Radisson Hotel Cleveland Airport - North Olmsted

Front desk staff (Ralph) is wonderful.

It served its purpose. They accommodated our needs but its nothing pretty to look at. When I walked into the lobby I wasn't sure where the front desk was because it was poorly lit and not labeled. Rooms were clean and comfortable but I don't think I would stay here for a week. It was just too outdated/rundown.

The device was very difficult to operate and most of the time it did not respond at all. This was a disappointment and I was far too tired to call someone in to fix or replace it. There were temporary plastic covering on some of the carpet runners on the main floor near the elevators. Staff were very nice, but not my favorite Radisson.

read about reviews in December that the hotel was under construction for work out room and other areas. Thought the project would be complete but no. The room's bathroom door did not shut right and the shower had a high pitch screach to it. Room seemed clean and the bed was very comfortable but the control buttons did not work well.

Overall great stay. Friendly staff. Only issue was the hot water. The staff was very helpful with resolving.

The location of this hotel was nice...and it was pretty clean. However the major downfall was they did not have hot water and the fitness center was closed.

We were having appointments at Cleveland clinic. Our daughter needed a room away from others because she has episodes of being very loud and we did not want to bother others. The staff were very accommodating and upgraded us to a larger room actually a suite. That was wonderful, to have that extra room. The heater did not work in the big room but they […] did fix it the next day. The dial sleep bed did not work we reported that but that did not get fixed. I arrived late at the front desk and everything was in order. Friendly staff and very efficient. The next morning I went down to the fitness center to find that it was under construction. The hotel is fairly worn but the price was equal to the tiredness of the property.

Friendly and quick check in. Hotel clean. A little construction on the first floor. Had an executive king room, nice and clean with a sleep number bed, very comfortable. Will stay again for our next anniversary.

I visited this hotel just days after one of the previous reviews and my experience was much different. Yes they were renovating the pool and sauna but so what! It's December and I stopped for one night. I can go without a pool visit. Both elevators worked, my SLEEP NUMBER bed worked, and the room was clean and warm. Also, the area has great shopping […] and some pretty good restaurants. One of the best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The room had a nice apx. 42 inch flat screen. Also, they had an adjustable Sleep Number brand bed. This place was great minus no free breakfast.

The good: Big room with couch. Sleep comfort adjustable beds. The bad: really crappy TV - maybe the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. Pool, sauna, and excercise room were totally demolished for remodeling. We were never told this, and they make no mention of it anywhere on the website, or in the hotel itself. Price was good, but No Free Breakfast. I booked online as non-smoking room , when i went to Hotel They only had smoking rooms left for the that day. Since we were there we couldn't leave and accepted. I'd like to say; Even though i hate smoke smell, room was fairly clean to stay in.

Very clean and convenient. Close to major shopping mall and good restaurant chains. Hotel restaurant is adequate but not outstanding.

Hotel works very well for us. This was our 2nd stay there in 6 months. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the bed. It would not "pump up". We told the management the next morning and they had it fixed that day. But, once again, it deflated during the night. So much for beds you "pump up". The staff there is terriffic.

(1) Booked a king, got a double. (Hotel was later booked solid and they sold my room to someone else!) (2) Swimming pool / whirlpool area CLOSED for repairs, with no advance notification from Radisson or Hotels.com -- AN UPSET FAMILY. (3) Bathroom sink barely trained. (got this fixed by maint. during our stay) (4) Desk chair was broken. My stay at te Radison North Olmstead was the most satisfying night at a motel I have ever had in the Ohio reegton. They allowed our pet with no problems,the staff was courteous and freindly and the rate was very low for the quality of the room, I will definatly recomend Radison to all my freinds whom travel,

We had to make a last minute reservation so we could attend a funeral. We were happy with the rates. We got a weekday sale rate. The rooms were clean and the sleep number beds comfortable. I would have liked to know ahead of time that the pool was closed. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay and we had five rooms.

I have stayed in this hotel periodicaly over the years, but that was the last time. Indoor pool area closed, storage hotel room used for lobby bathrooms, one elevator was not working, the other was not working when we left. We had to go down 4 flights of stairs with all of our stuff and sick child to exit NOT in hotel lobby, but outside in 30deg weather […] at side of building. Breakfast cost was that of Ruths Chris Steak House dinner (kidding but $$$). The entrance has two entry doors, one broke. We had two full size sleep member beds, one broke... begging to get the picture? This hotel is sub par for a Raddison and needs to be fixed. As for the staff they were fine. The hotel was very nice and I would reccomend it .

