The hotel was easy to find, the rate through hotels.com was very reasonable, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would definately stay there again.
The outside of the hotel was dirty and most of the glass needed a good cleaning. We ate in the restaurant for supper and was over run at the table with ants, which made us move and extremely dissappointed. The shaddy characters walking around outside made me worry about my vehicle all night. I do not believe I would stay here in the future.
Everyone was very pleasant so enjoyed my stay

staff unprofessional, some what stand offish, refused to issue transaction receipt. I find the two staff I interact with unprofessional.

This Hotel is close to the downtown area and off a main thoroughfare which takes you out of the city to the north and south. It is close to restaurants and shopping. It is quiet and I would recommend it to others.

Our overall stay was great. I did not like how hot and stuffy the room was. Could not get the temperature down. We were side by side with anouther room(joining) the kids next to us cried all night.My son just had surgery and it was a long day and we were tired so it was upsetting there. "Worked for us"
Hotel was very good. Some floors under construction but didn't effect us. Hotel pool area could be redone and door to the golf dome was closed so didn't get tossed it.

My word of advise, do not eat in the hotel restaurant. Breakfasts were tolerable but the dinner was not edible at all. Dowtown is a short cab ride, do yourself a favour and find another place to eat.

There is not adeqate parking. The heater fan kept me awake !
I had to change my reservations due to a cancellation of a surgery at the last minute, they were able to reschedule me to an other date and were very accommodating.

Had a great time on the 4th floor. Too busy to use facilities other than rooms and cafe...service and food were GREAT. Have stayed here before with the whole family and enjoyed the golf dome.Special thanks to cafe and front desk workers!

My dogs were allowed and the staff was very friendly and welcomed my four-legged friends warmly. My dogs didn't care so much for the elevator rides but enjoyed making themselves at home. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed my stay and will be back again.

I stayed one night and had no problem whatsoever. The lobby is undergoing major renovations but other than that, I would recommend this hotel to any business traveler. It's close to downtown Saskatoon and should be very nice once the renos are done.

The hotel is currently under going renovations, and although the room decore is up todate the rooms heating and cooling system is not. Due to it being Sept the AC was turned off, but the room was so hot we were not able to sleep, no windows opened.

This Hotel is definately not for families, as having a bar/pub right off the entrance attracts quite a different type of client. This also affects parking as lots of parking used for bar patrons. Some ladies of the night were also observed doing business at the hotel. This hotel being located in the centre of town is great for workers passing through. Easy to find, great service, but no fitness room yet. Still working on renovations, but that doesn't affect the quality of the hotel.

"Quiet but........"
The young man who checked us in appears to hate his job. Parking lot was on a 30 degree angle and tight. The room had a strong new furniture smell that I could not get rid of because the windows did not open. Now with the good, It was very clean and quiet. The building is under renovations right now so I would not recommend it until completed.
Nice hotel. A negative was that there was no one at the pool area. All towels were gone and no one there to refresh them. Other than that, room was nice and restaurant had good food.
"Smoke and abuse."
I arrived at 8 pm to what used to be my favorite Saskatoon hotel. 4 people standing directly in front of the front doors smoking. I asked the gentlman at the desk who apeared to be in charge at the desk(the only one wearing a blazer) "do I get a discount for having to run the smokeing gamit" (this was said with a smile in jest) he unleashed an attitude […] on me like I have never experienced. "Does not deserve the Ramada Name"
We stayed on the night of August 30, 2011. Reception was in shambles under renovation. The front desk clerk was friendly. We had some moving items in our vehicle and inquired about the security in the parking lot. We were assured by the front desk clerk that the security surveillance is quite tight and our belongings and car would be safe. In addition […] there are notices in the parking area stating that there is 24 hour security surveillance in the parking lot. The clerk provided us with the number to place on the car dashboard to allow us to park in the hotel parking lot which we did. However we woke up in the morning to find out that our vehicle was broken into and lot of our stuff was stolen. We approached the front desk clerk and informed her of this incident and were told without remorse that the police have been informed. When we asked as to why were not WE informed, she stated that they do not do that. When we asked as to when was the police coming to write the report, she said you can phone them and find out. We did not receive any help or were not offered any remorse whatsoever. As other patrons were leaving the hotel, we found out that four other cars were broken into and all of the patrons were disgusted with the hotel service. "Strange area, rooms nice"
Rooms are renovated and up to date. Public areas in middle of construction....front desk staff need to learn how to smile. Event staff and Murphy's staff great. May recommend when Reno is complete..........

Easy to find right off the main route through Saskatoon. Parking a little limited though. Rooms were updated, pool area needs to be renovated but hotel is in process of changes so this may happen.

"Under Renovation"
Although the hotel was under renovation it was quiet The room was clean and the beds were comfortable however the pillows were soft and terrible. The neighbourhood was sketchy

Front desk staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. There is now a fee for hotel guests to use the golf dome and the door from the hotel to the dome was locked.

Non-smoking room had cigarette butts behind the chair. Pool needs upgrades. Pool rules were not followed - street clothes worn as swim attire for one -even after front desk was supposed to have spoken to offenders.
