Tämä hotelli vastasi odotuksia. Täällä kannattaa yöpyä, jos käytössä on vuokra-auto loman aikana, sillä hotelli sijaitsee Tennesseen ja Missisippin rajalla. Huone on siisti, mutta ilma tuntuu kovin kostealta. Ilmastointilaitetta kannattaa siis käyttää. Aamiaiselta ei kannata odottaa liikoja, mutta se kuului ainakin meidän vierailullamme hintaan ja ajoi kyllä asiansa. Tarkista, ettei herätyskellossa ole tarpeettomia herätyksiä valmiina. Lentokenttä on melko lähellä, joten jotkut ehkä heräävät keskellä yötä lennoilleen ja laittavat kellon soimaan ottamatta sitä pois päältä. Meille kävi juuri näin. Sen jälkeen kuunneltiin jonkin aikaa aamuyöstä lähteviä ja laskevia lentokoneita.

"Only a few flaws"
The side of the hotel on which our room was located faced the interstate and was pretty noisy all night long. The small "window-sized" AC was not very efficient and was hard to get comfortable.

The hotel was very nice--nicer than I expected it to be. The breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed it, and the people were great.

"Just okay"
The first time we stayed in this hotel we were VERY happy, it was clean and the suite was extremely well kept. This time, the room was very small, the toilet didn't work very well, the trash was NOT collected every day and the bathroom tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned.

Everything was great as far as the hotel and the front desk staff. The only issue I had with the hotel was the lady who set up the free breakfast. She was rude and very unprofessional. She would walk around the food station, over the food, talking on her cell phone on numerous occasion.

This hotel was very well kept and in great shape for the price--I was very impressed. The bed was very comfortable--comparable to Hampton Inns. My only complaints were the quantity of the hot breakfast (hot items were gone by 8:00) and my room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke even though the hotel is now non-smoking. "Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable"
Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very easy access to the Interstate, close to a wide array of local amenities such as dining and shopping. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
"Nice Hotel but..."
The hotel is very lovely and rooms are very clean but it is extremely close to the interstate. We heard traffic, police sirens, car horns all night. Not much sleep because of it. This is very unfortunate because the hotel was nice and I would recommend with the caveat that it is located right beside a busy, noisy interstate.

The rooms are small, and the bathroom is tiny, with the sink in the actual motel room, so you can't brush your teeth if someone is sleeping. Also, the heat/ac unit is mounted through the wall. It was raining our last morning there and the rain beating on the outside of the unit sounded like someone beating a drum. "Clean"
Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. The room was clean but I was not impressed with the window air conditioner. It is also next to the interstate; could hear the traffic.

very convenient location is right off I 40 only thing was GPS sent me in wrong direction to get to Hotel. they should have more specific directions on website since entrance to hotel is off a side street .close to many eateries plus Walmart is right across the road... "smokey"
all of the 4th floor(hallways, elevator, and our room) smelled like someone had been chain smoking an entire carton. Hotel appears to be fairly new and bills itself as smoke free, but WOW. the stench was horrible
"Night Train to Memphis Square Dance"
We were in town for two night for a Square Dance. It was real close to the Mall, was right off the main road to the dance we were there to attend. It was close the Main places to eat. We had a great time and didn't have to do a lot of driving to where we need to be for that weekend.

"disappointing"
This hotel has seen better days. The room was tiny - smallest hotel bathroom I've ever seen. Although it was a "no smoking" room, the hallway, bedding, etc. smelled like smoke - as did my clothes when I got home. Everything just seemed dingy and in need of updating. I expected better for the price. We won't be back.
"Very convenient location and an exceptional staff"
My son and I had to schedule a quick trip to Memphis for an interview. We found this hotel to be very accessible to I-40, and much quieter than described. Very clean with a pleasant staff.

The free breakfasts were wonderful! Hot eggs, sausage, french toast, cereal, juices etc. The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell. They claim to be 100% smoke free but that obviously hasn't always been the case. If they could get rid of the cigarette smell (especially on the 4th floor) they would be a near perfect hotel […] ! my room faced rote 64 but we did not hear any outside vehicular traffic...breakfast included made this price a good deal.....only negative was that i saw rate was xx per night then right before i booked i clicked the link to sign up for the rewards program from hotels.com which took about 5 minutes and when i came back to the screen to complete booking […] they had raised the rate to 15 dollars more per night..... "Great Hotel!"
Recently in town to visit my daughter and we couldn't have been more pleased with this hotel. It is very clean, has spacious rooms, and close to shopping and a number of good restaurants. We'll certainly stay here again. You can't go wrong at this Best Western.

Nice clean hotel in good location. Unfortunately, easy access to I-40 also comes with a lot of traffic noise-all night long. The room just didn't feel as sound proof as I would have expected. Otherwise everything was great.

"Nice place, great breakfast"
Very nice staff, clean, fresh room, great value for the money. Had a very good, free breakfast, make your own fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, etc. Good location, only negative A/C unit very loud, tried turning off but room got stuffy very quickly, used ear plugs.

My family was passing through Memphis and didn't want to stay in memphis so I did some research and found the Best Western and took a chance on it. The hotel was very close to the freeway and had alot of places to eat very close by. The room was very nice, clean and well maintained. "Excellant Hotel"
Clean, WOW was it.... We had a kitchenette with ours & did not pay more for it. Price very reasonable. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Lots of seating. Is a little ways out from downtown but to us was worth the drive. Lots of restaurants around to choose from. Only downfall. Has a window type air conditioner unit. Was hard to get room comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and well equipped. Close to all kinds of shopping. We will make this our "home" on future trips to Memphis.

The room was very small for a king size bed. AC is outdated - window unit! We couldn't get the temperature adjusted. In order to take the humidity feel out of the room we had to turn the thermostat so low we froze - and there were no extra blankets in the drawers.
