Embassy Suites Flagstaff - Flagstaff

I stayed at this hotel for two nights as a midway between Phoenix and the Grand Canyon. I didn't want to drive too far after flying into Phoenix. The hotel was cozy. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I love Embassy Suites' free continental breakfast and happy hour in the evening. Everyone is just very nice and relaxed. I just felt welcomed […] at all times! The room was clean, the usual living room space and a bedroom. It was smaller than some other Embassy Suites I've been at but still cozy. The fridge was roomy. TVs were awesome. Brand new looking, almost. One bad thing was I could hear the guest next door snoring. Perhaps the walls are a bit thin. I noticed some construction going on in the front but it didn't bother me much since I was out most of the day when it was going on. I'd stay there again if I go to the Grand Canyon in the future. We stayed one night on the way between the Grand Canyon and Phoenix. The neighborhood was very convenient-near the university and freeway accessible. It is on a main drag, which had some drunks but otherwise, the location was good. This hotel is not the ritz, BUT they treat their customers they like are movie stars. The staff bent over backwards to provide us with a great room, they stored our luggage during the day,etc. The breakfast was so good and lots of healthy options. I would highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful time there. The staffs(Especially 'KELLY") were so nice. The Breakfast was wonderful.

When you plan a nice anniversary weekend and make reservations months in advance, understand my disappointment when they could not give me a room as agreed to - a King room. They were sorry and so was I.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel from check in to check out. The staff was very friendly and eager to help you out upon arrival. This is a easy in easy out hotel. We stayed only one night. it is clean and breakfast is early even on weekends. 6:30.

Rooms a little small, put us right by exit never locked people in and out all night, very loud when it closed. Breakfast was not Hot or good, hashbrowns had to be 4 hours old, my kids liked pancakes and I liked the Bacon. I never spend that kind of money on a hotel, this is why.

We stayed at the hotel as it is convenient to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We booked two rooms both with king beds. Our room was on the first floor and up to date and very clean and comfortable. The other room was on e second floor. It was non smoking but smelled like at one time it was a smoking room and not renovated. Carpet was old. Furniture not […] like our other room. We were not sure if the floor was being redone and everything else about the hotel was nice. I would only stay again if I had a room like the ne on the first floor. This hotel had everything I value: included with the room rate, complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast every morning; wireless access at no extra charge; refreshing water, coffee, and tea 24/7; two TVs in the room (though I didn't watch them); fridge and microwave in the room. Plus, the room itself was spacious.

Normally, very pleased with my stays at Embassy Suites. However, I requested a non-smoking room (like I always do) yet when I checked in they put me in smoking room. Even worse, the TV didn't work...they were not very accomidating and left me in a smoke filled room with no entertainment. Needless to say, it left a very poor taste in my mouth. We arrived at the hotel to find that the room I requested was unavailable. I had requested a non-smoking room with 2 double beds. We were put in a smoking room with one king bed. The smell in the room lingered with smoke.We were able to move to another room with double beds, but that too was a smoking room. The advantage of having a door separating the living area from the bedroom can't be overstated. The pool area was okay; our only concern was the noisy guests who kept us up half the night. It was some soccer team, so maybe this was just our bad luck. The next morning in the breakfast area it was so noisy we couldn't hear each other across the table...2 […] feet... But we still like Embassy Suites, and feel this was probably an anomaly. However, if you are looking for a place for hiking, big pool, etc., try Little America. My husband, daughter and I spent a relaxing week in Flagstaff. The hotel breakfasts are top notch. The room we had was clean and comfortable. The living room furniture is showing a lot of wear, but is still comfortable to sit on. We were on the 3rd floor and didn't hear any noise at all from the street or from guest neighbors. Nice Hotel...Cook to order breakfast..awesome!!!

