The hotel was very nice the rooms were clean, the carpet could be updated. Also the menu at the restrant in the hotel could have a little more things added to it, and the cost could be a little lower than it was. Overall it was a very nice and quite hotel.

restaurant was very good. Was a very busy valentine dinner service ( feb 14/12) and food was reasonably timed and delicious! Same with room service. Rooms not cleaned well,(even after bringing it to a supervisor's attention). No gift shop or any supplies available. This location is in need of a make over as it it showing many signs of age and wear.
The bathroom was dirty and random pills laying on the floor. Good times!

"Hotel Stay Dec. 23rd - 27th, 2011"
We were not advised when we booked our pet friendly room that there was a $30,00 additional charge, a little annoying for the buget minded. The room was adequate however obviously sub-par compared to the non-pet friendly rooms, understandable, but again obvious.

The hotel was easy to find and comfortable. The bathrooms could really use some updating. The beds were comfortable the staff was very friendly. The pool is located in a strange place. It's basically in the centre of the hotel, open to everyone to see including the lounge and anyone just going for a stroll. It prevented me from using the pool area. This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was very polite and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer than 1 night!

"Good place to stay"
My stay at the Saskatoon Inn was adequate. I have stayed there before and it always has a good standard of service and cleanliness. The rooms could use an updating of the TV and closet, but otherwise they are good.

It wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed but it was not the cleanest either! The room Temperature was extremely hot and we aould do nothing to control it!

I've stayed at the Saskatoon in three times in the past while, and have been disappointed each time. I've expressed my disappointment to their management to little improvement. Related to my most recent experience, upon check-in, they had bumped me to a lower level room than I'd reserved online, but wanted to charge me the same price. The employee […] acted as though correcting the error was a large burden to her day. Arriving in the room, a "Superior King," there was nothing superior about it compared to a standard room. The carpets were dingy and discoloured, it was no larger than a standard room, and some items had been rearranged in the room by a previous guest and left that way by housekeeping. The heating/cooling system in the room (and in all other rooms I've had in this hotel) was very insufficient. It did not heat the room sufficiently or keep it at a consistent temperature. There have also been repeated issues with the supply and consistency of hot water in the room, sometimes taking up to three minutes for hot water to start coming out. The temperature will then ebb and flow up and down. Maintenance in rooms was also an issue. On this stay, the toilet would not flush sufficiently - one had to hold the lever for the full duration of the flush. There are signs that trim and door frames desperately need to be re-painted to cover the chipped or peeling paint. The beds were clean and comfortable, and there was sufficient work space for a business traveller. Their Internet connection was also sufficient, although frequently requires that one "re-accept" the licence agreement. The hotel's restaurant delivers good food, but the service varies between outstanding and marginal. The restaurant's pricing is a bit higher than one would expect given the lacklustre quality of the rest of the hotel, and sometimes menu prices and the prices charged on your bill are not the same. "Saskatoon Inn - very comfortable"
Everything about our stay was good, except that our toilet was blocked and kept overflowing, but once I called the front desk they had someone upstairs within minutes to fix it. My daughter was sick so it was not a great stay from that perspective but I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.

"Beautiful room! Not so great service"
When we got to the hotel, we had to wait for quite a long time to check in (there was some problem with the man in front of us). When we got to our room, it was beautiful! The front desk called about a 1/2 hour after we got settled to make sure everything was satisfactory. We ordered some room service desserts (quite expensive); the room service waiter […] was very nicely dressed and very polite. The second day we tried to get some snacks at about 3 p.m., however there were no snack machines, the restaurant was closed, and when I asked at the front desk, the man there said there were no machines but I could go to the gift shop for snacks if I wanted... so off I went to the gift shop, which was also closed (apparently it has the same hours as the restaurant, which the concierge should have known). My husband and I had to go across the street to another hotel's restaurant to get our snacks! All in all, the room was great, the hotel was clean, the parking was plentiful and the location was easily accessed. Service is very important though, so I'm not sure we'll stay here again. "Nice enough hotel.... Extremely dated room"
The hotel itself was very nice when you entered the lobby. We arrived late & left early so we didn't have a chance to check out all the ammenities. Our room was nice & bright but it felt like a throwback to the 70's. The bathroom was a huge giveaway that the hotel hadn't been renovated, probably since it was built. It was clean tho. The walls were thin […] & was easy to hear other visitors throughout the night & therefore I had a difficult time falling & staying asleep. My husband however was under the weather & fell asleep immediately. Overall the stay was adequate. Our total time spent at the hotel was less than 12 hours. A place to lay our heads for the night. "Close to airport, very nice pool area"
There was a very beautiful and green pool area , just off the main lobby and the pictures posted here do not do it justice! I thought it was a very nice hotel, i had no problems with the maintenence to the hotel and my room was always clean.There where very nice and accomadating staff also!one perks of being close to the airport even though I did not […] fly ,I drove from Regina, was that when we were driving on the main road (circle drive i believe) we were just able to follow the little airplanes posted on the signs on the road to get there, which was great becasue we had no idea where we were going. The kitchen was undergoing a reno during my visit so only a buffet was being served. The quality of the buffet food was good. I most enjoyed the bar as the surrounding pool area is welcoming and the staff was interested in conversation. Hotel is in good condition, not very know but kept in shape. Internet connection is very fast and worked fine during my stay. The room service menu is somewhat limited and prices are very high.

The hotel is clean but the carpets are badly stained, I recommend they replace it. The furniture are out dated and the service telephone doesn't even indicate the numbers of their departments in case you want to give them a call.

Looks great on first impression but this hotel is showing signs of age. Lino in the bathroom was old a torn, dirty in the corners, bulging ceiling from water leaks, rubber bath mat rolled up and thrown in the corner. I checked under the bed at the end of our stay and found other peoples' food. We were hoping to get some sleep but we were rudely awoken […] at 6 am by a blaring radio set to wake up the previous guest.(you'd think this might be on someone's list to check). The second night we were kept awake from midnight to 4 am by people partying who the hotel couldn't seem to manage. Front desk gave a short apology but didn't seem to take my concerns seriously.
