay at Clarion Collection Hotel Twentyseven was pleasant. The room was clean and pretty convenient. They had nice breakfast and also a small evening buffet. The location was perfect, as was next to the Rådhus and Tivoli and the main shopping street of Copenhagen. Close to the heart of Copenhagen. I can recommend the hotel.

Aika "erilainen" hotelli, sekä hyvässä että pahassa. Hotelli oli ihan siisti ja aamiainen ja iltapala olivat hyviä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Ensin saamamme huone oli kuitenkin niin pieni, että ei siellä voinut olla. Jos vakio kakkonen neljän tähden hotellissa on sellainen koppi niin voi voi. Aika outoa oli myös se, että vessan ovea ei saanut kiinni?? […] Ja ilmastoinnin puute oli myös melko ikävä yllätys. Sisäpihan melu oli myös melkoinen. hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla keskustassa, lähellä rautatieasemaa ja on helppo löytää. Palvelu oli erinomaista ja huone pieni mutta siisti. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja todella mukavaa oli ihan kunnollinen iltapala, joka sisälsi aina myös lämmintä ruokaa (ei tarvinnut enää illlalla miettiä ruoka-asioita!!!). Koko päivän oli tarjolla myös erilaisia […] kahveja, teetä ja hedelmiä. Huoneemme sijaitsi sisäpihan puolella, joten meluakaan ei ollut vallan kauheasti. Raatihuoneen kello lyö kyllä keskiyöhön asti joka viidestoista minuutti, mutta sitten se hiljeni aamu kahdeksaan asti. When arriving to Copenhagen we took the metro instead of a train, but chose wrongly. The metro station was too far away for us to find the hotel on foot during night time. So I most definitely recommend taking the train to the main railway station in CPH. From there it's about 5 to 10 min. to the hotel on foot. The hotel is located really close to […] the Tivoli and the main shopping streets. The street where the hotel is located is full of bars and restaurants, but for us those didn't cause any disturbance. The only things disturbing our sleep were the Rådhuset's clock, which was making noise all the time, and also the fact that there was no aircon in our room - it got pretty hot during night time. Also the room was really small, but that we already knew. The best things about the hotel were the overall atmosphere, the courtyard chill-out spot, delicious breakfast and evening buffets, the interior design, and djs playing music during the weekend. Other than the occassional street and courtyard noise during the weekend late nites, the hotel provides a great location (10 minutes to Central Station or the Norreport bus stop and subway station), a good breakfast (always the case in Copenhagen) and a very modern decor at a reasonable price. The hotel was one of the best I have had in Europe, which is impressive considering how much I travel. First off, the room was very clean and had nice features. The shower was especially cool. Secondly, it had a great location and I was able to walk to the hot spots such as the shopping district. Fourth, the breakfast buffet was AWESOME! Seriously, a very nice variety of food and very well prepared. Additional notes: *I would recomment this hotel only for young couples and singles. While I would consider the hotel family friendly, the area is located around clubs. The hotel features a nice lounge, which had a DJ spinner while I was there and is located next to the ice bar (an actual bar made entirely of ice). staff appeared aloof and not very helpful, room very basic, nil bar fridge, furnishing very limited, not hotel fault but town bells rang from 8am to 10pm every 15minutes, location very good always felt safe.

The hotel is located in close to Tivoli, and not far from the train station and the center of Copenhagen. The rooms are stylish but very small and the ones toward the street are very noisy. It's your hotel if you prefer design over comfort and you you like the stylish lounge/bar more than a good sleep.

Too bad they don't have real comforters at 27, I would have slept much better. It seems though, to be a new bad standard in Danish hotels not to have real feather-comforters, but it's definitely the wrong place to make savings...

The location is great for shopping and cultural activities. Woken by churchbells every morning and the doors had absolutely no insulation in regards of sound! But still - a nice place to spend a weekend.

Conveniently located, good breakfast, BUT the rooms could be cleaner. The bathroom shows a lot of wear and tear and you do not want to look at it too closely -- simply put, if you are expecting the cleanliness of a 4-star hotel comparable to those in the US, this is simply not your place...
"Photos embellish the truth"
This property looks little like what you see in photos. The room photos depict clean, white-laced and modern rooms. My deluxe room looked like a ghetto IKEA demo bedroom with awful lipstick red cabinetry. The bathroom was small, tattered in places and unkept. The shower is lined with a dark faux stone tile, which really showcased the copious amount […] of limescale deposit. And I mean copious, as in, about 1/3rd of the floor was covered in a thick and slippery-when-wet pancake of limescale. The restaurant is overpriced and gross. The ice bar is a joke. Looks good in the photos but in reality: 1. The room was tiny, just enough room for a single bed. No tea or coffee making facilities. 2. Only one plug 3. Bathroom had mold and was freezing cold. 4. This hotel was ideally located in the city center of Copenhagen for our needs. It was just a few minutes walk to central station and the Stroget shopping street, as well as almost all other city center attractions. We could not have been more pleased with the location. The room was small, but that is not necessarily a complaint, as we did not visit […] Copenhagen to stay in our room. The room comfortable as a resting place after a long day of walkning the city. The breakfast buffet was very complete, which meant I never left breakfast wanting more. This is a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel in a very desireable location if you want to see the city. The room was very small and cold. There was moss on the window ledge and only one towel which was not very big. The room was near the elevator and noisy. Staff were firendly though and thre breakfast was good. I mainly booked it for the location.

Great Business Hotel!!! An awesome breakfast and an amazingly delicious dinner buffet was included in my room rate. They also had a sandwich and water waiting on me since I was a late arrival. I stayed at the London Nikko Montcalm hotel the night before for a lot more money ... I would choose Hotel 27 over a JAL property any day. our second stay at this hotel was not as favourable as our first 6 weeks earlier. this time our room was at courtyard level with evening bar drinkers noisy outside, and early morning laundry trolleys rolled down a metal ramp right outside our window very early in the morning. the room was also very cramped; all for the same rates as a very comfortable […] larger room on our earlier visit. VERY SMALL and VERY VERY tricky when you get out... it's not for nothing that they are fixing carpets on the wall to exit... I wonder how many cars have been scratched […] due to narrowness of the turn from garage to way out... "Great hotel"
This was a great hotel to stay in. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was busy, but still good. The front desk was helpful. The hotel was in a great location, central to everything! 7 minute walk to the central station. The hotel had bikes that were available to rent as well. I would stay in this hotel again.

Located near most areas of interest and two meals a day (breakfast buffet and dinner buffet included with price of room). The room was a bit small but comfortable and the bathroom had a shower but no tub. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