Took me an hour waiting for hotel shuttle at airport. there are several other hotels much closer to airport with more frequent shuttle pick ups.

One reason we booked this hotel was the indoor pool and spa, but when we got there that whole area was under construction. It would have been nice to know this in advance. Also, the furnishings in the room were old, worn out and dirty. Find yourself another location as there has got to be some better choices in the area.

The hotel was nice. Room service on Friday was excellent. Weekend room service was awful. Some front desk staff was very rude, but others were great. Overall, it's a three star hotel, so expect three star service. Some tips: The bed is a sleep number, check to see if it's working as soon as you get to the room. My tub drain was clogged, so it would […] be worth checking that too. Staff will change you to a new room if you ask, so if anything is not to your satisfaction just ask for a new room. Beware weekend room service- mine seemed to be microwaved left overs from the day before. Check the dates of products from the vending machines. I had soda that was expired 20 days before. Room was okay. Personnel very pleasant. Facility looked overdue for renovations. Had a Sleep Number bed. Felt like a rock with or without adjustment. In fact, felt that the bed memory failed after an hour or so and went back to being a rock!! I wouldn't recommend a sleep number bed to anybody base on that experience!!!!

Quietist hotel I have ever stayed in. Breakfast buffet, good food and nice selection.

The pool and the hot tub were not working. Was not told about the pool and the hot not working. Asked for discount ohe hot room, came to the hotel because of the hot tub for my back.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay at the hotel. Next, the fixtures in the room were falling apart (lamps, phones, etc.). There were cockroaches crawling in and out of a crack on the exterior wall. The couch had stains on it that were of questionable origination. The television had a mind of it's own - even while paying for movies, it would jump […] out of the movie sequence and go back to the channel that explained about the hotel. I never received a wake-up call that I had requested. The toilet ran continuously. I would not recommend this hotel and actually would like some sort of refund from the hotel chain. Lisätietoja

This hotel was very nice, clean and rooms were comfortable. The only problem was that I had booked it through hotels.com and the charge was already posted on my bank account when the hotel charged me "again"! No one at the hotel could seem to figure out how to credit this money back to my account ( although Walmart seems to have no problem when you […] return an item there), and it has taken more phone calls since returning home to try to get this resolved. This hotel does NOT have 24 hr shuttle service from the airport. It stops at 11pm (even though I asked at the front desk if our late arrival into Cleveland would be a problem "no not all all just call us when you land " replied the front desk clerk). Stay somewhere else if you have a late flight or it will cost you another $20.

We stayed at this hotel for its location (we were attending a grandaughters graduation nearby) and for the Radison name, which apparently doesn't mean so much anymore. While the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, the hotel itself is in dire need of renovation. The "number bed" didn't work, the in-room refrigerator had mold on the door, […] paint and wallpaper was peeling, carpet needed cleaning or replacing, etc. We usually stay in 4-stars, at least, and I always thought that a Radison was one. Radisson Hotel Cleveland Airport was a cross between camping and staying in a gas station bathroom. There were air mattresses in the rooms and black mold in the bathrooms.

It seems that there is a disconnect between the booking you do on Hotels.com site and what you actually see in the hotel. For example, I had a confirmed booking for '2 double beds' for my family of 2+2 and actually got just one king-sized bedroom. The TV and other appliances sucked. This is one of if not the nicest place I have stayed. I will be looking for another Raddison hotel the next time that I travel as well as returning here when the opportunity arises.

Very decent hotel for staying.. Right next to the highway and there is a chili's close by for food.. I stayed only for one night... However the place was clean and surrounding was good... would definitely recommend for someone who wish to stay there

Upon check-in we (and another couple checking-in) were asked to wait while receptionist finished conversation with another employee in restaurant area. Room had coffeemaker but no coffee provided. No coffee set up near reception for self-serve. Needed to go out for coffee so we checked out after 1st night because hotel did not provided simple guest […] services (luggage cart, coffee, etc.).
