Best breakfast in any hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is awesome, we loved the costume made omlets. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The sofa bed in the room is dated, we felt the springs while sleeping on it.

This hotel is clean, and the decor is very nice. I love a koi pond, so the fact that the lobby features a really nice one sways my opnion there. The breakfast in the morning lived up to the good experiences I've had at other Embassy Suites. The one downside to my stay was some of the staff. I checked in very late, and the person helping me was clearly […] a trainee. He fumbled around more than I had patience with, and didn't ask if I had a Hilton Honors card (or notice it when I put it on the counter anyway). When I was leaving, I asked if I needed to wait outside for the Super Shuttle or if I could stay in the lobby, and instead of just saying "You can sit in the lobby", or asking how I booked the shuttle, the same desk person and a maintainance person frantically started looking through their appointment book. It was fine, because I had booked online instead of through the front desk, but I don't want to have added stress about if my ride is going to show up. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the fact that I seemed to only interact with the least trained employees put a damper on the experience. Lisätietoja

elevators took longer than 5 minutes to arrive each and every time the room would not get cooler than 76 degrees

I enjoyed my stay at the cockeysville embassy suites because the rooms are spacious and I loved the separate living area. My daughter loved the indoor pool and all the fish in their pond. The employees were great and very helpful! I did have a few problems/ concerns with the hotel though. First, there's no tub (stand up shower) which made it hard to […] give my 2 year old a bath! Also, everyday we found atleast 2 stink bugs in our room and of course they were always by the bed! Also, the rooms won't get cooler than 70 degrees which was a problem with my daughter and myself! Great hotel! Enjoyed the great free breakfast, manager's reception, & cookies!

Staff was super friendly and attentive, but this hotel is in need of an update. The faucet in the sink came off and soaked me right before I was leaving for an important meeting. The temperature and quality of the air in the room was stifling dry, and despite 3 phone calls and 2 visits from maintenance it was never fixed leaving me to a very uncomfortable […] nights sleep. I have stayed at numerous Embassy Suites and I was very pleased and I paid less for the night. This hotel was more expensive than the one in D. C and the one in Boston. The room had cobwebs in the ceiling light fixtures and the heat was set to 70 which is way too high to sleep in. Good location. Easy access from I-83. Attended 2- day business conference. Only negative was temperature of room. Too hot. Unable to control via a/c or heat adjustment. Told front desk clerk first day, but no one came to room to fix it. Seminar rooms very cold.

This hotel accomodated our request for early check-in so we could get ready for a wedding nearby. All staff was kind and helpful, and made extra effort to make our family (including two small children) feel comfortable. The pool and gym are tiny, but clean and comfortable. The suites are spacious, but you can kill yourself in a slippery tub, which we got despite a request for a roll-in shower. Wi-fi difficult to access in room ; beware of daily charges. Excellent hotel for the money. You won't find much better without bumping up to a boutique hotel or similar.

Nice location for easy access to near by colleges and universities. Room was clean and comfortable. The wonderful breakfast is a great way to start the day.

The Embassy Suites is a lovely hotel in the Baltimore area. Our family has stayed here several times in the past few months because of a child attending college in Baltimore. It has consistently satisfied our every need.

The hotel was clean and the staff was attentive and reponded in a timely manner to make things right. The breakfast bar was great. If staying in the area again would use this hotel.

Overall the hotel is well maintained, the rooms were clean and quiet and spacious.It was a good solid hotel experience. The only negative experience was that the fridge was not working properly and when the front desk was called they said they will send someone up. Several hours later no one showed up. Very good value. Staff was quite nice and hotel maintained well. Only issue was a loud A/C fan in my room which was kind of irritating.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 5 and 7 year-old. We were visiting family in Baltimore. I do not travel often, but have stayed at Embassy Suites before and this one did not disappoint! Very professional common areas, everything was always clean, very comfortable rooms (OK the sleep sofa was a little 'springy' and bumpy, but it IS a sleeper […] sofa) safe surrounding area (I'm a cop) easy access to by-pass (Hwy 83 and 695 if I remember correctly), reasonable price with that wonderful hot breakfast buffet that really saves a family of 4 some money by not having to buy breakfast. The atrium has beautiful Koi ponds and cascading waterfall. It kept my kids occupied while the adults finished eating. Nice pool too. We stayed here because we like Embassy Suites for the size of their room and the great breakfast. The train into the harbor was close and the shopping center made a great stop for dinner. There were so many choices of restaurants there, but we chose Wegman's because of the wide variety of food.

