Stay was a positive experience. Want to convey very positive comments on individual working in the breakfast area. She was friendly, happy and very helpful!

We decided to stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites because of it's location and good ratings it had received.We took the kids to Denver for there birthdays and planned an overnight trip so we could have two fun filled days. The hotel was easy to find and parking is good due to a built in parking garage. It is a 10 story building with the first 3 levels […] as parking garage.We checked in an hour before check-in time with no problems. We were given a room on the 5th floor and instructed where to enter the parking garage. I don't recommend large or long vehicles for this garage. It can be tight in some spots. When we got to our floor, I immediatly noticed that the ice machine in the hallway was broken. No big deal right. Well, come to find out there are only three ice machines in the hotel(5th,7th,9th floor) and two were broken at the time.We had a cake we had to get on ice and it only took 5 trips to the 9th floor with those ridiculously small ice buckets! I was'nt laughing at the time but, HAHA oh well. I thought the rooms would have a mini frig. We should have checked on the room amenities closer.You don't get very much adjustment on the thermostat in the room. The lowest the adjustment will go is 68 degrees. No big deal, Just open the window,right. WRONG! The windows are bolted shut. I can understand the hotel not wanting the upper level windows open all the way for obvious reasons but give me a couple inches at least.The room details on the website states that the windows open.Well I'm telling you they don't. One hot,stuffy room = One bad night sleep.The kids put on there swim suit and ran down to the indoor pool in the main level. It's not that often they get to swim in the winter,so they were excited. The size of the pool was the laugh and the ongoing joke of the whole trip. The pictures on the website are a little bit of a stretch. It's all about the camera angle I guess. I thought the room would be bigger because it was a suite, but it ended up being fine. It was in a really convient location for me. Plus there was a big store across the street and a small gas/market next door. The pool was closed for some reason or other. The staff was friendly. I stayed there four days and would stay there again.

Very nice people at front desk and in breakfast room. The rooms however were a bit shabby with torn bed skirts, thin towels, stained sheets and dent in wall.

This hotel has some issues! The location is pretty marginal, the traffic noise is terrible and the parking situation is less than attractive unless you are driving a compact car (my SUV was 1" shorter than the limit!). Breakfast was really marginal - very few choices and very crowded so we went elsewhere. Enjoyed my visit

so getting to this location, being it my first time in denver was quit easy, right off hwy 25 checking easy, having a parking archade was good with easy access the room was clean and everything worked well a plasma tv would be nice to have if they upgrade i got very sick on my first of a three day day to denver, i stayed in my room for 2 days the small […] fridge in the room was very helpfull only thing that bugged me was the sound from the road below, i might get a room on the east side of the building next time.... Excellent location and very friendly service.

I would not call the breakfast wonderful. Lots of carbs not any protein items other than milk. Packaged sandwiches microwaved. Hair dryer blew up and they did not come to hang a new one just gave it to me. After two days it was still laying on the counter. The room was available before official check-in time, which was great. They allowed me to stay two hours past normal checkout, which made things a lot easier for me. The staff were very friendly, informative and attentive. They gave me clear instructions on how to reach the light rail station. When I needed a car servivce, they had one there in 20 minutes. […] The Internet connection was at no extra charge and was reasonably fast (for a hotel). Hotel is easy access to I25 in Denver as well as restaurants and shopping. A little noisy due to the Interstate being right beside the hotel.

I expected a Suite when I booked a Jr. Suite, however, it was just a king sized room. The hotel, however, upgraded me to a suite after I explained my expectations. This is not the fault of the hotel, rather, ambiguity in the description of the room. The breakfast area was totally packed on one of my mornings, forcing me to try to make my way back to […] my room with food and a three year old who's scared of the elevator. Things did not go well. I picked this hotel because it was less that a mile from my business meetings. The hotel is fine. The driveway in and out is awful. If you stay here watch your credit card statements. I paid for my room at the time of the Hotels.com booking. I checked out and got a reciept showing that I was paid in full. On my next credit card statement I had another […] charge from the hotel charging me for my stay again, at a higher rate than I paid the first time. Staff was friendly, pillows were great, room clean, quiet, great breakfast and parking. We'll stay here again!

This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was very good! Worth the money!

For a couple extra bucks, upgrade to the King Suite and enjoy some Cherry Creek luxury! Good value. Clean room with plenty o' amenities. Nice complementary breakfast...even has a waffle maker! I'll be back.

the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful! we enjoyed the fact that the light rail was within walking distance so we were able to get around town with ease. the hotel is also close to cherry creek mall and good restaurants. the only complaint i have is the beds were so hard! if you're planning to stay several nights you might have […] a back ache. but for a short stay the convenience is worth the sacrifce of a comfy bed. nice room great view of mountains only down side was the street noise as it faces CO Blvd. good breakfast, close to I 25 so easy to get around.

I like the hotel. It is convenient - just off I-25. The facilities are what you would expect for a Fairfield Inn.

5 cars in the parking lot were broken into. When we wanted to cancel the last 2 days of our 4 night reservation the manager said he could not give us a refund and that we paid through Hotels.com the full amount. No adjustment could be made

to many young adults to much parting and noise late at nite and early in the mourning, parking structure only made for small vehicles

Close to I25, free garage parking, tight but unheard anymore. Room was small but not a location you hang out in anyway.Perfect for "traveling thru"

Being near in middle of downtown, it is neat hotel. Beside nice place to stay overnight with great quality of service. Only that the pool is somewhat small for children and the continental breakfast room is rather small which tends to get too crowded.

I got these rooms for half-price, and it was worth every penny. The location is just South of downtown Denver, making travel to most parts of the city as quick and easy as it gets. The parking was adequate and most importantly FREE for hotel guests. I arrived late a day earlier than I expected to and the hotel staff was very accommodating. The front […] desk got me a substantial discount from standard rates even though the night wasn't covered in the half-price offer and gave me a free drink as well. There is free coffee in the lobby available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well as a relatively standard continental breakfast in the mornings. One of the bedsheets was noticeably stained, but the overall cleanliness of the room was perfectly adequate. I didn't make use of any other amenities during my stay, so I can't comment on them, but it was on the whole one of the more pleasant experiences I've had at a mid-cost hotel. Lisätietoja

My opinion may have been overly influenced by a free and unexpected upgrade that I received upon checking in, but I was very pleased with my stay here. The staff were very friendly, the room super comfortable, with both a desk and comfortable chairs and sofa. The parking seemed more than adequate, with wide spaces for larger cars. Clean comfortable hotel for the price. Be aware that the hotel has a parking ramp with low clearance so if you have a car topper or taller vehicle (we had a 15 passenger van) you will need to park on the street.

We were very impressed with the friendly staff members. Regardless of the time of day or the job the person was assigned to do he/she was smiling and friendly to us EVERY time. A few minor issues did crop up.... only one ice machine in the entire building was operative and the toaster at breakfast was out of order.
