It was nice to be in those hotels. We are satisfied.

Stay was great, location was farther than I expected but not a bad drive. Would have liked a fridge and or microwave in the room.

I felt very uncomfortable when I stayed at this hotel because when I walked in the room and decided to close the curtains, I noticed there was a glass patio door which I thought at first was just a window. I pulled on the glass patio door to double check that it was locked and to my surprise, it pulled open. It was not even locked which made me feel […] extremely uncomfortable and made me check the closet, under the bed, as well as the bathroom to make sure no one had come in before I decided to turn in for the night. After I double checked everything I was somewhat comfortable but I checked the patio door several times before I finally fell asleep. Everything about my stay was "Top Shelf", close to the airport, first class all the way around.

I arrived in Charlotte very late. Called for a ride to hotel. The shuttle was very quick in response. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk was quick to get me my room key. The hotel room was clean updated and had everything necessary for my stay. They lobby was just beautiful, clean, lots of TV's The decor was very pretty. Looked like a new hotel. […] Very impressive. We needed a hotel for the afternoon, evening and night before taking an early flight the next morning. The hotel had just been renovated. Everything was outstanding, staff was very attentitve and the guy who checked us in was very accomodating. I highly recomend instead of going out to eat, order in from Carrabbassa! The hotel is looking great--upgrades are nice! We checked in at midnight...the clerk told us to go to the back to access our room. She failed to mention which of the doors in the back to use, so we managed to access the wing of the hotel under construction, then had to carry all of our belongings back through the lobby to access the correct wing. If […] there is such thing as a 10X firm bed, this hotel managed to buy them. It is like sleeping on a rock. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and equate this bed to bad hotel in Munich. It gets better---when the alarm went off at the crack of dawn, my husband reached up to turn on the light and got the electric shock of his life. Apparently the guest before us had broken something off in the outlet which was right next to the lamp switch. In the dark, he made contact with the metal piece sticking out of the socket. No discount--apparently they are hoping their apology will win my patronage. In today's tough economy, I think I will take my business some place else! Lisätietoja

The remodeled lobby and dining area are very impressive. The menu is extensive and the food was excellent. We have stayed at this hotel on many trips to Charlotte and especially look forward to dinner at the hotel after a long day of traveling from the west coast. This hotel is close to the airport, clean, and staff was super friendly. The hotel van picked us up at the rental car when we returned it. They are remodeling so the hotel is a little strange looking from the outside, and we were beside a maintenance room which has some clanking noise. I would recommend if you need somewhere close to airport.

The stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Charlotte, NC was wonderful. I LOVED the upgrade of the decor and the overall look of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and my check-in and my check-out was effortless. Thank you for making my very first stay in Charlotte, NC a wonderful and relaxing visit.

Wish I had known it was under renovation. very close to airport which is what I was looking for. Not a very nice area to stay however - especially if looking for something to eat late.

Very comfortable beds. Nice decor. Friendly desk staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy to get to if passing thru the area. Lots of plane noise from the airport, would be a problem if you can't sleep thru it. They were also in the middle of renovations so some parts were torn up.

We like Courtyards & this one is nice. Everything was clean & it is conveniently located. The only negative was that we arrived on a Saturday afternoon & they do not offer any food service at the restaurant at night on weekends. The close location to the airport must make it popular with business travelers as they do offer bar/food on weeknights.

Some quick points. Breakfast not included...$7 per person. The door on our room was so loose that you could see light around it entirely. It didn't make me feel secure at all and it made sleep harder. Overall the appearance of the hotel is one that badly needs remodeling.

black mold growing on caulk in bath tub, bath tub had large chips in paint. Hallways smelled musty. Had requested roll away bed upon check in at 1000 pm, called back at 1045 and they showed up with it at 1135pm. No clean linens for rollaway bed. Breakfast was not included with room as it is in every hotel i have ever stayed at. Grounds were not well […] kept. No towels in pool area. Just not a good environment for a family to visit. Nice room, Rest of hotel is still being renovated but the room was clean and quiet.

Arrived late after missing a connecting flight at Charlotte and was pleasantly surprised by this lovely, clean and updated Courtyard. My room was newly renovated, the bed was comfortable, the TV was great and they even had a little mini market with food since I missed dinner. Full breakfast (additional charge) included beautiful fresh fruit, make your […] own Belgian waffles, omelets made to order and pretty much anything else you could ask for - including homemade oatmeal - and the price was reasonable too! The hotel is being remodeled and construction is a mess. Our room (2nd floor) faced the construction of a new wing and half of our floor was being painted and remodeled. We smelled paint all night. We founde there was NO COLD WATER hwne we got up to catch a 6:00 AM flight and, obviously, no one around to speak to. In addition, they charged our account […] $20.00 after we paid cash for our "dinner"! I understand that hotels need to upgrade, but we should have been warned and had the opportunity to stay somewhere else. The hotel is very run down. I believe they are expanding and there is construction going on behind the hotel. However, for the moment, i do not think this Marriott exemplifies the standard I expect in a Marriott Hotel.

The room was very well laid out; the bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. Extremely clean!!!!

The Hotel itself was excellent, however it was extremely difficult to get too and to find. We were not able to access from local roads and were left with only option being to get on one of the Interstates, go away from the resort, find an exit and turn around and get off and then make an immediate turn which could have been dangerous at high speeds. […] Travel time from Cherokee to Charlotte was 3 hours and once in Charlotte it took us one hour to get to the hotel that was always within our view but without access. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean I will definitely have this at the top of my list for next visit.

This hotel was exceeded our expectations. The shuttle to the airport ran very frequently and the rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable.

Fine for the money, no major complaints. The close location to the airport (CLT) helped making the early morning flight an easy task. Kind of suprised to find no mini fridge or micro in the room, otherwise, the room was fine. Breakast didn't start being served until 7:30, so people catching early flights will have to leave the hotel that much earlier […] if they want to find some breakfast before getting on the plane. In summary, no horror stories, and fine for an overnight near the airport (unless you're hungry early in the morning...ha). Lisätietoja

VERY CLEAN ROOMS. WELL MAINTAINED. LIKE NEW.

The front desk staff on every shift we encountered was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, that was the best. Room was clean, but plugs were too loose to keep curling iron plug in, deadbolt didn't work. Hangers in closet didn't fit properly to close door. Staff took reports happily and I would guess it got fixed, but can't verify. Maybe […] all Courtyards have the in-room air conditioner/heater, but they seem to always be too loud to run and the room gets too hot/cold unless they are on. Bed was way too soft,didn't sleep well either night. Breakfast was limited to one weak staff member having to wait tables and cook...and it was busy. The next day, breakfast was simply cancelled. Very nice hotel. friendly staff, Clean Rooms.The bathroom was small but very clean.

Good for business travel. Close to airport. Convenient access to rental car row. Easy access to Interstate 85.

Excellent Customer Service from the nice girl who checked me in. She even provided printed driving directions to a place I wanted to eat in downtown Chlotte. Breakfast was included and the staff there was excellent as well. All for a price that was fair!

VERY CONVENIENT PLACE TO STAY IF YOU NEED TO CATCH A FLIGHT FROM CLT. CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOM. BREAKFAST IS GOOD AND GENEROUS. COFFEE NEEDS TO BE STRONGER.
