Good Hotel, I have stayed in Days inn in SA prior to this and regretted it, however this days inn was clean and well maintained.

I had left forgoten some jewelry by the phone in my room after I had left for the day, I remembered that I had done that after being gone for most of the day and I was extremely happy to return to my room and find my room was clean and my jewelry was still in the same spot where I had left it , this made up for what the hotel lacked in other areas it […] is very rare to find honest people now a days, So yes I would recomend it just for this reason alone . Don't stay there! The staff was polite, but never able to help with any problems. Several rooms had broken air conditioners. None of the ice machines worked. It was difficult to get into the hotel parking lot from frontage road. We ask for a roll a way cot and left for the day. When we returned to the hotel, it was not dilevered. Then we went to the […] office and asked for it and was told that the rest of the staff had left for the evening and they could not help. The keys to the room kept getting de-magnitized. The room was extremly HOT-we had to leave all evening for it to cool off. They did not have soap or shampoo when we showered...There was only one person at the front desk and he couldn't bring em to us.

I stayed here to be close to fiesta tx, it was a great location, super close to the park. Its simple, clean and comfortable. Will stay there again...

ARRIVED IN ROOM THERE WERE 3 LIGHT BULBS NOT WORKING. FRONT OFFICE HAD NONE TO REPLACE. THERE WAS NO EXTRA TOILET PAPER. HAD 5 GIRLS IN 1 ROOM & HAD TO GO TO OFFICE 2 TIMES TO GET EXTRA TIOLET PAPER. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS STELL CEREAL AND SWEET ROLLS THAT WERE COLD. NO MICOWAVE IN BREAKFAST AREA. i HAD TO GO BUY BREAKFAST FOR THE 4 DAYS I WAS THERE. […] I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO EATING BREAKFAST AT HOTEL TO SAVE MONEY. THE POOL WAS CLOUDY. THE 4 DAYS I WAS THERE NEVER SAW ANYONE CLEAN THE POOL. COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM BUT NEVER GOT COFFEE CUPS REPLACED DAILY. I HAD TO BUY MY OWN CUPS. I NEEDED PAPER TO WRITE ON AND THERE WAS NONE PROVIDED. MOST HOTEL LEAVE A PAD OF PAPPER AND A PEN TO WRITE WITH. I HAVE BEEN AT SEVERAL DAYS INN'S AND NEVER HAD SUCH POOR CONDITIONS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. I FEEL THAT THIS DAYS INN REALLY PUT DOWN THE OTHER DAYS INN'S I'VE STAYED AT IN THE PAST. ALSO, WHAT YOU SEE ON THE WEB PAGE IS NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU SEE WHEN YOU ARRIVE. THIS IS A FRAUD TO PEOPLE WHO SEE THE WEB PAGE AND THINK THIS HOTEL IS AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS ON THE WEB PAGE. THIS HOTEL WAS OFF THE HIGHWAY AND EASY TO FIND, BUT THE ROOM SMELLED REALLY BAD AND HAD A SMOKE SCENT BUT YET IT WAS A NON SMOKING ROOM. THE ROOM WAS OK AND THE BED COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE COMFORTABLE BUT I SLEPT ON IT. ONE DAY THE HOTEL RAN OUT OF TOWELS.... HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?? NO TOWELS TILL THE NEXT DAY.. I WAS UPSET!! We arrived and the room was very hot also there was hair in the bed and the shower so we had to get a different room. That room was not much better it also had hair in the bed and the walls and floor was dirty. The ice machine did not work and we had to keep asking for house keeping to come empty trash. The hotel was okay. If you are expecting alot this is not a place for you. It was a comfortable place for you to rest and sleep between trips to Six Flags. It was clean and comfortable for my family for the price I paid. My family was dissappointed that the pool was green especially when other comments said it was green months before. we were expecting a swiming pool at the hotel. It looks like the have sundays to clean the swiming pool, traveling with my children, specialy if they are under 10 yrs old, we need a swiming pool at the hotel, thas why we are paying and paying a good amount of dollars to stay in that particular hotel.

This hotel was the worst of the worst! The hotel room was dirty. Dirty towels from the previous guest were still in the restroom. The ac took approximately 5 hours to cool the room. We were miserable and couldn't sleep!! The pool was GREEN and murky! Thank god we only stayed for one night because then I would have been really irritated if my kids had […] time to swim and they couldn't due to the condition of the pool! When I went to check out, I asked for a cup to get some coffee and the clerk said to look through the cabinets to find one. Ummm excuse me...I'm paying you...well there were no cups. So the clerk brings me a plastic cup that the hotels provide next to the sinks..! I was very upset! Anyhow, I would have rather stayed under a freeway! When we checked in, there was a pair of dirty mens underwear behind the dresser, a dirty washcloth in the bathroom, and dirty pillow cases. One of the towels was dirty, smelled awful. The room was nice and clean. We had fresh towels every day. Pool was nice and cool, well shaded. Access to downtown and six flags within minutes. Will stay here again. Price was a plus

The location is very good as well as the service, friendly staff and the room and beds were comfortable. I would stay there again.

Pasamos una semana muy agradable. Nos solucionaron los pequeños problemas que tuvimos. Estamos invitados a regresar al hotel en nuestro próximo viaje a San Antonio.
