Hotellissa Silverado Resort and Spa on täydet kylpyläpalvelut, golf-kenttä ja 10 ulkouima-allasta. Tämän 4-tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja teknologiatukikeskus. Vierashuoneet.
Huoneissa on parveke tai terassi. Silverado Resort and Span 435 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on takka ja iPod-telakat. Vuoteissa on vuodevaatteet egyptiläistä puuvillaa ja ylelliset vuodevaatteet. Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneessa ilmaista nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Televisioissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat. Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmainen sanomalehti ja suoravalintapuhelimet, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, kylpytakit, designer-hygieniatuotteet ja hiustenkuivaaja.
Kaikissa vierashuoneissa on minibaari ja kahvin-/teenkeitin.Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat CD-soitin ja silitysrauta / -lauta. A really good (nice and clean) place considering the price and location. Alongside a commercial street with lots of food joints, safe location.

Nice place has charm... Morning breakfast chillaquilles is a great dish along with make your own bloody mary. We used the spa and the masseuse's where very good.

We have been going to Siverado for many years. I miss the Sunday Brunch in the main building. Get a resort property, instead of a rental property, if you can. The unit we stayed in had some kind of funky heating system. Had to call maintenance, which came right away and gave us info on wineries that locals go to, so turned into a positive experience. "Not a good place to stay for a single night"
This hotel is a probably a nice place to stay if you play golf or plan to stay for a few days. It definitely isn't the place to stay if you just plan to stay one night on the way to somewhere else. You pay for, but don't benefit from the facilities (Spa, Tennis, Golf, Pool etc). Rooms are in "chalets" with cooking facilities etc, again nothing you […] use for one night. "not a 4 star"
we were ushered into our 1 bedroom suite with fireplace and it was like we just time traveled into the 80's. This was on our 7th wedding aniversary so I got on the phone with the front desk and asked for a remodeled suite which we fortunately got. The remodeled suite was good but not 4 star good. TV signal still analog, cheap appliances, calls to the […] front desk that went unanswered. This is a tired resort that is in need of investment and overall management shakeup. Great bargain, very clean rooms. However, check-in was very slow and front desk seemed understaffed and inexperienced. Possibly not their fault, but they gave us really bad directions to a winery we were visiting. Could be mapquest's error.

Nice location and close to wineries and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay there and had a nice one bedroom unit with a fireplace and full kitchen. Felt like a condo/apartment with a great view of the surrounding grounds. Bed was very comfortable as and it was nice to be able to make coffee in the a.m. Wish we could of stayed longer than one night.

From the second I got out of the car, the red carpet treatment started! The check-in was easy, the bell captains were great...they had ordered cabs for us, picked us up in shuttles. Just the best stay ever! And...to top it off, I accidently left a very pretty necklace in the room and they are sending it to me. I can't wait to go back.

"The Silverado Hotel and Spa Resort in Napa Ca."
The room was a bit cold and it is a older version. Wall heaters and really only 1 window which is the sliding glass door which is also the entrance to the room. I say this to prepare the next guest not to have expectation on the room. But the spa and the mansion was AWESOME!!! The staff was very friendly and personable. My wife and I usually stay closer to Calistoga, but we made some last minute arrangements and I found this place. It was nice, clean and still close to all the wineries we come up to visit. The spa was nice and staff was excellent. My only complaint was our room service breakfast. The food was just meh and a bit pricey. I spent $50 for a glass of OJ, […] toast and an over baked croissant. The description in the menu made it seem some much better. I would still stay here again just avoid the in room food service. "What a treat!"
We were priviledged with a stay at this lovely resort last weekend and were more than satisfied with our stay. The staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and just all around lovely. We were upgraded to a suite that was beyond beautiful with a view of the hills that was breathtaking. Overall, my fiance and I loved this hotel. There is no question that we will be back to visit. (The bar should be exempt from the following comments, it will be reviewed further down) The service at this hotel was amazing. From our arrival, the early check in, even bumping into service personnel around the resort, everyone was happy and more than willing […] to help. Having this type of attitude facing your customers really improves your overall experience. Unfortunately the bar was a different situation. On average our table waited 30 minutes between seeing our server to be able to order drinks, get more water, order deserts, etc. Drinks were good, but some were too expensive ($10 for a Black Russian is too much). The resort is extremely clean and quiet, which we loved. The bed in our room was very comfortable, although the insulation could be better (descent amount of outdoor noise in the mornings). Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, just maybe go to a different bar or bring your own liquor and sit outside. Lisätietoja

The Silverado Resort and Spa is a favorite of mine because it is quiet and offers elegant comfort. The rooms always give me the sense I am in someone's home rather than at a hotel. The plantation-style main building and surrounding grounds are beautiful and lush. I look very forward to my next stay, as I know it will be relaxing and comfortable.

We have spent at least a dozen nights at Silverado in the past two years. The rooms are a bit dated, but we love the location, and resort, and the surroundings. This weekend, we spent one night in a "junior fireplace room" which was wonderful, and we enjoyed our evening, drinking wine by the fireplace. "Nice hotel - great location"
It has it's pluses and minues. Resort is kind of dated, probably in need of some updating. Definite plus is the location and the price in the winter. Minus was that our room was kind of funky. There wasn't a "door" but a sliding glass door as an entrance. TV is old and had weird lines going through the entire time. "Relax in Napa"
We just spend a couple of nights between Xmas and NYE to relax. Perfect place. Cosy little cottages with kitchen corner and private little patio, a little outdated but very clean and very comfortable. The pillows were so soft -no the regular hard, foam filled ones- and the fluffy german-style bedcover kept us warm. Very nice setting just outside Napa, […] with golf course, several tennis courts and pools/jacuzzis. Nice Spa (did not go) and state-of-the-art gym also on the property, just across the road. However, resort is not within walking distance of Napa, so some means of transportation is needed to catch a dinner at some excellent local restaurants or go on a wine tasting tour. Lisätietoja

This was a last minute hotel selection and we were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. The resort is in a secluded area of the Napa hills and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The area is lush, beautiful, quiet and serene. The perfect place to get away and relax for the weekend. We will definitively be coming back again.

After reading the reviews on here, I thought the experience could go either way. It went the right way. Beautiful landscaping and grounds. Large comfortable room. Free bottle of wine. Lots of kids here.
