This hotel has definitely seen better times and is desperately in need of a complete upgrade.

Nice hotel. Ok for the money. You do receive internet service without a fee. Very clean and friendly staff.

It was much better than the Days Inn on Bush River Rd. they need to close that place down!!!

DUST WAS IN A.C. VENTS OVERALL ROOM WAS CLEAN SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL......I JUST CANT STAND DUST

The staff were very nice and the bed its self was comfortable.... the rest of the room had a lot of issues.....The carpet was so dirty I could not walk without my feet turning black! The curtins had spiderwebs on them on the back side, the bathroom ceiling was coming down, the shower curtin rod was falling down, needs to be repainted due to the peeling, […] if anyone smoked by the stairs the smell came in the room through the A/C and heater unit....but worst was the light fixture above the tv... I was trying to go to sleep and saw bright sparks and realized it was coming from there. When I checked it it shocked me. I had to unplug it to keep a fire from starting. I reported it on my 3rd night but they did not fix it. I guess they were waiting for me to check out first? I would not stay here again. Lisätietoja

the room had mold on walls and in bathroom there was only 2 towles for five people the pool burned your eyes gave no time for food in morning beds where hard as a rock I stay in about four hotels a year for baseball. I would not stay in this one again.

This was probably one of the least expensive hotels in the area so I set my bar of expectation low. However, when I turned on the TV and it was in black & white, I realized I may have set the bar too high. Apparently the picture tube was going bad. The hotel was convenient to Ft. Jackson military base where my son was attending for basic training. The rooms were clean and had plenty of room for our family. However, we had to change from one room to another due to the warm room temperature after running the air conditioner for several hours. When we arrived the first room we were assigned had not been cleaned. When I opened the door I thought someone was still staying in the room. The bed was not made, a shoe was on the floor, etc. I closed the door back and went to the front desk. We were then moved to another room, however the air conditioning in this room wouldn't get cold at all. We […] asked to be moved back to the first room once it was cleaned because we liked the location of that room, across from the pool and guest laundry. We were in town for my our son's baseball tournament so I needed to wash his uniform each night before the next game. Once the first room was cleaned we moved our luggage to find with only one flush, no fault of anyone in our room, the toilet over flowed, the vanity light didn't work and the air was on high all night; it was basically like a fan running; it wasn't very cold at all. Now believe me, I'm not one to complain, but I will never stay at the Days Inn again. Oh and you would think they wouldn't have charged us for that night of misery, but of course they did. We moved the very next morning to the County Inn & Suites just across the street. I told them what happened, they allowed us to check-in at like 9am that morning and only charged us for 1 night and only $10.00 more than the Days Inn; oh also incuded fresh baked cookies and breakfast each morning!! Loved it!! They are awesome at Country Inn & Suites. From now on if there is a Country Inn & Suites in the area we're looking, we'll for sure be staying with them. As for the Days Inn . . . NEVER AGAIN!!! Oh and the shower was nasty too. I forgot to tell you about the huge crack in the door to where you could see light through it all night and as we were leaving the guy carrying his case of beer and carton of cigs. Lisätietoja

the only thing that was nice about this was the front desk staff, said it had a swimming pool but it was empty. we had 2 teenage girls with us. would not ever stay there again!

In a word: gross. Room smelled. Door was broken and, frankly, not secure ... had my wife or kids been with me, would never have stayed there for this alone. Bedding and carpet were musty. No printer available to guests. Internet connection spotty at best. Pool just empty, sitting there. Ongoing construction. Slow customer service. Oft-empty front destk. I arrived at the property late, around 9:30 PM, at the room was waiting for me. No problem. The room was fine, decorated in rich colors, the bed spread looking brand new. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. I stayed up until 2:00 AM watching TV and I could not hear any noise from nextdoor or outside. The quality of the TV picture was excellent. […] I received a wake-up call very early (4:00 AM) without a hitch and when I checked out at 4:30 the desk person was awake and attentive. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable accommodations and would stay there again if in town.

You get what you pay for. I wanted cheap and that is what I got. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was coffee, juice, waffle, or cereal. Workout room consisted of a stationary bike type thing and a treadmill; however, the room did have two walls completed with mirrors. Has a pool but was shut down for the season. Everything was great. The room was clean for the most part. The staff was friendly & courteous. We were even a bit late at check-out and they were ok with it. My only complaint is that the bathroom was way too small. I almost had to stand in the tub just to get the door to shut. All-in-all it was a great bargain and I would gladly stay there again.

I went here for a graduation at Ft Jackson & was completely pleased with the people at the hotel & my room! Whatever I needed they were polite in helping! Our room was clean & comfortable would definitely reccomend!

Everything about the hotel was great except that I accidentally ended up at a house the first time I tried to find it. If typing the location into mapquest be sure to write West Columbia as the city! My wife and I booked the Days Inn Airport so we would be centrally located for our Thanksgiving traveling to see family. We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed the hotel. Comfortable bed, good belgain waffles, friendly staff. The first night the alarm clock went off in the next room about 2:00AM and woke us up. I called the desk and it was cut off within […] 3-5 minutes a quick knock on our door to let us know they had fixed the problem and we were back to sleep. Being close to the airport I expected to hear more air traffic but only heard maybe 3-4 jets the 2 days we were there, none at night(does the Columbia airport close at 10?) but around 8:00am while we were packing out for the day. There is a Waffle House and a gas station/convience store next to the property so, refreshing adult beverages(needed after a day with the inlaws) were readily available to take back to the room. I made a reservation for six days for a trip that would last fifteen days. I wanted to test this place first before committing to the entire two weeks. I was pleasantly surprised with my spacious room, comfortable king size bed, and the mini fridge and microwave. Walter, the manager, was helpful in extending my stay. It is close to the airport, convenient to the interstate and downtown Columbia. Good hotel. We spent there 2 nights. Quiet, clean, comfortable room. Correct breakfast. Nice and helpful people to give us some information about the way to go to our customer. The shuttle to go to the airport is also a good point.
