Huoneet asialliset, miinuksena puutalo jonka huoneiden lattiat ja käytävät narisevat mutta muuten tavalliselle sekä vaatimattomalle omatoimiselle ihmiselle ok. Henkilökunta loistavaa ,ei moitteita. Palvelu toimii. Kiitokset Akulle sekä muulle henkilökunnalle terv.

Hotelli oli aivan erinomaisessa kunnossa ja huoneissa oli hyvä varustelu. Hiljainen sijainti, tilava ja toimiva ratkaisu. Hinta erittäin kohdallaan. Suosittelen!

Excellent service, the people at the front desk were really friendly. The hotel is near a nice "bar street" on the 21st and also walking distance from the center.

"Private Friendly; Portland close"
Very professional service from front desk personnel (19+ times I stayed here), except from Chelsey D.. She is rude, loud, hostile and intimidating. Very distressing. I don't recommend this hotel based upon this.
"Pleasantly surprised"
This hotel was much better than expected, so I was really pleased. I would certainly recommend based upon the value/price relationship. There is a great place to eat too 40 feet across the parking lot from the reception area. Another very nice surprise when you are tied at the end of the day.

We only stayed here to spend the weekend with our son who will be getting married this year. It was the closest location to where they currently live. Other than that we would have stayed at Washington Square.

My son stayed in this hotel while he was working for his aunt who lives nearby. He said the facility was quite nice except that on two different nights his sleep was interrupted by people yelling outside his window. A call to the front desk netted no positive results.

Soap-lotion-etc. poor quality No Refer in room. Coffee maker made luke warm water. When I reserved the room I asked for a rollaway bed or hideabed. When I checked in they had no knowledge of that. We did get the rollaway though, barely fit in our tiny room. The rollaway should be tossed away. Very, Very bad quality!! Made for sleeping inside a taco […] shell. "Bad location - cops came 3 times in 12 hours!"
The staff at the hotel were all very friendly, polite and professional. The location was sketchy. The police showed up 3 times in 12 hours. The building was an odd mix of old and contemporary. The king bed was very comfortable but the pillows were tiny. There was a nice 6 chair dining table but the TVs were old and "static" on some of the channels. Looks […] like they are really trying with the color scheme and the granite counter and shower, and again the staff were all great! "Good overall value and friendly, helpful staff"
I had the King Suite and found it, although not brand new, to be clean and adequate to my needs. The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast was more than I expected. My only complaint is that I booked and paid through Hotels.com and was then charged again by the hotel which entailed a 15 minute phone call to rectify the situation. "Quality Staff"
Your staff was able to correct an issue I had with my original room (a previous guest had violated your NON-SMOKING policy), and your staff placed me in a true NON-SMOKING room. I can't thank your staff enough for taking the time to accomodate me!
"A decent cheap hotel"
The Comfort Inn West Beaverton was great as a stopping point, but I wouldn't recommend it as a 'destination'. The beds are quite uncomfortable and very hard. The customer service was good and the included breakfast was of a good standard. Not the freshest hotel around. We stayed there en route to California, and it was perfect for that function.

I was not happy that I had to provide a credit card for "incidentals". The reason we use Hotels.com is because we can pay online so our guys don't have to have a credit card. The mandantory safe charges and phoney "incidentals" credit card at check in will always keep us from recomending the hotel to others.

"Don't count on using the fitness room"
Everything was fine until I wanted to use the fitness room. The treadmill and the stationery bike were broken.
