Sijainti on kaupungin ulkopuolella, matka keskustaan on ajettava autolla. Muutamia pikaruokapaikkoja ja ketjuravintoloita kävelyetäisyydellä. Lähellä on hyvä kauppa, mutta huoneessa ei ole jääkaappia. Huoneet siistit ja tilavat. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta.

Olimme lomalla, kaupunki entuudestaan tuttu, joten tiesimme sijainnin, ja se on ihanteellinen. Hancock Tower nurkan takana, ja siitä alkaa magnificent Mile. Toiseen suuntaan muutama sata metriä ja pääset aamulenkille pitkin Chicagon upeita rantoja. Hotelli oli ihan siisti, sinänsä varsin hyvässä kunnossa, kokolattiamatot tietysti joka paikassa, kuten tapaan kuuluu, mutta kuuma oli. Huoneessa ei joko ilmastointi toiminut tai oli alitehoinen, siellä oli tukalan kuuma. Lattia antoi hieman periksi paikoin (ilmeisesti levyjen nurkissa), mutta se ei ei haitannut. Toinen haittaava ongelma oli wc-pöntön jatkuva tukkeentuminen, ja hieman kuulostelin, että veden kanssa oli hieman ehkä yleisemminkin ongelmaa. Päivystäjä oli kyllä aina paikalla parissa minuutissa fiksaamassa ongelman. Aamulla sai kahvia, jos haluaa enemmän, saa lähialueen kuppiloista mukavia bageleita. Eli: jos olet visiitillä, ja haluat liikkua ydinkeskustassa, on tämä hyvä vaihtoehto. Luksusta ei, mutta ihan kelpo ja hinta ok. Huoneet isoja, mahtuu useampikin perheenjäsen. Jos vähänkin tuntee paikkoja, niin cta:lla (juna) chicagon asemalle ja bussilla 66 joka lähtee maanalisesta noustua risteyksen vastakkaiselta puolelta rantaa kohti, ja jää pois Michigan avenuen kohdalla) (turisti-info), siitä on kahden korttelin kävelymatka. 2,25 usd.

Kokolattiamatto oli melko likainen. Suihkussa ei ollut käsisuihkua. Erittäin hyvä sijainti.

"Best value for the money"
everything was perfect, location, room, cleanliness, staff and most of all the breakfast. It was truly continental. I liked it and recommend to any body. Internet was very slow, and hotel is bit old. Still best value for the rate.

The airport shuttle is shared with a car park company. Not labeled for the hotel. It was standing room only. Some of the seats were broken.

The girl at check in needs a attitude adjustment. All rooms are smoking rooms. Was told to open window. We tryed lach was broken and after 10 mins we got it open. Carpet and walls need to be cleaned. "Won't stay here again..."
First we booked a room with a king bed but got 2 doubles. The room smelled horrible. TV had no remote. Staff didn't tell us the free breakfast ended at 9 a.m. We got there at 8:50 a.m. and it was already over. Coming in from the pool was very inconvenient - had to enter through lobby of hotel. The doors you had to go through to the pool area locked […] behind you with no key card access. The price was inexpensive but not worth it in my opinion, Don't go here. This is perhaps one of the best hotels to stay in after a red eye flight into Chicago. The staff was attentive and alert when I arrived at 1 am and I only spent 2 minutes at the front desk before I was on my way to my room. The room was large and comfortable. Great room for the money. 24 hour shuttle to O'Hare is great for those early morning flights. Have stayed here twice to be at airport by 0430.

Affordable price, room was clean, and everything worked fine. No complaints. I liked that they had a bar / restaurant and free breakfast, though I didn't have a chance to take advantage of it.

Ok so I didn't realize that 20 miles from downtown (where my college visit was) was equal to an hour and a half drive!! That was my bad tho. The hotel itself is fantastic for the money! Right in front of a bus stop and only 10 minutes from the Rosemont flea market (woot!). We never did get to see the pool but the room was nice. "A++++ Hotel"
Awesome Value for the Money. Very affordable and lacks nothing in quality. Very helpful staff. Rooms were way above quality for the price. Will definitely stay there again when in Chicago area. Very comfortable beds and very well maintained rooms. Full-free breakfast-eggs, bacon, sausage links, waffles, etc.

This HOTEL was very noisy because the wall was very thin. The resturant service was too bad and wasn't delicious. There weren't ANOTHER STORES and RESTURANTS around there.

Zimmer sind groß. Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden. Möbel und vor allem die Bettwäsche/ Decken/ Kissen müssen unbedingt ausgetauscht werden!!! This hotel is a great value in comparison with the Surrounding hotels. The room was simple but clean , the bed was very comfortable , the pillows were fantastic , room service was above average as well as the quality of the restaurant and the bar. The staff was efficient and courteous . The shuttle did run to and from the airport Every 10-15 minutes […] , two of the shuttle drivers were great people and two Were obnoxious jerks. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. My room did Have A Completely get clogged shower drain, But That was my only Entire Complaint about the experience.
