Bogota Plaza Summit Hotel tarjoaa asiakkailleen seuraavat palvelut: kuntokeskus, poreallas ja sauna. Ilmainen langaton Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla.Tämän 4 tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja sihteeripalvelut. Majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat 2 ravintolaa sekä kahvila ja baari / aulabaari. Huonehintaan sisältyy aamiainen joka aamu. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: vastaanottopalvelut, hääpalvelut ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kylpyläpalvelut, kuntokeskus tai -sali ja kielitaitoinen henkilökunta.Lisämaksusta vierailla on käytettävissään lentokenttäkuljetus - menopaluu (käytettävissä pyynnöstä). Vuoteissa on memory foam-patjat ja vuodevaatteet egyptiläistä puuvillaa. Tyynyvalikoima on saatavissa.Ilmainen langaton nopea Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä. 32-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on kaapelikanavat ja video, ovat saatavissa. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti ja suoravalintapuhelimet.Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, meikkaus-/parranajopeilit ja hiustenkuivaaja.
Lisäksi vierashuoneissa on saatavissa pyydettäessä allergiatestatut vuoteet ja herätyssoitto. Siivouspalvelu toimii päivittäin.

Todella näppärä luksushotelli, jos haluaa viettää yön lähellä lentokenttää. Muuten ei kannata tulla. Alueella ei ole mitään mielenkiintoista, mutta hotelli tarjoaa ilmaisen shuttlen kentälle ja on siis lähellä kenttää

Good choise next to the Parque 93 restaurant area. You can walk to Zona Rosa with more restaurants and shops in 30 minutes. Rooms are clean and spacious. The only problem is that water from shower tends to flood the bathroom floor due to nice but impractical design.

"Great Hotel but bad location"
Great staff, very nice and quiet rooms, decent gym and fantastic breakfast. They were very creative in inventing additional taxes and contributions (even on the telephone bill) which I succesfully refused to pay. Be careful with the telephone, it costst a fortune. "Bad Service"
I tried to get my key from the front desk, and after showing credentials, she gave it to me AFTER telling me that I told her the wrong room (I repeated it at least 5 times). She continued to argue with me about it, telling me how and why I was wrong until I finally said, "so I was wrong, can I have the key now". -- Bad food, bad service, all for a […] 5-star price... During breakfast, the food was not very good at all. Poorly prepared and tasteless (even the bacon was tasteless and possibly rancid !). - The sliced bread for toast was white, and VERY stale. I asked for wheat bread but they did not have any OR any freash white bread. - Every cup of coffee, was only poured after asking several times...never offered by wait staff. I was only there for one night but the service was excellent, the employees friendly and helpful and the bed and pillow was the most comfortable I can ever remember sleeping on. I asked them the next morning if I could buy one and take back to Canada with me :) The buffet breakfast that was included was outstanding as the food and service were excellent. O hotel prima pelo bom atendimento. Todos os funcionários se esforçam por atender aos hóspedes com educação, presteza e muita cordialidade. Os dois restaurantes existentes no hotel atendem muito bem e tem cardápio variado. O café da manhã é muito farto e serve frutas variadas, especialmente as regionais com sabores exóticos. Bodde på Bogota Plaza Hotel sist gang jeg var i Bogota. Er veldig godt fornøyd med hotelloppholdet og kan absolutt anbefale det til andre. Ingen ting å utsette noe. Topp service, bra beliggenhet og overhode ingen problem. Bare en liten taxitur unna park93.