first of all its was a very nice hotel great location but the ac was broke kept getting told by the hotel staff they where working on it for the past twenty four hours after staying one night i left the next day was suppose to stay two nights the restuarant was awesome then i got charged for a movie i never ordered

Rooms are pleasant and clean. Excellent breakfast is provided. Location is superb... located within walking distance of good shopping and restaurants, movie theater...close to Baltimore Inner Harbor area.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and each time we enjoyed the friendly/helpful staff, easy check in, large rooms with w TV sitting area and refrig/micowave. We love the location that is close to shopping, Wegmans, transportation, ect. The only complaint we have is the internet service. This hotel charges $10 a day for internet connection, […] and this is becoming a major negative to stay at this hotel. We signed up for one day of internet service, and it said 24 hours, but the internet service was turned off after 18 hours, and we had to call the hotel service to get it turned back on to get the 24 hours of service we paid for. The hotel credited our bill for an extra day? of internet when all it did was give up our money worth of 24 hours of covered service. This was annoying and inconvenient. Every time I looked at the computer room in the hotel lobby, both computers were being used. I told my daughter, who is a dentist and I'm a physician, as much as I like this hotel, I plan to stay elsewhere in future because I have to have fast internet connection on a daily basis, and it should be free at the hotel. Absolutly gorgeous. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast compares to IHOP. Fancy, but a little pricey. Our credit card was charged extra after checking out. no exclamation of the charges?--- Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel meets all of my expectations. The staff are friendly. The rooms comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for North Baltimore business and within a short drive of good food. The space in the room was great for my family of five and the room, although not spotless, was clean enough. I found the pool area to be small and the hot tub had an oder, I was happy to see that on day 2 of our stay it was being cleaned out properly, however it was being cleaned by the only lifeguard that was on duty, therefore there was essentially […] no lifeguard. The restaurant was sub par but breakfast was great and cooked to order, no complaints there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I should also mention that the satellite was out on our first night as well so the kids were very dissapointed, they had planned on swimming, and watching a movie on the pull out couch in "their' room. Hotel is absolutely beautiful and spotless. Breakfast is phenomenal! Our only disappointment was that our room had a shower and no tub. If we had known only certain rooms had tubs, we would have made arrangements in advance for that room.

This hotel was absolutely stunning with its indoor foliage and great layout. Rooms were great and the staff were incredible. I can't believe how much was included (Manager's Reception!) for such a low price. HIGHLY recommended.

We have several staff members, including leadership team that frequent our satellite office in Hunt Valley, on a routine basis. This hotel is clearly a top choice for future trips as it was conveniently located, easy to get to, and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The only thing I would suggest that could be improved, would be the coffee […] maker in the room was sub par, and didn't really work. The coffee packets provided were not really all that fresh. Embassy Suites has the hotel world's best breakfast. This is a nice hotel in a good neighborhood near the Hunt Valley mall. Good restaurants are nearby. The only drawbacks are slow elevators, a microwave which is too near the floor and a lack of bathroom hooks. A good value.

The hotel was not but there were children running up and down the hallway Friday and Saturday night until 3am in the morning. There was also someone in the hotel smoking drugs and the manager was prompt at taking action against them. We did not like that the swimming pool was not 24 hours and dirty.

We stayed recently visiting family. This was a return visit. We initially chose this hotel because we have a large family. The room was very spacious with the 2 double beds & sleeper sofa. Staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. We had to ask for a room change- no fault of the hotel- and the staff was freindly and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant.
