Erittäin hyvä aamupala (mm. itse sai puristaa appelsiinimehua, paljon hedelmiä ja marjoja, mikään ei ollut lopussa). Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Saimme vuokrattua pyörät koko päiväksi (2 majoittujaa ja 2 muuta perheenjäsentä, jotka eivät yöpyneet hotellissa). Saunan sai käyttöön, joten sai käydä kahdestaan rauhassa saunomassa ja hierontatuolissa.

Siisti hotelli, jossa hyvä palvelu. UIma-allas ja sauna olivat iso plussa. Skybarissa huono palvelu, mutta puitteilaan viihtyisä. Kauppakeskus lähellä ja keskustakin kävelymatkan päässä. Hyvä hotelli valinta!

The Tivoli Gardens amusement park, founded in 1843, makes this area the liveliest in the city. The park boasts one of the oldest wooden roller coasters still in operation, and the world's tallest carousel. The Pantomime Theatre dates back to 1874. Other attractions include the Hans Christian Anderson Castle, the Glass House, and the Concert Hall with its aquarium lounge. Outdoor concerts take place here in summer.

Lapsiperheenä valitsimme tämän hotellin sen sijainnin vuoksi (Tivoliin muutama sata metriä ja rautatieasemakin kävelymatkan päässä). Edulliseen hintatasoon nähden huoneet olivat siistejä, tosin hieman jo kuluneet huonekalut yms. Ja lämmitys olisi voinut olla kovempikin kun ulkona oli yöllä pakkasta. Siisti, hiljainen ja mukava hotelli. Aamupala kannattaa ehdottomasti ottaa, sillä pärjää pitkälle päivään. Huoneessamme oli lisävuode ja silti siellä mahtui hyvin olemaan sohvaryhmä. Ranskalainen parveke, avautuvat ikkunat ja pöytätuuletin pitivät kohtuullisesti huolta huoneen viilenemisestä. Voisin tulla uudelleen. Todella tylyä ja epäystävällistä käyttäytymistä vastaanottovirkailijalta. Huoneen luovutus unohdettiin ja annettiin eri huone kuin piti eikä pahoiteltu yhtään. Huone oli niin pieni,että matkalaukku ei mahtunut auki huoneeseen ja kokolattia matto oli järkyttävän likainen.

Quiet hotel in a very central location, excellent for sightseeing around the lovely city of Copenhagen. The staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast hearty and with enough choice. We would recommend it.

"Great location-disappointing breakfast"
I have travelled alot to Copenhagen and so knew the location well - it is perfectly located in the city centre. I was very disappointed with the breakfast offered: all the "fresh" foods looked tired as though they had been out on the buffet all week rather than replaced daily.

"Decent hotel to a decent price"
Decent clean room without too much noise. Efficient front desk. Annoyingly impatient cleaning staff. Old place a bit worn down but value for money and VERY conveniently located right next to Vesterport rail station.

you should try to get a room to the rear, because the is the tram station right in front of the hotel. And this could be quite noisy. Pubs and restaurants are a short walk (<3min) away. The pedestrian zone is a 5 minute walk.

Receptionist was quite frankly rude. Next door hotel Imperial is much better and the staff is always nice.

"Decent location but small & hot rooms"
The location of this hotel is both good and bad. It's very close to many things in Copenhagen and a train station as well, which is also the problem since there's no A/C in the rooms so during summer it was way too hot to sleep with the windows closed and when the windows are opened you can hear traffic and trains all night. With windows closed though, […] it's actually very quiet. Also my room was located just opposite of the elevator but never heard any noise from inside the hotel. Luckily I stayed just one night. Breakfast buffet wasn't anything special, but I've had worse. There's many other hotels in the area in the same price range, so if I am to stay in Copenhagen again I'll be looking at other hotels with either A/C in rooms or in a more quiet neighbourhood. "No a/c or tub and overflowing shower"
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! Thankfully it was only two nights before we boarded our cruise, but it was awful. No air conditionIng, no tub, and I've never stayed in a hotel room so small. It was a double bed with two twin sized comforters so my husband and I couldn't even sleep under the same blanket. There was no thermostat in the room, so […] you had to open a window. However, there was no screen and we had the pleasure of a giant bug visiting our bedroom that second night. The shower overflowed into the drain in the closet sized bathroom when you let it run, so you had to rinse, then shut it off and soap up, then turn it on and rinse, etc. When I told the front desk they seemed honestly sorry that no one could repair it that night and since they were booked solid, we got complimentary wine. "Best Western in Denmark"
The room was hot. There is no AC so I had to leave the window open. The hotel is very close to the train station and you can hear the trains screeching most of the night. Also the wireless internet was very weak. If you need to be on-line I wouldn't recommend staying here.

For such a good brand it was disappointing that there were a number of elements poor quality - the Light Stand in the Room was broken, the soap and tissue dispensers very quickly were empty and to my great annoyance the Power in the room was turned off every day - despite a post it on the switch not to do so. "Expensive for what it is"
Room was very basic and therefore very expensive for what we paid (like the rest of Copenhagen!). Location was convenient to Central Station and Tivoli but wasn't the most desirable. Personally wouldn't recommend anyone staying here as I'm sure that there would be cheaper and much nicer alternatives in Copenhagen.

Having seen some mixed reviews we were a little apprehensive before our visit but we had no need to be. The rooms were average size and clean with all facilities except a mini bar and safe, but we did have tea & coffee. We were on the front on the 4th floor and there was no noise from the trains opposite or the street, although there may be in the summer […] with the windows open. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, juices, hot & cold buffet, pastries etc - more than enough. the staff were fine with one exception - the breakfast waiter was a little serious. We had a good rate through hotels.com and thought it was very good value compared to equivalent hotels particularly bearing in mind the location, 5 mins from Tivoli. Lisätietoja

This was a nice, slightly less expensive hotel option in Copenhagen. Clean, serviceable continental breakfast, two blocks from train station, three blocks from Tivoli Gardens, 10-15 minute walk to the more touristy areas, free wi-fi.

Mycket nöjd med allt! Ett enkelt men mycket trevligt och prisvärt hotell med trevlig personal. Hade rum mot gården, vilket kan vara en fördel med tanke på trafiken direkt utanför (däremot låg solen på och det blev rätt varmt i rummet, ingen AC finns!). Det centrala läget är helt perfekt. Frukosten var helt okej, men kaffet tyvärr något klent. Saknade […] även svenska kanaler på tvn, men det kan man ju leva med när staden i övrigt har så mycket att bjuda på. "Hotellopphold."
Greit hotel, sentralt i København. Kun et par kvartal fra strøget. Utmerket frokost...manglet ingen ting. Parkering utenfor hotellet, var en vits. Denne var fyllt opp med el-biler..til tross for at det kun var reservert for 3-4 el.biler. Ellers var det park.hus, rett i nærheten. El hotel está superbien situado al lado de la estación central, ayuntamiento, etc., andando estás en 5 minutos en todo la zona turistica, pero la limpieza ha sido pesima no han pasado la aspiradora al suelo en 7 días, no reponian ni papel en el wc, el desayuno muy bueno.

Flott hotell med veldig nær beliggenhet til Hovedbanegården , Tivoli og kort spasertur til starten av Strøget. Hadde en overnatting i forbindelse m gjennomreise. Var fornøyd m både rom, frokost og service. Her bor jeg gjerne igjen. Men skal jeg på weekend tur m min mann velger jeg et mer eksklusivt hotell. Mvh 3 fornøyde jenter på tur.
