The staff was nice and helpful but running water out of sink was brown and shower did not work, water just trickled out of tub! the walls are super thin, people were talking next door until 1am and we could hear every word! will not stay there again!

The rooms are small but very clean. Breakfast selection is minimal but adequate. The staff is helpful and quite friendly. Shuttles run on a convenient half-hour schedule from the airport, which is basically across the street. WiFi Internet is free but the speed varied. Great place to stay if you need to be near the airport with restaurant on site. Not fancy but clean.

Overall it's not bad for just one night. The breakfast is a continental breakfast but better than nothing. Bed was comfortable and for the proximity to LGA it was quiet. The hallways have a very old feeling so don't that mislead you.

It was very loud. We were right next to highway. Air conditioning didn't work, and beds were uncomfortable. We were told that parking was included when we booked our reservation, and when we got there told it was not.

We needed stay in Queens for 11 nights and were looking for an affordable room. Overall, the hotel, room and service were good. There were only two negatives. The room only had a bed and desk chair, so with two adults, one had to sit on the bed to watch TV. A chair would be nice. Searched around or a place cheap and near where I needed to be. This had everything plus a little extra, and parking! which I think is big for NY. Contiental breakfast was decent with big spread. Would definitely stay here again if on a budget. Good deal. Only big negative we experienced was poor AC.

This hotel is perfect if you're travelling in or out of LaGuardia. Within walking distance if needed as shuttle runs on the half hour. Rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet as they are adjacent to the airport! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. No frills, but a good hotel for the price and convenience.

One or two nights tops. Room did smell like smoke and the hotel lobby was a bit nuts with drunks from the bar. Very close to the airport and desk guy was very helpful and

I was not offered smoking or nonsmoking but ended up on a smelly smoking floor Hotel did not have a fridge in the room nor a microwave anywhere accessible in the building No snack vending machine Free complimentary breakfast, wait n cleaner staff friendly Convenient food truck/stand next door in parking lot

It is what it is- close to the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle on time. We slept well. Hotel rather shabby, but ok for one night.

Very close and quick shuttle to LGA. Nice breakfast service included. The hotel overall is older and nothing fancy, but worth the convenience and reasonable price.

IF your trip to New York includes flying in and out, you can't beat LaGuardia Airport Hotel. Great service and amenities, comfortable rooms and you can walk to your flight in the morning. All for a great price. Gets better every year!

My stayed at this Hotel is the worse experience for a 3 stars, I would say it is a no star. it was my worse experience ever, don't let the stars fool you. I would never recommend anyone at this hotel...SORRY!!

Location could not have better. Rooms facing airport were noisy. Everything else was very nice. Everyone was pleasant. ---Bathroom floor was slick---especially for a handicapped room---

Very conveniet location. Next to the airport, excellent shuttle transportation, very timely, car rental next door if you decide to rent a car.

If you need a place to stay next to LaGuardia airport this place is reasonable. Clean, free internet, large rooms, inexpensive. But if you want a good meal you might want to avoid; the restaurant food is barely edible and there is nothing within walking distance (but they do have a free shuttle.) Besides that, it was more than fine.

It was just okay. We moved from first room because of smoke order. Second room was okay. Staff was helpful.

it was a bad experience in my new stays.Its an old building.receptionist even hesitate to greet.I dont like the the stay

You can see the airport from your room. The room was simple with plenty of space even with a king size bed. The cleanliness of the room is the most important criteria and it had it. The restaurant served very tasty food. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our dinner there with a fun bartender and other business people wYho frequent this hotel when traveling. […] This room faced the Grand Central Parkway so was noisy till later at night when traffic slowed down.The tv didn't have a lot of cable channels. Hotel was very convenient because it was close to the airport. Fairly clean and the hotel staff was pleasant. Be aware that the hotel charges $18. 00 per night for parking and since their hotel was was a little expensive, I thought the parging fee was excessive....

Great place for price and location. Meet needs for overnight stay prior to early morning flight.

Stayed due to impending storm. Very convenient location. My issue was the electric heater which produces dry heat. Room was large. Carpeting needs upgrade. Complimentary breakfast ok.

Everything was pretty good, except for the wifi service. Either it was poor connection quality that day/night or there were A LOT of people using the service, keeping in mind it was close to New Year's eve so it may have been crowded in the hotel.

the lobby was very nice still in the Xmas spirit the gentlemen at the counter was very polite the breakfast was a nice gesture keep up the good work.
