The Markn 150 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on iPod-telakat ja CD-soitin. 32-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat, ilmaiset elokuvakanavat ja ensi-iltaelokuvat , ovat saatavissa. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät, tallelokerot (kannettava tietokone sopii) ja suoravalintapuhelimet, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Ilmainen langaton ja nopea langallinen Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä. Vuoteissa on nimetyt vuoteet, kolme lakanaa ja untuvaselkätuki. Tyynyvalikoima on saatavissa.Huoneet ovat yksilöllisesti sisustettu ja kalustettu ja niissä on erillinen oleskelualue. Kaikissa vierashuoneissa on jääkaappi, minibaari ja kahvin-/teenkeitin.Kylpyhuoneissa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku, jossa on käsisuihku, kaksoisallas, televisiot ja vaaka. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat DVD-soitin ja videopelikonsoli. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat mikroaaltouuni, hieronnat huoneessa ja allergiatestatut vuoteet. Hotelli on kohtuullisen hintainen. Sijainti aivan metroaseman vieressä, josta pääsee manhattanille melko nopeasti. Aamiainen on ihan okei, tosin tilat on aika pienet, joten oli melko ruuhkaista välillä. Huoneet on todella siistit.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Hotelli sinänsä oli myös ihan hyvä ja palvelu oli moitteetonta. Huone oli pieni pettymys, kuvat olivat antaneet paremman kuvan huoneen kunnosta. Tosin hotellissa on varmasti parempi kuntoisempiakin huoneita. Mutta huone oli kuitenkin siisti ja palveli hyvin meidän tarpeita (kävimme pääasiassa siellä nukkumassa). Voisin suositella.

The Mark excels in every category. the location is great, the service is superb and the rooms are lovely. The bathrooms in the rooms and large and luxurious beyond expectations. The rooms are quiet and beautiful. Will definitely return. Soon, I hope.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff helpful. Good base if you want to stay in this neighborhood.

Absolutely charming and full of old-NYC attention to detail. The only issue I ever had was my room key not working. Elevators work quickly, decor is charming. Staff is wonderful. The TV in my bathroom mirror was amazing. Room service was prompt and surpassed my expectations.
Expensive for such a small room without a view of anything.

I would avoid the restaurant, overpriced and not that great, but there are plenty of places to eat within a three block radius. It had the feel of a boutique Hotel. It had a great bar and buzzy restaurant. The hotel had just been renovated and had a very luxurious feel to it. a high floor is recommended to avoid overlooking air conditioners. One of the best hotels i have stayed in. Yes its pricey but worth it if its for a special occasion ( honeymoon, anniversery). It's in a great location, not close to the noise and congestion of NYC. Everything […] is designer, you feel like a king (or queen) This hotel deserves its five star rating. Staff where very friendly and offered a speedy service. They had a promotion going on at the time if booked directly on their website, but as i booked from hotels.com they offered me an upgrade to a one bedroom 'apartment'. It was huge.