We stayed at this Hotel about 4 years ago and THEN we said we wouldnt stay there again. NOT AT ALL LIKE YOUR NORMAL EMBASSY's! (We have stayed at 3 other's) Rooms are SMALL! Heater was LOUD. Hot in the bed room and cold in the living room where the kids were sleeping with one blanket and our snowboard jackets on them. Pull out bed had crums apon opening […] and hair. 4 of the 5 creamers for the coffee were curdled! Fridge was also loud. Did I mention the rooms were small... ya I did SMALL! When I told the front desk he with a smile said, "did you call the front desk last night to complain?" I told him we were all in bed and getting up at 5:30 before we realized how loud the heat was and that I didnt want to drag the kids out of bed at that point to change rooms. He gave NO compensation just offered me creamer. For the last 5 trips to Flag. we have stayed at the Drury and will do so in the future! Embassy Suites was a great place to stay with my wife and children. The rooms were clean and very nice. There were two large screen TV's, one in the front room and one in the bedroom. The furniture in the sitting area is too large for the space and there is too much of it. Large useless cabinets under the granite counter. Other wide nice and comfortable.....

I would stay at the Embassy in Flagstaff again. Great full service complimentary breakfast with omlet, pancake & waffle stations. Our room was very clean with two flatscreen televisions, high speed internet and decorated in modern decor. Easy access to parking lot through rear doors. My only disappointment was that the shower did not drain. Since we […] were a family of three staying in a suite, only 1 person was able to shower. We were not offered any discounts or alternative means to shower as we were checking out and our room was prepaid. The front desk employees were very helpful and check in/out was handled with ease. Employees showed great effort in providing exceptional service. Overall, great hotel to stay at, just make sure to check the water drainage when checking in. Not at all worth what we paid for.

We've stayed at many hotels in Flagstaff and this ome was by far the best! The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We will be staying here again!

Great service, but for the price and based on the pictures I thought the room/ one bdrm suite was going to be larger. It felt like the one bedroom suite was made by dividing a studio room. No Spanish channels on the television, which seemed strange as other hotels in Flagstaff had Spanish programming. This was my biggest disappointment as my mother-in-law […] had no entertainment. My husband and I were very pelased with the hotel. The hotel staff was great and attentive to our needs and the breakfast was nice and there was lots to choose from. We have decided that we will continue to stay at this hotel when we are in town. Have stayed at some other hotels in town that cost more and were nowhere near as nice as this hotel. Best breakfast buffet

This was the perfect place to stay at. My famiy & I had such a good time that we are looking into going back another night. Plus lets not forget the complementry breakfest was the best.

Bathroom/shower area had mold on tile and ceiling.

The rooms here were not as large or updated as the other Embassy Suites we have stayed at in the past. The staff, however, was OUTSTANDING!! They bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible! I would definately recommend the Embassy Suites in Flagstaff. The hot breakfast was also very good!

As a frequent business traveler, I generally spend anywhere from 12 to 16 nites a month in hotels. With that said, this one will not be on the list of future stays.

I was very disappointed! I have paid this amount for a 5 star resort. It was very dirty and dated!! Also it smelled like cigarette smoke. There were bugs in my room, stains on the carpet....Hallways had not been vacuumed....Hair on the sink...Not only did the room smell like cigarette smoke it was very strong in the hallways too...Would NEVER go there […] again. This hotel was great! When we arrived from Phoenix, not able to get a hotel in Sedona, and entered the room we were pleased with how clean and spacious it was! The bedroom was seperated from the living area and both areas had TV's, so if one person wanted to sleep the other could watch TV without disturbing anyone. The made to order breakfast was a […] treat in itself! Included the usual breads, cereal, and juices as well as made to order omlets with hash browns. There was also a breakfast bar with hot sausage, eggs and other breakfast items. The exercise room was set up nicely with orbital bikes, treadmills, and free weights. There was also a nice size swimming pool and hot jacuzzi which we did not use during our visit, but saw other guests enjoying in the evening. For the most part the staff was friendly, the front desk was especially helpful if we needed anything or had questions. If you plan on visiting Flagstaff/Sedona this is the hotel to stay at. グランドキャニオンとセドナの中間に位置し、判りやすい場所にあります。無料のブレックファーストはありますがディナーは無いので近くのレストランでの食事になりますがそれほど多くはありません。部屋は清潔でバスルームも広く快適でした。BARのマスターもとてもフレンドリーです。

hotel confortable, personnel sympa, possibilité de laver + sécher le linge. Piscine agréable, petite déjeuner inclus très correct.

Un très bel hôtel, de belles chambres pour 5, un excellent petit-déjeuner avec un cuisinier qui fait à la demande une piscine digne de ce nom, extérieure, mais un staff qui en fait trop, un manque criant de spontanéité qui finit par vous rendre mal à l'aise, pour peu que vous soyez européens.
