We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was excelent, as was the food. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I can find nothing about which to complain and will certainly recommend the Hampton Inn to others. We have stayed in Hampton inn in other places and have never had a complaint.

The hotel is in a good location to a grocery store that was across the street along with a McDonalds and Walmart was just down the street. Our room was clean and we received fresh towels every day which was nice. We had a small frig in room. The staff was very cordial. The pool was clean and offered guest towels. The cont. breakfast was good. They offered […] omelets, scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal, muffins, bagels etc. The beach is about 2 miles away and was nice with white sand. Prefer Drury Hotel in mid-price segment. The hotel had new carpet and nice bedding. Bathroom was rough but room was clean. No Drury Hotel in this area so Hampton second best. Staff decent enough and breakfast was good.

Hampton management needs to take a look at this place!Albeit under renovation , the place is a mess. the check-in rep was disinteresed,distracted and annoyed . the property exterior is in dis-repair as well .The killer is when my wife pulled down her covers to reveal a 9 inch long gecko in between the sheets . This must have been amusing to the staff […] .When we reported it , they snickered and said "well, this is the south". When I inquired about restaurant recommendations they said ,"this is a small island so just drive around". This is the seventh day of our road trip, all in Hilton properties, and this stay was not only the costliest but the worse. Just a bad dream, ask my wife if you really want an earful! Lisätietoja

Loved this hotel but i rented to attend a graduation at parris island. And the internet said it was 20 minutes away turns out it was 52 minutes, internet said it was four blocks away from board walk and it was pretty far, not walking distance at all.the room was super big and confortable, we had a suite it was two rooms 3 beds way more than expected, […] nice location ,lots of shops close by just further than we expected from parris island. I stayed in this hotel a year ago and found it to be kept up nicely. This year the beds felt very used, collapsed and worn out. The sheets and towels also felt that way. I like the staff and that is a 'plus' as far as I felt. The neighborhood is fine, it's conveniently located on Hilton Head. I don't think I'd stay there again however.

I had a pleasant stay. The room was a little small but comfortable.. Breakfast each morning was delightful. Price was a bit high compared to others.

The hotel was nice and clean except we had a roach in the room. We informed the front desk and they address the promblem immediately.

Smell and feel of cleaniness are very important to me. I rather pay more for a clean feeling bed than being close to the beach. This hotel isn't fancy but it feels right. The room smell clean and the bed was comfortable. The carpet in the elavator was dirty, so my initial expectation wasn't good (don't let the elavator carpet fool ya). The staff was very nice and it was close to any where we wanted to go. A special touch that I appreciated was that when they made the beds one day, they made a place on the bed for my child's special bunny, which was placed by us on the table. It was a nice touch that made it as if we were at home and it made my child smile.

We own a Marriott timeshare in Hilton Head and stay there every year. On a whim we decided to take our 17-year-old daughter to HH in mid-summer for a few days and the Hampton Inn was the only affordable alternative. I was a little nervous as my wife is quite picky but she was very satisfied with our room. Not fancy but clean, very comfortable king bed […] for us, sitting area with a sofabed for our daughter. Half-size refrigerator, microwave, decent TV. I had to work most of the time while there and the desk area was fine with free, very fast wireless Internet (Ethernet available too). Free Internet was fast in lobby/restaurant area too. The free breakfast was adequate and all hotel staff were all VERY friendly and accommodating. The gym was small but clean with cardio equipment. The hotel, pool and grounds were all spotless and it wasn't noisy. This hotel is not on the beach - it is conveniently located right off 278 near the business area on the east side of the island. BiLo (supermarket) is across the street and many amenities are close by. To sum up our experience, my wife said "Although it's not fancy, without question I'd stay here again." We found nothing wrong with this hotel. Staff was friendly, breakfast ample and always well stocked, popcorn in late afternoon, fun! Parking lot was a little dark when returning after sunset, but had no trouble with vandalism. Walking trail right out the door running parallel to the highway. Could take our morning walk several miles in either direction. […] Small shopping center across fthe street for picnic supplies. We rated this hotel #5 out of 11 on a recent road trip from FL to NJ & back. The location, was convenient for seeing the sites of Hilton Head and it was right off of the route in/out of HH. Our room was clean but nothing special. The staff were helpful and friendly and the pool was refreshing/good. Not what you expect from Hampton Inn.

This is a wonderful hotel. I thought a little pricey. But if cost is no matter, it has a generous breakfast. Great Pool, Convenietly located near shops and 4 blocks from a wonderful beach. It is all about location, but I think it could be a little cheaper for it's location. for a few dollars more, we found out we can stay right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay at Hampton especially the choices of breakfast which was very good. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Had a great stay except the air conditioner was loud. Wife could not sleep for the noise, need I say more.

The hotel was clean, comfortable beds, great hot breakfast, excellent location, nice pool, great staff. All I can say is " We will be back "

The room was somewhat clean and the people very friendly. The extras like breakfast and snacks was awesome!

We stopped for a couple of nights on our way south to FL. Had a great time. Normal room with 2 beds - comfortable and clean. Great breakfast - kept it well stocked. Not super roomy like a suite when travelling with kids - but we were not in there much we spent our time at the beach and pool!

This was our very first time visiting this area. We were very surprise of the hotel since we have stayed at numerous Hampton Inn in our area and were very pleased. The hotel was a little outdated. The Hampton Inn certainly met my expectations for the price I was able to get the room for. The beds were very comfortable which is my main issue usually. I liked that I had a refrigerator, wifi for my computer, an iron and hair dryer. The breakfast was typical and nothing special, but I appreciated the hot coffee and eggs every morning. I don't eat […] bisquits, bagels, muffins, etc so that was all 'lost' on me. But they had nice selection of yogurts daily. I'd definately go back, esp it being Hilton Head with high costs the usual. Breakfast was very good and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Friendly check-in staff; room cleaned beautifully, pleasant housekeeping staff, and a wonderful breakfast included. Would definitely stay there again!

Check in was fast, room was clean and SMELLED FRESH. There is a lot of food and shopping within blocks of the hotel. This hotel should be on your list if in or around Parris Island(MCRD).

Great breakfast. Normal Hampton Inn room, nothing exceptional but comfortable and clean. We only encountered one problem during our stay. We had a cockroach in our room one night. Not pleasant, but typical of the South.

Kudos to the staff at the Hampton Inn Hilton Head! They were friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early to get ready for an afternoon wedding. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Our room was clean. Although we did not have time to enjoy the pool, I would have liked to. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all. The staff was very customer-friendly and treated us very well. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone as we plan to return and stay there again real soon.

Great alternative to a condo with the discounted price. We were able to be with our children and grand children at their condo during the day and have a place to ourselves in the evening. The only problem was with the room key. We were delayed after eating breakfast in getting back into our room because of a malfunction in the card reader for the room […] key. They acted as quickly as possible, but it was inconvenient. Have never experienced that type of problem in a hotel before. Lisätietoja
